We were staying across the street and didn't want to venture very far for dinner. This was literally across the street. Walked in on a Friday night and it was totally empty. We were seated right away. You could tell that there wasn't a lot of foot traffic here because the waiters kept fooling around with each other and some were even sitting at the bar watching some game on the televisions. I ordered the petite sirloin with the mashed potatoes and the endless salad bar. The salad bar was awesome. I was pleasantly surprised. There were tons of options to choose from. My only complete about the salad bar is that they didn't have Cesar dressing. My petite sirloin came cooked per my requests. Perfectly medium well. I really didn't have high hopes for this location but my steak was actually really good! The mashed potatoes were also awesome. I don't remember our servers name, but she had glasses and purple/pink hair. She was awesome, made sure we had everything we needed and she was very punny too! When I travel to Denver for a short overnight trip, I typically don't stray too far away from Tower Road, which limits the number of places to eat to just a handful. Ruby Tuesday is my standby... it's a short walk from the hotel. The crowd at Ruby Tuesday is always lively. Apparently there was a big game on TV that had the bar packed, so I sat in the family dining area. Our server was on it.. prompt with the water and joked around with us as we looked over the drink menu. I asked a couple of questions about the menu and the server was able to answer them without any problem (although one other question required the help of a Manager). I ended up going with the vegetable plate, which was a choice of three of their sides and the salad bar. I went with the grilled zucchini, spaghetti squash and... uh.. First let me say it's in a great location. There's nothing but hotels around so I expected to be some unknown restaurants. When I asked Siri and the concierge, I was surprised that I was only a five minute walk from Ruby Tuesdays. It's been years since I've been to one so I was glad to see a patio, service was great from the moment I came in. Food took an hour an a half and tasted like a rats ass don't come here. My Mac and cheese was clapped and the ketchup tasted like horse shit. If I could I would give this place zero stars. Right when I walked in I was smacked in the face by this horrific smell my grandpa got food poisoning and I have a stomach ache. I absolutely DESTROYED the toilet. This place sucks! Rubys are not just jewls, they are also great restaurant. We came in on a Monday, and it was still spectacular! The mozzarella sticks did just the job to start off our great meal, we than ordered the children's mac&cheese, as well as the burben salmon. We thought the meal couldn't get any better then they brought out the chocolate chip cookie skillet, it was everything we thought it would be and more! My parents used to frequent this restaurant constantly. On their last trip, they got two burgers done medium well and received them raw. The waitress forgot about them and never commented on the burger that my dad had pushed away. Tonight they decided to try it one more time. Again they asked for medium well, didn't receive medium well, but it wasn't raw so they ate them anyways. I came with them tonight. We sat facing the kitchen. My bad review comes from the amount of grease that is caked on the walls in their kitchen area. There is dust on the TVs, but the KITCHEN IS DISGUSTING. Close for a day and scrub! read more

I have gluten-intolerance, did not expect anything more than a salad when going there by myself due to a flight overnight delay. It was a surprise that staff, Dana, has very good knowledge about gluten-intolerance. She let me know that they have a gluten-free menu online, and sat down with me helped me craft a burger, no bun+garden salad. On top of it, she made sure the burger would be grilled separately on new foil. This is the first safe burger after I went complete gluten-free. Of course I loved it! Had a terrible experience at this Ruby Tuesdays. My husband was hungry for a burger but I decided I'd like a cup of soup and saw the sliders next to it. It was shown under the salad bar as "add on's" I asked the server if I could only get the soup and sliders, I didn't want the salad bar, and she said she'd check. She came back and said I could so I ordered that. My husband ordered his burger and we waited, and waited, and waited. It took at least 45 minutes to get our food. When our bill came my soup and sliders cost $12.99, my husbands burger was $10.95...makes no sense. Sadly the manager gave no explanation to justify the charges. Quickly seated, and had my meal in 15 minutes. Didn't have to flag the waiter down for a refill on my beverage. Had the Mushroom burger and it was pretty good. The cooks gave me mashed potatoes instead of the fries I ordered but I'm not picky. The salad bar has really low sneeze shields so if you are tall you will have to really crouch to get them salad fixings. Otherwise I had a good meal. read more

Lucky for Ruby Tuesday's they are right on restaurant row near the airport. They don't really have to worry about return customers. But, as my wife and I are stuck in this hotel for a week, we figured we give it a try since it was so convenient. For starters, my burger had pickles when my wife specifically ordered no pickles. Her burger had onions, again, ordered with no onions. We both had onion rings, and you guessed it, she asked for extra ranch - no ranch. The kicker was the 8 inch long blonde hair that came with my wife's burger. We ordered to go, so getting a refund was pretty much out of the question. Basically, we got none of the sides we asked for, and a couple gross ones we didn't want. If you wonder how bad this place is, consider this is my first negative review ever. If you in a hotel near Denver Intl. just make the 15 minute drive to Aurora. None of these places on hotel row really care. read more

Wow, went in after a long day with several of my coworkers and I ordered steak medium rare with potatoes and a side salad. We then proceed to suffer over an hour wait for our food! People that came if after us received their food, ate, and left before we finally got ours. The manager came by after and apologized but our server said it happens way too often! The only 2 reasons Ruby Tuesday on Tower Rd in Denver gets 1 star and not 0 is because 1- i couldn't review without choosing at least one star and 2- some of the food wasn't inedible, thankfully. They are in the hotels list of delivery places but when you call they say they do not have delivery. Yet you can order delivery online from RubyTuesday.com. Clearly they use doordashdrive through a 3rd party company which isn't uncommon but generally the restaurant staff is more trained and have the knowledge to inform customers on how it works. Instead they just say we don't deliver. When you call back to speak to a manager they keep you holding for a couple minutes then hang up on you. I'm embarrassed. I'm in the industry and have always been understanding to things not right but this was one thing after another and it was painful. I'm sure as a Corporate restaurant they could give 2 squirts about what our experience was but I would never go here again and would rather swallow my spit than entertain the idea of giving my money to Ruby Tuesday read more

This is the "go-to" restaraunt when I am in Denver for work. This location is in the hotel center located closest to the airport. The service is great and food is always good. I feel like this place has better service than most chain restaurants. Be careful going here you could find yourself waiting for 10-15 minutes because they get busy every night (due to location of hotels). Only reason I have 4 stars is because it's very difficult to get items from back row on salad bar due to the setup they have. read more

This was my first time to Ruby Tuesday with a group of coworkers and I was under impressed. The interaction I had with the host was underwhelming at best. The way she talked to us was rude and came off snappy. We had a party of seven and she said "we don't have anywhere to sit you, we're busy." When I pointed out to her a table that looked like it'll fit seven, she clapped back and said "you guys have seven, that's a table for six". Mind you I was being polite, but the way she gave attitude to my answer was just unacceptable. I did however enjoy the salad bar and my top sirloin was okay at best. Not very memorable. read more

This is another one of those places near Green Valley Ranch that likes to give out coupons so I finally gave them a try. This place is almost deserving of 4 stars but the salad bar sneeze guard is just way too freaking low. I am 6'5 I have to bend my knees and stretch my elbow in weird obtuse ways just to reach anything. When I was there you guys had a tall employee about my height you can have him test if he's able to reach the items in the back with no problems, I even saw an average height female employee have some problem replacing the plates. The salad bar guard should be raised by a foot or so. As far as the actual selection goes, most of the choices are pretty decent, I liked how the bacon wasn't bacon bits but actual freshly cooked bacon they cut into miniature pieces. The premade salads were bland and the fruit taste like it came out of a can and tastes like it had been sitting there for awhile. I've actually been here twice, the second because a friend was visiting and this was close. The first time I had the burger, it was kinda dry but ok. I got the flavored lemonade with the free refills of any flavor. This was a great deal, I had a few mangos and a raspberry and each time the drink came in a new glass with different​ shapes. Pretty fancy. Second time I got the shrimp penne, I was hoping for a longer pasta like spaghetti or fettuccine but they only had short ones like macaroni and penne. But, here in Denver I decided to give it a try on my way back to the hotel after filling the rental car with gas. I could not have been more happy with my decision.$3 margarita's were a plus, but Traci (Traci with an I) was an amazing bartender.
