She said "Oh, sorry we're out of that" so I picked the second "Oh, we're out of that too" and guess what they didn't have the third thing I selected either. Second time we have stopped here and can not say our experience has improved. Food came out looking and feeling like it had been placed in an oven to warm because it was forgotten in the window. The lettuce and tomato on my burger was wilted from heat. My youngest who lives for burgers did not finish his because 'the bun was too hard'. We stayed in Pearl to visit Vicksburg, and Ruby Tuesday was the only real restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. It turned out to be a good thing. I had a very tasty asiago, bacon chicken entree with an excellent mac and cheese on the side. My wife had ribs, and she was pleased. The garden salads were fresh and crisp. I have tried this place three times and had very very bad service. Then the advertise something but the don't have it. So ok maybe the ran out. I go back in a couple of weeks still out. I went to this restaurant because it was in walking distance to my hotel. That turned out to be a big mistake. I entered the restaurant about 4:00 pm to await the arrival of 4 of my business colleagues. I approached the bar and received a stare down from several female employees standing near the bar. One of them came behind the bar to take my order. No greeting or smile from her. She appeared very angry and unfriendly. I had several drinks and ordered the salad bar and a ribeye steak. The salad bar was very good with a wide variety of fresh produce. The steak was excellent, reasonably priced and cooked to my request. My colleagues soon joined me and each had a beer. They asked me if the food was good and I told them yes but the service was substandard. We all decided to leave and I joined them for their dinner at a nearby restaurant. This Ruby Tuesday lost over $100.00 because of the terrible service. The following night the 5 of us decided not to visit this restaurant. Once again, this restaurant lost out on over $100.00 on purchases for dinner. The waitresses at this restaurant need training in properly greeting their guests and making their guests feel welcomed. My husband and I stopped in this Ruby Tuesdays after dinner while in Pearl. Never again. The service was horrible. The bartender set menus in front of us. When my husband told her we were only order drinks, she snatched them and left. 15 minutes later, one of the male bartenders was washing glasses and we asked him for drinks. He told us the girl would be there soon. He finally made a drink and she showed up again when it was time to pay the check. The appetizer was almost out according to the waitress, until she came back and told us it was never cooked!! Good food. Salmon with grilled asparagus was awesome. Our waitress was really good. The rest of the waiting staff hung out in the parking lot, coming in and out, in and out the whole time. Music blaring on stereo outside. I know they weren't that busy, but I would have thought the manager would have known better. But he was doing it too. Been here twice now. Working in town for a while so checking out all the local spots near hotel. Both times had real friendly service. Sat at the bar first time and had chicken finger dinner. Not to greasy and still juicy on the inside. Second time just got soup and salad bar which let me say the tortilla soup is really good. Could use little more chicken but broth was little spicy and full of flavor. But waitress was extremely nice which made visit that much better. read more

Service from the bar was terrible, as that is the place that I normally eat. I travel four nights a week, and eat at Ruby Tuesday's at least once a week. I have to say it's been a long while since I have eaten at a Ruby Tuesday. My last two experiences were lacking to put it nicely. This restaurant was great. Our server, Okei was awesome. I watched him taking care of all his guests with true care. The price of my food was adequate for what I had. To be honest the salad was worth the $13.99. I couldn't decide what all to put on my salad. It all looked so delicious. There were a possible 55 items to top with. That's unheard of. It was the best salad I've had in years. My husband and I just left the Ruby Tuesday in Pearl, MS and I just have to say the service there is horrible. I've always had a bad experience at this particular location but I thought what the heck, let's give them one more shot. That was a mistake! The hostess was kind enough to take our drink order when we first sat down and it went downhill from there. We sat there for about 15 minutes before the manager reluctantly took our food orders. About 25 minutes later, after everyone around us was attentively cared for and eating (some even eating dessert), our food comes. So, we weren't invisible after all! We refused the meal, asked for the manager told him of the poor service and how we were ignored and all he said was there were other parties ahead of us. Ok that's fine, still doesn't explain why we were ignored but ok. Then he finally halfway apologized. My husband offered to pay for his drink but the manager said that was ok. I went to this location tonight and was DISAPPOINTED. The manager was absurd, arrogant and rude. Our waitress was ok. My order was wrong and it was not corrected. The manager was so horrible since it was a party some of our guest got up and left. It took thirty minutes or longer for our food to come out. If you're in Pearl, MS and looking for a nice restaurant you may want to go across the street to O'Charley's or Lone Star or take a short five-minute drive to Brandon and visit THE BEST APPLEBEES IN THE STATE or if you want to eat local Heart & Soul Diner in Brandon is also a great diner. Honestly, our party collectively tonight spends about a $1000 a month at the Ruby Tuesdays only to be shown a disservice and a lack of customer service/guest etiquette. I can speak for the entire party tonight when I say, we will not be back. For some of us this was our second or third time coming this week alone. Food was OK. The salad bar was greatly lacking anything that resembled a vegetable; very disappointing.

I'm not one to eat at chain restaurants but I was craving somewhat healthy food after work and this place seemed to fit the bill given that it has an unlimited salad bar. I had the fish tacos and the salad bar. Everything was served fast and tasted great. The staff continuously kept the salad bar stocked with a diverse set of items for my plate. My waitress was extremely attentive to myself, as well as everyone in her section. The reason I am giving it four stars is the host who greeted was disinterested in being a host and shouldn't be the first face people meet when they come in. He was not rude, but not very welcoming either. I have a better respect for Ruby Tuesday now especially given all the "fit" items they have on their menu. read more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT FOOD! My boyfriend and I went here and it was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant in a long time! We walked in the door at 9:12, was greeted by one of the most unfriendly hostesses, she asked us if we wanted to sit at the bar and seemed very unhappy when we told her no. We got seated and she walked away, came back a few minutes later with some silverware and walked away again. We waited about 5 minutes before the same girl came back to the table to tell us she would be our server and took our drink order. She didn't even bring back the right drinks once she finally came back. We put our order in somewhere close to 9:20 and then we waited. We waited and waited for our food to come out while our "server" was sitting at the back booth with her boyfriend acting like she was on a date instead of at work, never got up to check on us, never moved. By 9:45 we still didn't have our food and she hadn't left the table with her boyfriend yet, so at this point we decided to get up and leave because it was evident we were never getting our food and if we did, it would probably be cold anyway from sitting in the window so long. This was my first time ever visiting a ruby tuesdays and it will most definitely be my last! I have never had so much trouble in a restaurant before, and I have worked in restaurants for many years, so I am usually pretty patient with my servers, but this one did not care one way or another if we got our food as long as her time with her boyfriend wasn't interrupted! read more

WORST experience ever! Took forever to get drinks once we did they were wrong. Our server said she would correct it. Thinking she would be right back we started eating salad and our server is cleaning tables and sweeping. After about 5 minutes she brings biscuits and not the corrected drinks so i had to ask. I ordered an app as my meal and added salad bar, my husband ordered steak dinner and added salad bar. Well, my food comes out as an app and 15+ minutes later my husbands food came out ( i was done at this point) He ordered steak medium it was well done and you could tell the food had been sitting under the heat lamp as the mashed potatoes were crusty on top. When we got our bill she charged me full price for app and salad bar when it should have been full price for app plus 3.99 for add on salad bar. When i asked her she said they cant do that which i know is not true. I unfortunately did not have time to argue or ask for the manager. I usually dont gripe but i worked at a RT for 7 years and this would not have been the standard where I worked.
