The photo print center was particularly frustrating. I was initially told my prints would be ready in 6-7 minutes. After waiting around the store for about 20 minutes, I finally asked for help and was told there had been an error and it would be another 10 minutes. After waiting again and struggling to get someone's attention, I was then told there was a print queue and that I would have to come back at some unspecified time because no one knew how long it would take. That information would have been perfectly reasonable if it had been communicated at the beginning, instead of after nearly 45 minutes of wasted time. The only person who ultimately provided a clear answer was a kind employee who had literally just clocked in for her shift, which says a lot about the lack of organization beforehand. I rarely go to CVS, and this experience reminded me exactly why. I'll pick up my photos whenever they eventually become available, but I won't be returning. If you're considering using the photo printing services here, be prepared for delays, unclear communication, and a lot of waiting around.

People make plans and go out of their way to pick up their medications based on the posted hours, especially when they have busy schedules. It is very frustrating to make the trip only to find that the pharmacy is closed. Please make sure the pharmacy hours are accurate and updated online so customers can plan accordingly and avoid unnecessary trips.

One strike is all they get. I just don't have the mental capacity for CVS to make my life harder. I had a refrigerated medication prescription come through to them on Friday. Today is Tuesday. I came on Saturday to pick it up, as it showed ready in my cvs app. I come down, wait in line, and was told that they couldn't give me my prescription because they had refrigeration issues. I said a call to let me know would have been considerate. Then I was asked to wait to the side to talk to the pharmacist. I wasn't causing a scene, I just wanted to know WHEN I could get my prescription and why they didn't give me a call to be considerate? The pharmacist and a tech both looked at me like I was there to raise hell. I wasn't. I was still being polite. I just wanted to know WHEN I could get my medicine. I asked the pharmacist if he could please call me when the prescription arrived. He took down my number. I found my prescription to show ready today. Would have never known had I not checked my app. Pharmacist never called. Nice. I also saw there was a second prescription transferred in the same date as my original medication- sitting in the app, unfilled. I have no idea what it was. But I click to fill it. Just in case. I get to the pharmacy this morning, wait in line, then was told my second prescription isn't ready. I ask what it is. Oh it's an accessory that goes with my first prescription, the medication won't work without it. I ask then why tf was THAT never filled? Why did I have to do it? And what would have happened had I not seen that in my app? You would have given me a medication that wouldn't have been able to be administered? A blank stare was what I received. Of course he doesn't know. Of course no accountability. I wait 10 minutes, get back in line and wait. Finally I'm outta there. Unless you're on top of your own medication being filled, skip this pharmacy. You can't trust them to do their basics and have some consideration of you and your time.

Walking in I was able to find one of my shampoos, but when I went to check out their vitamins several of the bottles were mixed up and in the wrong place. The shelves just felt messy and disorganized compared to some of the pharmacies i've been in lately. All in all, after a quick scan at the self-checkout I was done and onto the next - although I really don't think I'll be returning to this location.

A lot of the shelves were empty, almost everything is locked up, and it feels a bit grimy. It was a wasted trip for us since it turns out our vaccination isn't covered by our insurance (the pharmacy tech also had an issue checking us in and reviewing our accounts) and the check stand (no self check out) had a line of five people deep that wasn't going anywhere so I put back the candies I'd picked up and left. To be honest I never see us ever coming back to this location, we don't see these issues at our local Walnut Creek CVS and we're always able to use their self check out to be in and out quickly, so overall I think two stars is right on the nose.

The tech told me that I just needed to wait 10 minutes. I had to explain to the tech the importance of my child's medication being filled on time, given that a missed dose can cause a life-threatening issue. About a month ago, I was in line inquiring on my child's prescription. There was another customer standing super close behind me while I was giving the tech very personal information. The staff did not say anything to the customer standing very close to me. There I was disclosing personal medical information not realizing that the customer was near me the whole time. (They should check the cameras; I can't make this up!) I only became aware that the man was standing extremely close to me because another customer in line pointed it out and told him to step back.
