So, I tasted an amber ale and it was obviously oxidized to an unpleasant level. Generally, this is due to old beer and production methods that do not exclude oxygen from the process. Some of these methods are a tradeoff--but oxidized is oxidized and there is nothing you can do about it after it happens. The server disagreed that it was oxidized by looking at the glass of beer thus exhibiting her lack of what oxidized beer or wine is and how one would detect it. The the server said that it is a surprising taste, "The first time you are [at a craft brewery] here". I paid for bad beer. I left a tip for an insult and terrible service.

He was a white male, around 6 feet tall, likely in his late 30s or early 40s, with brown/gray hair that was short on the sides and shaggy on top. He was very rude and unprofessional. What made the situation even more frustrating was the conflicting information we received. Another security staff member told Sam that children were allowed until 3:00 PM, but the person our waiter identified as the head of security said the restaurant was "not a baby-friendly restaurant." The inconsistent communication and rude attitude left a really negative impression. If children aren't allowed after a certain time, that policy should be communicated clearly and enforced respectfully, not with conflicting information and poor service. Won't be back!
