I've been meaning to visit saint street cakes after all the TikTok's and even the owners TikTok's. Her cakes look so whimsical and fun! Absolutely lovely bakery. It is so charming and quaint inside. When I entered the right side was all small tiered cakes and the left side was cookies and other pastries. I had my heart set out on a salted chocolate chip cookie and luckily there were a lot still in stock. A steep price of $6.50 total so it was a splurge and I would really need to crave one again next time. The outdoor indoor seating is adorable. Really cute bakery and they have a great selection of baked goods and cakes! I tried their lime bar and a slice of their strawberry shortcake. The lime bar was delicious and not too tart. What a cute cake shop! I stopped in for a Sunday morning hang out with a friend and the vibes felt very quaint and cozy. They were serving their winter seasonal menu and so I went with their tiramisu flavor which has a chocolate cake base and coffee infused icing and what almost looked like ladyfinger cookies mixed in. It was delightful-especially since I normally don't get coffee flavored desserts. The coffee flavor wasn't over powering and the cake was moist ( I know, I hate that word too) and such a well balanced slice of cake. They don't offer any coffee outside of a refrigerator full of La Colombe canned coffee options so keep that in mind if you're looking for a latte upon arrival. Can't wait to try the spring menu! The newest hype bakery checks all the boxes for being hype (cool young founder that does TikToks about the journey to opening, bakery that started out of an apartment doing just online orders, very fun new Instagrammable vessel for cake, and, just the fact that it's a bakery in 2025). Fortunately the hype is justified and the baked goods are excellent. As the name suggests, you need to try the cakes, but don't miss the cookies plus the brownie and loaf. And most of all, you need that cake in a martini glass. If you go early the cake slices might be cold still from the fridge, but you can dig right into the super moist, light and airy cake in the glass. We walked here on a weekday early afternoon and there was no line at all. I overheard the staff say that they are always super busy with multiple items selling out super early on the weekends. So we were very happy that we had the day off to try this place. We shared the salted chocolate chip cookie. There was a floral taste to it that I couldn't put my finger on. We also got two slices of cake. The cornbread cake slice and the chocolate cake. I thought the chocolate cake was so good and I much preferred it to the cornbread cake slice though that was a bit more unique. I'm glad I was able to try this once.
