But the Mezcal drinks we had at Whiskey Moon were very good and we enjoyed them as a nightcap. The bar is located in the lounge of the Renaissance hotel. It is laid out nicely so there is ample seating at the bar or in the lounge. Service was friendly and professional. It's a bit pricey but I guess that is what vacations are for.

I lucked out and found this place; came there on a Monday night and it wasn't busy at all. Their smoking area was small, but laid out extremely well with leather chairs and a large TV screen. The humidor was also rather small, and several of the cigars were pricier than I've seen. Where this place takes the cake is the ambiance, service and whiskey selection. My hostess, Mary, was extremely attentive and provided good recommendations on the food and beverages. And regarding the whiskey - their selection was massive. Mary recommended a Texas bourban (Unbendt BiB) that was delicious. It was so good that I brought a bottle back to Chicago.
