This place is so pretentious. During a pandemic, not a single employee as wearing a mask or gloves. A bartender was touching the mouth of a beer with her hands and then handing it over. This is known for Fun with live music that never fails to get a crowd up on their feet dancing and having FUN. However, their fine dining is a best kept secret! Their chef is amazing and very accommodating to allergies. Each course was even better than the last, cooked to perfection. The staff is warm, sassy and attentive. My friend recommended this place and we were in Plano,TX together. I trusted him and we checked it out. We had a table reserved for us(reservations are recommended) and we had great views of the stage. We loved the live band there. They were fun to listen to and we definitely danced that night. We received very good service and good drinks. It's definitely a good place to dance,drink and eat if you are near by. Martini Park re-invented with class. I poked my nose into the newly opened Sambuca 360 at the Legacy this week. I was very pleased with the reworked configuration of the bar and dance area providing a more open feel, whilst keeping the winning formula of the over the bar stage concept, the centre piece space. I loved Martini park for the variety of live music and I am very please that Sambuca 360 are continuing with this concept. If you check out their website you can see the acts that are booked for the entire month providing the opportunity to plan when and what you want to hear. The concept of the place is dinner grill and live music club, the drinks are reasonably priced, and the food is fresh (although I only had an appetizer). There is a definite sense of classy mojo that will appeal to a wide age range. I was disappointed there was a $10 cover particularly for opening week which could of been an opportunity to win favour with the locals. I was even more disappointed when querying the doorman about the price he scoffed "Cmon you're one of those lawyer, you can afford it" as if to imply based on the location that it was a fair price. Perhaps i was being over critical, but dude i only wanted one drink to check the place out to see if it was worthy of a future visit. (Imagined being described as a lawyer) I will go back for sure and get well fed and most likely a little messed up in the process. The force is strong in this one. Update: ...upon my return to Sambuca, I got in early enough to avoid the cover charge and then got the obligatory stamp, once they did start charging the cover. Really good apps here, the music isn't my kind of music (90s-2000s hip mixes) but nice atmosphere overall.

I've had girls night here a view times and it's hit or miss. The bartenders have their regulars so sometimes it takes forever to get a drink. The music is always super old, but it can still be a good time. The bands they have play usually play the same type of genre so it's predictable. The crowd ranges from early 20s to early 50s so it's definitely an experience! I'll probably go back. read more

We came here after a wedding reception looking for somewhere fun to hangout all together. Needless to say we did not get that experience here. I was surprised at the outfits I saw on a Friday night. Considering the area it was in I assumed people would at least be dressed in slacks, button downs, typical low V shirts and girls in their cute dresses. NOT how the people in this restaurant/club/bar dress. I know its hot outside but ladies there is no need to dress like you're working at a strip club. This definitely wasn't my type of crowd. Upon ordering a drink I noticed their ridiculous prices. A bit over priced for this type place. Maybe if they had a classier clientele and atmosphere I might be more understanding to the price. But $10 for a well vodka redbull is a bit humorous. Lastly the music was.....interesting. You really couldn't get a feel for the band. They seemed like they were a cover band attempt but they clearly hadn't done a sound check so you couldn't hear the singers muffled words to even get a hint at what the song was. Not to mention the music was blaring so loud you had to scream at each other to hear anything. The flashing lights, lasers and smoke machine were the icing on the cake. The dance floor atmosphere is like a bad 90's club. I had hope for maybe having some good people watching but even that fell short. As a whole Ill definitely never return. He got our drink order, and when we were ready to order the food on the same time, he walked away saying, "I'll get the drinks first" It took another 25 mins to order food and 40 to get it. What was worse was that they told her on her birthday weekend that someone bought out the place for the Ducks vs Buckeye party... So she had to push it out another week, which just to me is insane that someone would do that. but I guess $$$ are all that they care about. Their food looks great, but bland and ridiculously overpriced. Not only was the food horrible, the drinks were super weak. Came with my girlfriend for happy hour before going to see a movie across the street. We got here about 5 pm and we were one of the few people there. All the snacks, desserts and drinks were half price. We had the shrimp ceviche and it was OK. Could have used a little more seasoning. The Sweet & Spicy Chicken Taco Minis and Jalapeno Poppers were very good. We would have ordered more food if we didn't run out of time. We were disappointed that they didn't have the white chocolate cheesecake so we had to settle for the mixed berry cobbler. Good but nothing extra ordinary. My girlfriend loved the Spicy Blueberry Margarita while I like my Chocolate Martini. Overall, it was a good experience. read more

I went there on a Thursday night. First of all, the staff is exceptional welcoming and attuned. Great service, which made us feel like a VIP guests. Great atmosphere, live music, dancing, laugh, and great energy! The food was 'out of this world'! Fresh, perfectly cooked, and savory! I enjoyed a glass of wine while my friend had a cocktail! This review is purely based on their nightclub alter ego. I don't know where to start. The roped off entrance and doorman is amusing.People aren't clamoring to come in, just let people walk in- there's plenty of space for everyone. $10 cover charge. Huh? In Plano? Ok, at least there was a cover band, who was actually pretty decent and entertaining. I'll say I paid the $10 to see a fun show. The crowd. Definitely an older crowd. 80-90% of the crowd I would say were in their high 30's to 50's. Cougars abound. Lots of older dudes also, seeking their prey (what's the version of a male cougar? creeper?) Then you have some younger people sprinkled in for good measure. Some girl kicked me in the back of the leg because I didn't want to hit the dance floor with her. Really?!??! It was all just so odd. I do give them this however, you won't feel like you'll get shanked or anything here, seeing as its in Plano. You may get lightly assaulted if you reject the wrong woman, but hey, those things happen. One other observation, I think some of the staff were taking photos and videos of a bachelorette group that was there...I found that to be a little odd. To get past all this, drinks were needed. $8 bucks a drink I think, standard fare I guess. Drinks weren't terrible, but I had already downed a few drinks before coming here, so I'm not so certain. After trying to drink away the pain, I have to go to the restroom. There's a line for the men's while the women's is non-existent. Why? Turns out, all but one urinal is clogged and busted. HOW DOES ONE CLOG A URINAL. ITS MADE FOR PEE ONLY. So, yes, that was a delightful experience. After that fiasco, I had to leave. Clint in the kitchen and Sarah their catering manager always come through with delicious dishes and after work give us excellent service! Their tuna street tacos are heaven! I came for a girlfriends meetup. It was a really cool vibe. The host, Kim, was friendly and welcoming to all. They gave each of the girls a free drink ticket which was good for house cocktails, wine, and beer. There was also an appetizer table set up. I got there pretty late so I wasn't able to sample it while it was hot. I did end up ordering food, which was good, but still not filling enough. I ordered a mimosa, a house wine, and a margarita. The margarita was by far the best and strongest drink. I did not like that every time it was slow at the bar, the bartender pulled out her phone and began texting. I tried going to the other bar with male bartenders, hoping to get better service from a male bartender. I stood there for what felt like 10 minutes before the young guy behind the bar finally acknowledged me. That was a little frustrating so I definitely did not tip 20%. The coolest part about this bar is that the bar is right at the bottom of the stage in a semi circle, and the lighting is really cool. I didn't realize that Thurs night was country night. I don't really care for country music, but the vibe was cool and I met some really great girls. Later we all walked to a Salsa club nearby and danced to some phenomenal music. read more

The singers in the band sang songs off key, but the trombone and sax player were the only ones that made me tap my foot(They were very good! Walking down and dancing with the crowd). The drinks were overpriced and very weak. I ordered a marinara pizza and it came out burnt. If it didn't take forever to get my pizza I would have sent it back. We went for happy hour and dinner on a week night at 6:30. The place was not yet crowded. Had the Sambuca 75 cocktail which was very tart but good. Their lemon drop martini was great. Service was very attentive but not hovering. We had the shrimp dip and chips to start. The dip was very tasty. My companion had the chicken fried rib eye, which they liked but the mashed potatoes could have been warmer. I had the salmon and it was so good. Loved the live music. The GM Tommy stopped by to introduce himself. He was so friendly! We lingered to listen to the performer and never felt rushed. Tables are spaced apart nicely. Restaurant and restroom was very clean. My last visit to Sambuca was super underwhelming. I've only had food here one other time, during a not so busy time and it was okay. I last visited Sambuca for a birthday dinner and I ordered the Shrimp and Crab pasta for dinner. It was poorly prepared, dry, and cold when it arrived. I was really hungry, so I asked the waiter to just bring some extra Alfredo sauce and salt and pepper and i'd eat it anyway... long story less long, I never got the Alfredo sauce and i ate cold pasta and paid $30 for it, along with drinks and gratuity. Food is great, however the Catering Manager and wait staff have a bad attitude. On April 27, 2013 I called Sambuca 360 to schedule a birthday dinner for 15 people on May 8th at 5:30 pm. I believe I spoke with the hostess working at the time. She took down my name, number, and details, and answered questions I had regarding the band that would be playing on my Birthday. She asked if I'd like to talk to the catering manager, and I said "no Thank you!" She then told me to call back if there were any changes. There were no changes. Ironically enough, I had a bad customer service experience that delayed me and a few others in my birthday party the day of May 8th. A coworker of mine called me around 5:45 to tell me she was there. I had not yet made it. I told her to tell the hostess the reservation was under "Davis". She called back within 5 min and said there was no reservation. I told her to try my name Beryl or "Cheryl" or "Darrell". People tend to mess up my name. Still, no reservation. I asked to talk to the hostess working at the time. She insisted there was no reservation and offered to have me talk to the catering manager. The catering manager checked the books and also said I had no reservation. I insisted that I called and tried to recall the details from Apr 27th. At this point, I was flustered at the lack of details captured for my reservation. The manager then said, "what time was your reservation for?" I responded "5:30 pm". She then scoffed and said, "Here it is now 6 and your first guest is just now arriving? You would have lost your reservation anyway!" At this point, I detected major attitude. I then said "ma'am, you will not! I just dealt with horrible customer service! It's my birthday, and you will not talk to me like that!" She then said "Well, you're talking to me with attitude!" I said, "I apologize, however I have every right to be irritated. You all did not schedule my reservation!" She then says "Well ma'am, I was just about to tell you we have room! Do you still want to come?" I said "yes" She then said "okay, for 15? yes Will you be having dessert? yes oh, you know that's a $30 service fee!" It was as though, she made the comment to take a jab at me. This was yet another detail not captured on the 27th. When I arrived, we were seated, and I immediately asked for the manager. My sister, seeing that I was not in the best temperament, offered to speak to her on my behalf. When my sister went to talk to her, she was conveniently busy. One manager was "on a conference call" and the other one was "training". As dinner progressed, I noticed a woman with long wavy brown hair, who seemed to be avoiding our table and was dressed as though she was a manager. I asked the waiter to talk with a manager. Conveniently, a MALE manager came to assist. I explained how I had been treated, and he apologized and agreed the behavior was unacceptable. He then waived the "dessert fee" and said he would talk to her and file a complaint on my behalf with the owners. I am not sure whether or not he did so, therefore I am doing my due diligence to report this unacceptable behavior. It was completely uncalled for. There was hardly any business that night. Any employee should have graciously accepted a party of 15 on a slow Wednesday night. In addition, several people in my party complained about the service from the waitress. She apparently did not know all items on the menu and I caught her make a snippy comment while serving cake. I truly hope the attitudes are adjusted and improve before they drive away loyal clientele. read more

We figured based on the crowd for the live music that the food would be good. I can admit when I am wrong and yep, I was so so so wrong. The Salmon was extremely fishy, it did not taste even close to fresh. I ordered the ribeye, always order medium rare. It arrived well done, the manager tried to argue and say that the tiny bit of pink dead center which was about a quarter sized in width meant it was medium rare. After arguing we the manager we just paid our bill and left. Ended up heading to "The Keeper", had an amazing meal there. Avoid this place and the terrible manager at all cost! Well I wish I have had a better experience. Service was slow but friendly. I ordered the gyro w/ the side of chips. Asked for extra tzatziki sauce. When my order came out there were no chips but there was a greek salad that was good. However there was no tzatzki sauce. A manager came out and explained that when they opened the jar of tzatziki sauce it was about to go bad. Therefore the sauce is not fresh if it comes from a jar. My friends ordered the turkey brie and the club sandwich and they enjoyed it. I went to the restroom and it was filthy! Dust in the vents on the ceiling. The mirrored stalls were dirty and had streaks all over them. The glass doors going out to the patio we dirty also. And the stage still had empty glasses strewn about at 1 in the afternoon from the night before. Sambuca manager did comp my meal but it's too late as I will not be going back. read more

I would give NO STARS but have to in order to put a review........ Went there for the first time ever to watch live band and dance with my husband. Since there was no seating we stood at the bar and had a couple of drinks. While waiting for the band, (every time we had to ask for a drink and we were not attended to) a bar back and a women bartender decided to do a gunshot with red bull. When they punctured the can it splashed all over myself and went into my husbands eye. He informed the guy that this happened and the dude blew him off, so my husband took a bunched up napkin and threw it at him and asked how do you like it. Dude went and told security. Next thing you know we are being asked to leave. My husband asked why and told security the situation and how unprofessional that was, even told him his eye was res as you could clearly see it was. They didn't care and said they needed to protect their employees! So your paying customers that were the victims don't matter? I am lost for words about how unprofessional this place is and handles situations! They even called the police because we asked to see a manager which they refused and still kicked us out! Do not go here, they are just looking to take you're money. We were only there for maybe 30 minutes, had 2 drinks only and paid over $30 to get in! I will never go here ever again!!!! read more
