So we visited this location on yesterday, July 19, 2025. The drive thru microphone had issues and had me yelling and the young lady still could not understand me, she seemed to be frustrated with it as I as well, so I parked and we went inside. (I did not want to get out my vehicle that's why I stopped at the Drive thru) ugh. Inside Lily was super sweet and apologetic for the issue. (Although she was not the one at the window mic). Eli was the only one in the prep area and we had a pretty big order. He and Lily got Everything correct with the order. Great food, great locally managed people, great service! They let you sample any flavor of your choice. My favorites are the fancy Nancy and the fruity fran. And the limited time flavors are usually great as well. I tried the new señorita flavor today and it is great. Their last limited time flavor patti Thai-reffic was great and they had the flavor featured in the past. No idea why it takes forever to get food sometimes and other times they are very quick. I went by at 4:45 on 1/13 and no one was there. It took 10 minutes and I was the only car in the drive thru. Better to go during a weekday maybe when a manager is working. Unfortunate. read more

Been eating here several years now. The chicken salad has suddenly become Very mayonnaisie! It's terrible! The employees are not trained to deliver the orders correctly. They don't care about how they are dressed, wearing sloppy jeans with the whole knees out. Long hair flying all over the place. Can't even answer a question about their menu! Pitiful! The choices are great, though I haven't tried everyone of them. My favorites are Jalapeño Holly and the Lemon Basil pesto flavor. This is a great quick lunch, satisfying and not too heavily calorie-filled I always order the broccoli salad as it is my habit to have a veggie or fruit at every meal. If you choose fruit, their fresh fruit is always fresh. However I don't recommend the cookie, heavy in sugar, but no other flavor in it. read more

I came here a few weeks ago and their was hair in my fancy Nancy. I was the 4th car there that morning as they opened but didn't start to eat my sandwich until our place of destination. We ordered 2 Jalapeño Holly Sandwiches and 2 sides of fresh fruit. We even repeated it 2x to make sure they had it correct. We got to the window and they gave us 2 scoops of Jalapeño Holly and 2 grape salads. We informed them it was incorrect. They resolved it by giving us 2 sides of fruit in addition to the grape salads but they also gave us toasted bread and asked if we wouldn't mind scooping it onto the bread ourselves. We didn't mind but correct me if I'm wrong...don't the sandwiches come with lettuce and tomato? Also, the pickle was very close to the grape salad so it tasted like pickle. In the future, it's probably better if you put it away from the grape salad or wrap it up to limit the exposure. read more

I dined here with friends during a girls day outing. Can I just say...who knew chicken salad could be so varied?!? Staff was very polite. Provided a sample to one in our party of the blue cheese chicken salad. She loved it. They offer the chicken salad as sandwich base or as a scoop. Our party had both. Everyone was very satisfied with their orders. The meal was light and filling. Meal cost was average for lunch. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. I am so happy to have this franchise in our area. I was introduced to it years ago and have been a fan sense. I've popped in twice one time to get just a side chicken salad and another to get several large ones and the food is excellent. I particularly like the lemon basil chicken and a spicy pimento cheese. I've had no issues with orders and not really any interaction as we're doing the drive-through thing that the service has been good and we got what we ordered. Any place that has nine or 10 varieties of chicken saladsThat are all delicious has my vote. I also love their broccoli salad and grape salad/dessert so give those a try also for something unique and very good. read more
