Whenever I'm in the neighborhood, I try and make a point to grab a cup here. And while I've only been here a couple of times, the staff has been polite, and the coffee has been consistent - the latter being an issue for many shops. Baked doesn't try to be too cool or anything other than what it is. It's an unpretentious bake shop that offers a perfectly chilled cold brew that deserves to be savored with each sip and doesn't break the bank. It's worth making the trip even and I'll be doing so, even if I'm not exactly in the neighborhood.

The shop is small but decked out in pink decor with their cakes on the wall. This definitely looks like a spot that you would get your cakes from. I got the caramel apple cookie and strawberry cupcake. The cupcake is pretty big. They even garnish it with a real strawberry on top. The frosting was more on the solid side but had a smooth texture. Pairing well with the cake. Then I had the caramel apple cookie. It was really sweet with apple filling inside. I was surprised how they had the apple filling inside. The caramel on top was sticky holding the cookie together. I talked with the owner and she is a sweet lady. If you're in the area definitely check out this cake shop.
