There was a cover charge of $10 per person on Saturday night. Went with friends to watch the live band 'Flip District'. The band was really good and kept the party abuzz thru the night. We made table reservations thru OpenTable which was convenient. The hostess was aware of the reservation and had us seated immediately. I really enjoyed myself. The only negative was the food. The food was not good. I did not enjoy my wings. The drinks were OK. They weren't special or exciting. Been here several times before. The Nashville Hot chicken wasn't really Nashville Hot chicken. The only thing that made it hot was the red pepper on top. To be honest, I was a bit leery to go based on some previous reviews, but I decided to give them a try as the concierge told me it was under new ownership. So glad I went. It had good vibes and attentive staff. The Chicken Marsala was so flavorful and tender! It was a tough call as there were so many options on the menu that appealed to me. The wait staff (Adriana), bar team, the amazing bartender with moves and flair (he was a show to watch along with the band) and manager Tommy were so professional and welcoming. The crowd was all ages, fun, eclectic and diverse. Lots of space to dance. The band - Top Band - and the stage placement made it feel in the best way like a Las Vegas show. All the appetizers and food were next level good. Drinks - perfect! Plus, the bill at the end of the night which I thought was going to be a shocker was beyond reasonable. The ambiance gave "grown and over 35" so not too young of a crowd. They had a live band which was pretty good and I really enjoyed their set. It was a tad loud so if you're expecting to have conversations...don't. Now to the food. I was not impressed by the menu or the food. I ordered the wings and fries. When I first arrived I showed the front desk my Driver's License (which is normal), then they scanned it and printed a piece of paper for me to sign. Before recounting my recent experience at this place, I looked at the customer reviews on all of the different platforms and it all makes sense. I was there last Friday 7/1 mainly to see the show since it was my boyfriend's band playing that night. We were greeted at the entrance and invited to sit at the bar. He ordered a drink and fried cauliflower to snack on. Once the show started, I was asked to move away from the bar to make room for the dance floor. No problem. I returned to the hostess to see if I can get a small table. She said they had open seating "anywhere that's not marked reserved". Sounds good...after 4 different attempts to find seating, each time being told to move with no offer to help from any of the staff, I found a seat in the back. After about a minute of taking a seat, this male waiter with a blond buzz cut came at me and demanded that I move. His approach was nothing short of combative - I actually thought he was going to try and fight me. This was not a case of their staff needing to address an intoxicated person causing a problem - I don't drink alcohol. I was also not loitering - I've got plenty of money to spend at places I enjoy. If anyone had offered to serve me, not only would they have received a very nice tip in appreciation for their effort, I would be leaving a positive review mentioning them by name. This is clearly a case of arrogant and confrontational staff who for reasons unknown, uses unnecessary aggression towards a person who just wanted to see the show and have a good night. Between the addlepated and clueless hostesses to the male waiter that apparently likes to fight women, I had enough and I left. On my way out, the very same angry waiter decided to exclaim "Have a nice night!", with a flippant and sarcastic attitude that was 100% intended that way. After reading a good amount of the dissatisfied customer reviews, there's no secret as to why this place has a 2.5 star rating. It goes without saying that I will never set foot in this place again. If you're a person who works hard for your money, I recommend going somewhere where your time and presence is respected and appreciated. If you're going out on a first date, save yourself from embarrassment. If you DO decide to give Sambuca 360 a chance, if you are dissatisfied at any point, I strongly recommend to close out immediately and go to another one of the multitude of places in the area so your night isn't completely ruined. Any attempts to address an issue with the staff or with management is futile - you will be treated as though YOU are the problem. The lack of response from management/ownership to any of the reviews is a good indicator that these people do not care about their guest's experience or the reputation of their business. Reserved a table here tonight. Really cool atmosphere, they clear out the dance floor by 9pm. So either catch a table early or stand/dance all night. We've gone here twice and both times the bands were AMAZING! Such a great variety of music from the last several decades. The wait staff is friendly but weren't knowledgeable really on the menu items, I felt like they were unsure about which entrées were most popular etc. anyhow, we ordered the nachos, chicken bites, ceviche. They stated they had a reservation for 15 ready but gave our table away. We were 30 minutes early and the moved us 3 times (all to tables of 6). Finally when we all started walking out the door the manager said he would get a table for accommodating 15. Well 1 hour later we finally got a table. We finally ordered food when a waiter came by and they said the kitchen is closed. This is similar to what happened in the past. The place is nice inside, the bands are usually good, but the food quite frankly stinks- as good as a cheap bar. I recommend going to the West side. Please do not waste your money here... there are at least 6 other places nearby that you will have a better time at. PS took 45 minutes to get just one drink. read more

They call the next day and say they can't honor that reservation because someone else bumped us. Too many entertainment choices around. You can take your reservation and shove it. A follow up. After my conversation with the club I went on OpenTable again and I was able to reserve for the same day and time as the they bumped me from. Something strange going on with them. read more

The security in this place is best in North TX with James, Rico and Kevin always watching over the place. Connor is an amazing bartender and makes some amazing cocktails. My wife and I spent New Year's Eve at Sambuca 360 in Plano this year and it was awesome! We purchased the 7pm dinner seating as well as a reserved table from 9pm to close. A little pricy but it was New Year's Eve. We had amazing service from the bar staff (Maddie) and our server (Emily)! We were never without drinks when we wanted them as they paid so close attention to their sections even though the place was completely packed out and rocking by 10pm. The food was perfectly prepared and the portion size appropriate. I had the shrimp & filet and my wife had the salmon. Both plates were delicious. The band Friday Night Fights was out of this world! I was not prepared for the talent of the trio in person after seeing some of their stuff on line. Much better in person.
