First let me say it's in a great location. There's nothing but hotels around so I expected to be some unknown restaurants. When I asked Siri and the concierge, I was surprised that I was only a five minute walk from Ruby Tuesdays. It's been years since I've been to one so I was glad to see a patio, service was great from the moment I came in. It was a Friday night and I just wanted a drink and fries so I can't speak much on food. The salad bar looked appetizing though. Can I give a negative star? This is my first review and hate being negative, but this was HORRIBLE! The hostess commented how slow they were, yet it took 30 minutes for a side of fries. The restaurant is dirty, there is food all over the floor and walls, services is slow and food is average at best. I would have rather went to Wendy's. read more

All I have to say is wow. In a bad way. We came for my friends 30th birthday for a good dinner and some drinks on a Sunday evening. We were here 3 hours and I didn't even get my appetizer until we left. It had to be boxed up and taken to go. I left starving and partched. The poor server was so overwhelmed with people and she has the stress of a terrible kitchen and bar that she could barley work. The kitchen was so incredibly far behind and the bar tender had no glasses and it was only her working the bar. It tooks me 30 minutes to get a drink before my table was sat and there was maybe around half full in the restaurant if not even less. I'm just so sad and disappointed being we come here quite a bit being we live across the street. read more

Walked in at 1005pm and was rudly told that they close at 10pm now yet nowhere does it say that on here, the door or even the website. At the very least you would hope that there would be a sign with the covid restrictions that says that restaurant hours have changed. Upon arrival we were not so pleasantly greeted by 3 hostess. We were told the wait would be and hour and a half. Yet the restaurant appeared to be empty. I actually went in and counted the number of tables seated and there was only 4 tables seated at that time. Anyway so we waited outside. While waiting we see customer after customer be turned away or told it is an almost 2 hour wait, all while the hostess stand there and play on their phone. I mean maybe it's just me but I would think as a hostess your job is also to do anything else to help. Anyway after sitting for an hour they finally seated us. While we waited to be served I counted tables again and still only 4 tables seated seemed like they had one waitress/waiter per table. Idk why. We waited to be served and since they sat us up front we could help but see as many as 50 people or more be turned away at the door all while they just stood there and chatted. This totally already makes a bad experience. We did have a good waiter thank god. The food was good but the service will make my decision as to not going back to this location. I guess many restaurants don't have management on site anymore and it really shows. read more

It's been years since I've visited a Ruby Tuesday, and despite the nostalgia, I must say that I am grossly disappointed by this chain establishment. I got the all you can eat salad bar, and the wife got the grilled chicken salad. The salad bar selection was very limited to iceberg lettuce and some spinach, and while there were some unique condiments, such as edamame and yellowing hummus, everything else was super salty. The wife's salad was also a bit on the wilted side and there weren't much of the green salad unmolested by the creamy dressing. We were staying across the street and didn't want to venture very far for dinner. This was literally across the street. Walked in on a Friday night and it was totally empty. We were seated right away. You could tell that there wasn't a lot of foot traffic here because the waiters kept fooling around with each other and some were even sitting at the bar watching some game on the televisions. I ordered the petite sirloin with the mashed potatoes and the endless salad bar. The salad bar was awesome. I was pleasantly surprised. There were tons of options to choose from. My only complete about the salad bar is that they didn't have Cesar dressing. My petite sirloin came cooked per my requests. Perfectly medium well. I really didn't have high hopes for this location but my steak was actually really good! The mashed potatoes were also awesome. I don't remember our servers name, but she had glasses and purple/pink hair. She was awesome, made sure we had everything we needed and she was very punny too! If I could give zero stars I would . We ordered our drinks and I ordered wine my first clue should have been when I ordered the wine by name and the server said " what kind is that I don't know anything about our wines". Water came , sodas came and wine never arrived . Food arrived chicken strips and nuggets were frozen in the middle , coconut shrimp so over done it was brown and potato skins were so over cooked they were shriveled up . Asked for ranch and server came back eating food and chewing and said Sorry not much in the cups I spilled it . The restaurant stopped seating people because the computer went down. I had to go find our server twice and the table behind us waited 20 minutes for a kids max n cheese . We found the manager and shared our experience and he said Oh I know we don't let that server out much. REALLY ! 85.00 for awful meal and horrible customer service . Don't eat here ever ! read more

Rubys are not just jewls, they are also great restaurant. We came in on a Monday, and it was still spectacular! The mozzarella sticks did just the job to start off our great meal, we than ordered the children's mac&cheese, as well as the burben salmon. We thought the meal couldn't get any better then they brought out the chocolate chip cookie skillet, it was everything we thought it would be and more! We walked out with full bellys, and smiles on out faces. 10/10. read more

I ordered the sweet chili coconut shrimp meal platter and got it delivered right in the area at a hotel - it arrived jumbled up with the fries, lukewarm, and was without anything else that was to come on the platter; no chili sauce for the shrimp, no coleslaw as the second side, and no ketchup - that was all supposed to be accompanying the meal. The shrimp itself tasted good but was dry without the sauce, so half the flavor. Medium warm plain fries also were not what I had hoped for - esp at this price. Disappointed. read more

My parents used to frequent this restaurant constantly. On their last trip, they got two burgers done medium well and received them raw. The waitress forgot about them and never commented on the burger that my dad had pushed away. Tonight they decided to try it one more time. Again they asked for medium well, didn't receive medium well, but it wasn't raw so they ate them anyways. I came with them tonight. We sat facing the kitchen. My bad review comes from the amount of grease that is caked on the walls in their kitchen area. There is dust on the TVs, but the KITCHEN IS DISGUSTING. Close for a day and scrub! read more

Food took an hour an a half and tasted like a rats ass don't come here. My Mac and cheese was clapped and the ketchup tasted like horse shit. If I could I would give this place zero stars. Right when I walked in I was smacked in the face by this horrific smell my grandpa got food poisoning and I have a stomach ache. I absolutely DESTROYED the toilet. This place sucks! Had a terrible experience at this Ruby Tuesdays. My husband was hungry for a burger but I decided I'd like a cup of soup and saw the sliders next to it. It was shown under the salad bar as "add on's" I asked the server if I could only get the soup and sliders, I didn't want the salad bar, and she said she'd check. She came back and said I could so I ordered that. My husband ordered his burger and we waited, and waited, and waited. It took at least 45 minutes to get our food. When our bill came my soup and sliders cost $12.99, my husbands burger was $10.95...makes no sense. Sadly the manager gave no explanation to justify the charges. Came here after picking up a friend from the airpot. Had been at tower grill earlier and decided to try something else close to the hotel. They don't have a big craft beer selection but no big deal scored a fat tire. Ordered the Cajun ribeye which was excellent. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Also had the shrimp and steak combo which was average. The steak was cooked properly. Salad bar is great. At 930 pm ingredients were fresh and we all made 2 salads and enjoyed them very much. I have gluten-intolerance, did not expect anything more than a salad when going there by myself due to a flight overnight delay. It was a surprise that staff, Dana, has very good knowledge about gluten-intolerance. She let me know that they have a gluten-free menu online, and sat down with me helped me craft a burger, no bun+garden salad. On top of it, she made sure the burger would be grilled separately on new foil. This is the first safe burger after I went complete gluten-free. Of course I loved it! Quickly seated, and had my meal in 15 minutes. Didn't have to flag the waiter down for a refill on my beverage. Had the Mushroom burger and it was pretty good. The cooks gave me mashed potatoes instead of the fries I ordered but I'm not picky. The salad bar has really low sneeze shields so if you are tall you will have to really crouch to get them salad fixings. Otherwise I had a good meal. read more

Lucky for Ruby Tuesday's they are right on restaurant row near the airport. They don't really have to worry about return customers. But, as my wife and I are stuck in this hotel for a week, we figured we give it a try since it was so convenient. For starters, my burger had pickles when my wife specifically ordered no pickles. Her burger had onions, again, ordered with no onions. We both had onion rings, and you guessed it, she asked for extra ranch - no ranch. The kicker was the 8 inch long blonde hair that came with my wife's burger. We ordered to go, so getting a refund was pretty much out of the question. Basically, we got none of the sides we asked for, and a couple gross ones we didn't want. If you wonder how bad this place is, consider this is my first negative review ever. If you in a hotel near Denver Intl. just make the 15 minute drive to Aurora. None of these places on hotel row really care. read more

Wow, went in after a long day with several of my coworkers and I ordered steak medium rare with potatoes and a side salad. We then proceed to suffer over an hour wait for our food! People that came if after us received their food, ate, and left before we finally got ours. The manager came by after and apologized but our server said it happens way too often! This is the "go-to" restaraunt when I am in Denver for work. This location is in the hotel center located closest to the airport. The service is great and food is always good. I feel like this place has better service than most chain restaurants. Be careful going here you could find yourself waiting for 10-15 minutes because they get busy every night (due to location of hotels). Only reason I have 4 stars is because it's very difficult to get items from back row on salad bar due to the setup they have. read more

This was my first time to Ruby Tuesday with a group of coworkers and I was under impressed. The interaction I had with the host was underwhelming at best. The way she talked to us was rude and came off snappy. We had a party of seven and she said "we don't have anywhere to sit you, we're busy." When I pointed out to her a table that looked like it'll fit seven, she clapped back and said "you guys have seven, that's a table for six". Mind you I was being polite, but the way she gave attitude to my answer was just unacceptable. I did however enjoy the salad bar and my top sirloin was okay at best. Not very memorable. read more
