Customer service is not for everyone some persons function better in supporting roles rather than front facing. There was a scenario where a customer ordered 3 dozen meat pies, beef, chicken and herring for a small group but one person wanted only chicken and herring do the customer requested to pay for an additional box in order to separate this individual's items but not even that request could be honored. The 1st mistake all the pies were boxed together without the person picking up being able to tell which pie contained which filling. I say all this to say the adage "the customer is always right" can take a business a long way as long as the request is not against the owner's policies. You have to be flexible in business matters at times.
