It appears your organization lacks to "empower every athlete to grow and succeed," by continuing to ignore the pleas and complaints that I am sure are filling your plate. It is clear you do not have any official's supervisors at the buildings during your games to mentor the officials. Children/players are here to grow and learn with volunteer coaches that give their time to teach and grow these young athletes. When you do not address the issues, you undo what these coaches are unselfishly trying to accomplish with these young, impressionable players. When you allow your refs to condone bad behavior or violate the rules of the game, what are you teaching these children? You are a non-profit with an unpaid Board of Directors who clearly are not privy to what is happening.
