Wonderful pastry shop with flakey croissants and more! We tried the ham and cheese pastry (not the croissant, one of my favs), pear tart (my other favorite), cinnamon bun, and hazelnut croissant. Just such a lovely place!

A lovely artisan bakery in a space once housing a beloved German restaurant. The bakery is close to another special spot Winner. There is an open kitchen & large display with very curated items. Ate: Pain au Chocolat$6 This was an outstanding chocolate croissant. I initially thought the chocolate ratio was a bit underrepresented but it was not! Best croissant since La Boulangerrie Boul Mich Delray scotch was not artisan but the chocolate ratio and egg ones was great! Btw no bathroom but I would return for the pain au chocolate.

100/10. Can't say enough good things about their pastries. 1. Kouign-Amann is to die for. So crispy on the bottom bc of the caramelized sugar, and perfect layers with the right amount of sweetness. Amazing! 2. Chocolate Hazelnut croissant I could eat everyday for the rest of my life. Absolutely perfect croissant with an insane homemade chocolate hazelnut spread, that most importantly, you get in every bite! 3. Olive Oil Cake - as if it couldn't get any better...it DOES! This olive oil cake is so fantastically moist, with a perfect crumb. Go here. Please. You will not regret it. And your belly will appreciate it.

    The sourdough, butter, and jam.

This was just lovely. The bakery was closed, it was Sunday afternoon. But I was looking at the hours posted in the window when a man came to the door with a brown bag. "Would you like our last sourdough heart?" I was perplexed. Just giving it to me? "There's butter and jam in the bag," he added as he put in my hands. I got home and my family and I ate it, tangy, crusty, and chewy sourdough with butter and the most delicious jam. What a treat. What a kind gesture. What a delicious surprise. Thank you man at Miolin Bakery, you are very kind!

I loved the savory pastries that they had! My favorite was definitely the focaccia which I got right after it came out. It was soft, chewy, and had a perfect balance of flavors. The cold brew was also good. The ambiance was great overall with great service!

I walked on a Saturday when they just opened. I was a little worried they wouldn't have a lot of options but they were well prepared at 8:03am. They had baguettes and a vary of sourdoughs. I heard really great things about their Kouign Aman so got one of that and a Strawberry Croissant. I get why people talked highly of their Kouign Aman! It reminds me of Churros without the grease.

Amazing pastries and sandwiches and terrific owners! You will not be disappointed. All the charm of a small business!

A lovely local bakery in the neighborhood. Met up with a friend here for some pastries and loved the potato focaccia. It was light and crispy. I also got the chocolate hazelnut croissant and it was so delicious. The people working this morning were super cheerful and helpful. They have drip coffee and cold brew as well. Hope to come back and try more things!

Absolutely a must visit! Please do yourself a favor and visit the most wonderful bakery in Park Slope. Such kind workers and every minute was enjoyed here! Croissants should not be forgotten!

Chocolate hazelnut and strawberry croissants. Delectable.

Definitely the best croissants in NYC. They also make delicious focaccia sandwiches sometimes. An absolute gem.

On this visit, I was buying bread for three different friends as gifts, so I naturally needed a little extra time to make my selections and place my order. Unfortunately, the staff member serving me appeared extremely impatient throughout the process and even criticized me for not explaining my order clearly. I completely understand that there were customers waiting behind me and that the staff needs to keep the line moving. However, I believe every customer deserves to be treated with patience and respect. If I am spending over $120 on your products, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect five minutes of patience while I carefully choose my order. I truly love this bakery and will continue recommending it because the quality of the bread is exceptional. I only hope the customer service can better reflect the quality of the products. A little more patience and kindness would make the experience just as memorable as the bread itself.

It is so clear that they use incredibly high-quality ingredients and carefully curate each component, which is exactly why everything comes together in such an elevated way. The tomatoes reminded me of the ones I grew in my garden during California summers as a teenager. Perfectly salted, layered over soft, not-too-tart feta. The focaccia was made with beautiful olive oil and, while a bit chewier than I usually prefer, gave the sandwich a satisfying bite. I had to close my eyes while eating it just to savor it. The chocolate cherry almond croissant... wow. Such a creative combination, and it did not disappoint. Soft, buttery, and filled with a sour cherry compote that reminded me of a cherry cordial from a box of chocolates. 5/5. Hainsley, who helped me, was exceptionally lovely. Everyone even in line was very nice, the vibes were awesome. I'll definitely be back to try the spicy tofu sandwich and the heirloom tomato tart!

While they didn't have their full selection available, there were still plenty of pastries to choose from. We ended up getting the vanilla kouign amann and the chocolate PB&J croissant. The kouign amann was flaky, buttery, and beautifully caramelized. The chocolate PB&J croissant was easily our favorite. It was filled with rich, decadent chocolate and a layer of jelly that balanced everything out without making it overly sweet. My significant other hasn't stopped talking about it since! We're already looking forward to coming back to try more.
