This RT sure isn't up to par with most I have eaten at in the past. Our server did a good job but the food was fair at best. I have to say it's been a long while since I have eaten at a Ruby Tuesday. My last two experiences were lacking to put it nicely. This restaurant was great. Our server, Okei was awesome. I watched him taking care of all his guests with true care. The price of my food was adequate for what I had. To be honest the salad was worth the $13.99. I couldn't decide what all to put on my salad. It all looked so delicious. There were a possible 55 items to top with. That's unheard of. It was the best salad I've had in years. Everyone there was super nice and invited us back. I live an hour but I come that way often. I will definitely be back. read more

I'm not one to eat at chain restaurants but I was craving somewhat healthy food after work and this place seemed to fit the bill given that it has an unlimited salad bar. I had the fish tacos and the salad bar. Everything was served fast and tasted great. The staff continuously kept the salad bar stocked with a diverse set of items for my plate. My waitress was extremely attentive to myself, as well as everyone in her section. The reason I am giving it four stars is the host who greeted was disinterested in being a host and shouldn't be the first face people meet when they come in. He was not rude, but not very welcoming either. I have a better respect for Ruby Tuesday now especially given all the "fit" items they have on their menu. read more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT FOOD! My boyfriend and I went here and it was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant in a long time! We walked in the door at 9:12, was greeted by one of the most unfriendly hostesses, she asked us if we wanted to sit at the bar and seemed very unhappy when we told her no. We got seated and she walked away, came back a few minutes later with some silverware and walked away again. We waited about 5 minutes before the same girl came back to the table to tell us she would be our server and took our drink order. She didn't even bring back the right drinks once she finally came back. We put our order in somewhere close to 9:20 and then we waited. We waited and waited for our food to come out while our "server" was sitting at the back booth with her boyfriend acting like she was on a date instead of at work, never got up to check on us, never moved. By 9:45 we still didn't have our food and she hadn't left the table with her boyfriend yet, so at this point we decided to get up and leave because it was evident we were never getting our food and if we did, it would probably be cold anyway from sitting in the window so long. This was my first time ever visiting a ruby tuesdays and it will most definitely be my last! I have never had so much trouble in a restaurant before, and I have worked in restaurants for many years, so I am usually pretty patient with my servers, but this one did not care one way or another if we got our food as long as her time with her boyfriend wasn't interrupted! read more

OMG!! Terrible service! My fiancé and I were here on business and thought we would stop in for a few drinks at the bar. The bartender seemed to have an attitude, as if the world owed her something. She spent the whole time with, who seemed to be the manager, at a booth with customers. My drink was empty for a few minutes so we just asked for our check. I don't want to waste my time and money where no one wants it. Also, the beer was flat and disgusting. I would not go there. read more

WORST experience ever! Took forever to get drinks once we did they were wrong. Our server said she would correct it. Thinking she would be right back we started eating salad and our server is cleaning tables and sweeping. After about 5 minutes she brings biscuits and not the corrected drinks so i had to ask. I ordered an app as my meal and added salad bar, my husband ordered steak dinner and added salad bar. Well, my food comes out as an app and 15+ minutes later my husbands food came out ( i was done at this point) He ordered steak medium it was well done and you could tell the food had been sitting under the heat lamp as the mashed potatoes were crusty on top. When we got our bill she charged me full price for app and salad bar when it should have been full price for app plus 3.99 for add on salad bar. When i asked her she said they cant do that which i know is not true. I unfortunately did not have time to argue or ask for the manager. I usually dont gripe but i worked at a RT for 7 years and this would not have been the standard where I worked. As others have stated, the bartender is rude and uncaring of anything you may need. Food is mediocre, at best. Bad food, bad service, even for a national chain restaurant. Go elsewhere. read more

Do not eat here! We hadn't been to a RT in ages but thought we would go for lunch. First, tables are packed in so close together that my husband was hit in the head by a woman's purse when she turned around. Second, our waiter was profiling. It was our day off so we went in at lunch wearing tee shirts instead of business clothes. It started with the slower service. He forgot to put our appetizer order in. It took a long time for us to get our Caesar salads. We went in planning on trying the new 'mega salad bar'. What a joke. I kept looking for the rest of it. Then I ordered a chicken breast topped with mushrooms and artichoke hearts. There was the equivalent of 3/8 of an artichoke heart and maybe 2 mushrooms on it. The serving sizes were really small. Then when it was time to leave, we requested to go containers for our appetizer since it came out so late that we didn't eat it. He brought us a to go container that still had a couple of old pieces of mashed potatoes in it. It looked like the container had been used then washed (rinsed)- but it was clear. The waiter should have seen the nasty old food in the to go container he brought us. The fact is, he was barely waiting on us to begin with because he thought we were poorer and after he forgot our appetizer then he probably figured he wouldn't get much of a tip anyway! Horrible food, horrible service, big price tag. Never again for us!! read more

My husband ordered the triple prime hamburger. When the food came out, it was incorrect. The waitress told us that it was new and she hadn't seen the new stuff yet. She took it back and they put a piece of cheese on it. We looked up the menu online and saw that it wasn't the same. We were told the menu has changed and it was incorrect. We got charged for the incorrect food. We will not be coming here ever again. What kind of place can't cook off the menu or properly train? read more

I ate here yesterday. I tried their hamburger. It was decent, but not great. The service was good. I would recommend this restaurant.

Our last visit to this restaurant was unpleasant, due to the hostess . The restaurant did not have many people, but, when we got to the hostess desk, we were told it would be a 10 minute wait. I pointed to a totally empty area, while observing all of the empty seats. As she was saying this to me, a party of 4 others came in, she pointed to the empty seats, and a server, immediately, took them to that area. I asked why she seated them and not us, she said, "They had two people waiting on them." I knew this was not true because I saw these people getting out of their car as we were walking in, and, also there were no people in the small waitng area just inside the outside door. The server came back immediately and took us to a table and apologized for what happened. I told him that was discrimination, and he agreed. I reported this on Ruby Tuesday's complaint page, a managing partner emailed me to ask that I call her, and I did. The head manager of that restaurant was supposed to call me when he got back to town.....never happened! I contacted her via email....no response. SO....DISCRIMINATION MUST BE OKAY IN THIS RESTAURANT!!!!! read more

We have always liked Ruby Tuesday restaurants, but not this one. We have given this RT 3 tries and won't ever be back. With past visits, service was terrible and the salad bar was dirty and empty. Once we were told that they were really behind in the kitchen and we couldn't be seated for at least 20 minutes even though the place was practically empty! This time we thought we would get soup "to go". What could possibly go wrong.... We went to the bar to order our "to go" order, as instructed. The place was filthy, dirty tables everywhere and the bar had dirty glasses in front of almost all the seats. But, we weren't staying and decided to order. We waited and waited. Finally another customer pointed their waitress to us since we had been there for a while. We ordered two bowls of chicken noodle and 2 bowls of chicken tortilla soup to go. We waited, and waited. We saw 4 men in the kitchen laughing and talking, just goofing off. There were several waitresses at the end of the bar doing nothing. Another customer had to get up several times and ask for things because they were not being waited on. Finally our soup arrived, we paid, left, got home and found that our order was wrong. We got 2 bowls of Broccoli Cheddar instead of Chicken noodle. When my husband called the manager to complained, she just giggled and said the cooks just made a mistake.
