Four weeks later, for the second dose, I just had to present my vaccine record card & they again made me sign a form asking about my medical conditions and reactions from the 1st dose. That process was really quick too & I was feeling just fine. After both the doses, they ask you to wait for about 15 mins so that you don't have any immediate reactions (which I believe they would've helped incase happened).
