    Cannoli French Toast
    Windy M.

Found this spot on Yelp when I was looking for a diner to have breakfast at before I headed home on a Sunday. The place was small, but we were seated within 15 minutes, and they send you a text when your table is ready - so that was nice since there wasn't many spots to seat inside while you wait. What we ate: Steak and Eggs: THIS WAS AMAZING!! so much favor and well balanced, 10/10 recommend. Cannoli French Toast: It was exactly what it sounds like, French toast with a Cannoli placed on top. It was good, but nothing that was out of this world. It was sweet enough that I didn't need syrup, I enjoyed it - but I wouldn't order it again. It definitely needed some eggs on the side. Side of regular bacon: You get to choice between maple bacon and regular bacon, we got the regular bacon, but when I saw another table with the maple bacon, it looked so much juicer. When I looked around to everyone else's meals, everything looked tasty and portions are larger. The Staff was pleasant and the turnover of tables was quick. My favorite part - FRESH HOT COFFEE!! I don't know what it is about fresh, hot diner coffee, but it hits so much harder than regular coffee.

This is a pretty no-nonsense breakfast and lunch place. Very busy. Not much parking on-site, so you have to find a place where you feel comfortable parking. There may be a designated remote lot, but I wasn't aware of it. I had the huevos rancheros. Really good flavor but the green sauce was a bit tangy for me, so it's tough to eat the entire plate. The wife had chilaquiles which she enjoyed.

This place was our last stop on our way out of Prescott, and we loved it! We were looking for some quick diner-like food that was local and yummy. This was it! We had the prosciutto Benedict which hit the spot. I had the omelette and it was the perfect size. We also split one pancake as a sweet treat, and the pancake was fantastic. This place really does give a diner feel and we loved it. Super small and quaint with very friendly staff. We sat at the bar and watched everyone work, and they work hard! So happy we checked this place out. Will be returning. Need to try that Bloody Mary!

    BLT (just half of it)

We went to Salt and Pepper today for a late breakfast. The food was great, pictured is the BLT sandwich but unfortunately I took the picture after half the sandwich as eaten. I had a couple of eggs over medium with hash browns. The eggs were cooked correctly and although it was just sides I ordered, the plate looked great. Service was really good and the restaurant I'd clean. The staff does a great job. The parking can be a little bit a challenge when it's busy but it is well worth it.

FIVE STARS! Warning- you'll want everything off the menu We sat at the bar and were amazed by all the dishes being sent out to the tables. The pancakes were so good. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu here. Staff were super friendly too

We came here for breakfast while in town for the holiday parade. My gluten sensitive companion was so excited to see such a diverse options. She had the taco pancakes which were so cute and so delicious she couldn't believe they're gluten-free. I had a more basic breakfast with sausage, eggs and hash browns. The server was efficient and kind. It's a cute spot. Reviews talked about difficulty parking and lines but we did not experience that at all. We'll be back next time we are in Prescott.

We were visiting Prescott for the weekend and tried Salt & Pepper for the first time. Parking was a bit confusing at first but we ended up finding a spot that wasn't restricted. After a short (10 minute) wait we were seated. A friendly server greeted us and took our drink order. For breakfast, I decided on red chilaquiles and my husband had an omelette. We were both happy with our selections.

3.5 stars * Coconut french toast 3/5 * Pork eggs Benedict 3.5/5 This was a dam good breakfast. This is a prescott 4/5 star. French toast was a little soft and not quite the crunch I was going for. Eggs bandit had nice tender meat and a good biscuit.

Breakfast burrito, Monte Cristo, and pancakes.... Oh my! Everything was soooo delicious. You know when you go out to eat, and the food is so good that it just makes an impression and before you're done eating, you're planning your next trip there already?! That is what we were thinking. All dishes were incredibly delicious. The burrito was huge, with all the staples you expect for breakfast! The pancakes were light, sweet, packed full of flavor in every bite. The monte cristo was ridiculously great. I had never had one, and it will not be the last! It had the perfect combination of savory and sweet. The service was good. It was extremely loud, but the place was packed, and the food was so good, we didn't really pay attention. But if you're going on peak hours, and noisy places bother you, just keep that in mind.

This looked good on Yelp, so thought I would stop. Be aware... parking is a nightmare. They only have about six spaces & its surrounded by businesses with high traffic in & out. That said, once inside, both the wait staff & the restaurant were delightful. Turnover seems to be pretty fast & there was a steady stream of hungry folks walking in. I sat at the counter, as I often do, so I could watch everything. Food was coming out fast & the waitstaff were on it getting it out there quickly. My Prosciutto Benedict came out fast & it was delicious. Just the right amount of everything. When finished, I got an iced tea to go. I'll definitely be back, especially watching all the yummy things coming out of the kitchen.

Smudges and finger prints all around, 2 plates the same. 1 bite out of the tacos, then nausea.

Thought it was pretty good until I was served food on a dirty plate.I Reviewed on another page and Owner replyed saying , I didn't mention that I didn't have to pay......no one including the waitress apologized.

Salmon eggs Benedict - so good!

Oh my goodness! We love this place! Hubby and I stopped in this last Sunday. He had the eggs Benedict and I was wanting something sweet and ordered the strawberry shortcake pancakes - w o w i e!! So so good! Didn't take any photos this time. Probably one of the best breakfast spots in Prescott!

This was the country fried steak, 2 medium eggs and hash browns. Very good.

This was the CFS, 2 medium eggs and hash browns, its was a little pricey but it was good. The waitress was nice too

Traveling back to Arizona, we knew we had to return, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. The filet mignon is simply out of this world--served sizzling in a cast iron skillet with clarified butter, it's incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. It's the kind of dish you think about long after the meal is over. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The staff consistently go above and beyond, creating an experience that feels both elevated and welcoming. And Michael, the manager, is exceptional--so accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in making every guest feel taken care of. It's rare to find a restaurant that delivers this level of quality and consistency twice, let alone make you want to keep coming back. Without a doubt, one of the greatest dining experiences in the USA. We'll absolutely be back again.

When you go into the shop there is a lot of seating and when I went it was pretty busy. The inside felt a little messy and didn't give that comforting feeling that coffee shops provide. The service to order was a little slow, I think the cashier may have been newer though because they didn't seem comfortable with the register. It was pretty loud, I had a hard time hearing what was being said. The barista was fast with my drinks though. I waited for less then a minute. I spend a lot of money at coffee shops and am use to the pricing...I am also use to big city Downtown coffee prices...this one hurt. I spent $18 on a medium pumpkin spice coldbrew with oatmilk and a medium caramel apple cider. There is non dairy alternatives, it is $1 to add non-dairy. The caramel apple ciders taste was muted and I could barely taste the caramel. The pumpkin cold brew was good. The drinks themselves were okay, but definitely not worth the price or going out of your way for.

My husband tried the French toast breakfast with bacon and thought it was delicious. I ordered a Ham & Cheese Omelette (well done) with a side of crispy hash browns and they were both cooked to perfection. My only issue was the amount of ham that was served. It truly was very minimal and I would've preferred that the ham be mixed with the egg as opposed to spooned in the fold, but I guess I should've requested it that way. Our friends had their usual Chicken Fried Chicken and Eggs with Bacon breakfasts and both had the house potatoes, which I got to try and they were fantastic! I would certainly order them instead of the hash browns next time. One of our friends also added a waffle to his breakfast and we all took a quarter of it (because sharing is caring! ). I'm not a huge fan of waffles, so I cant really give an opinion one way or another. I'm guessing it was good, because they ate it! Anyway, cute little establishment with friendly service and a place that I'd surely return to in the future.
