This is another one of those places near Green Valley Ranch that likes to give out coupons so I finally gave them a try. This place is almost deserving of 4 stars but the salad bar sneeze guard is just way too freaking low. I am 6'5 I have to bend my knees and stretch my elbow in weird obtuse ways just to reach anything. When I was there you guys had a tall employee about my height you can have him test if he's able to reach the items in the back with no problems, I even saw an average height female employee have some problem replacing the plates. The salad bar guard should be raised by a foot or so. As far as the actual selection goes, most of the choices are pretty decent, I liked how the bacon wasn't bacon bits but actual freshly cooked bacon they cut into miniature pieces. The premade salads were bland and the fruit taste like it came out of a can and tastes like it had been sitting there for awhile. I've actually been here twice, the second because a friend was visiting and this was close. The first time I had the burger, it was kinda dry but ok. I got the flavored lemonade with the free refills of any flavor. This was a great deal, I had a few mangos and a raspberry and each time the drink came in a new glass with different​ shapes. Pretty fancy. Second time I got the shrimp penne, I was hoping for a longer pasta like spaghetti or fettuccine but they only had short ones like macaroni and penne. I had the salad bar, replete with all the basics but certainly nothing daring. Canned artificially dyed beets? Lord yes. Perfectly cut ice berg lettuce? Sure. Ladle labeled tubs of high fat dressing? Indubitably. Slow but friendly waitress? Uh-huh. Late to arrive tie wearing manager asking if "they" were taking of us (who's they)? Check. Faux historical posters and photos designed to make the space less cookie cutter? Ta-Dum! Look, there's nothing wrong with this place. Its near the airport. Its boring, its safe and dependable. It's a chain, and it's one of the few choices for dinner if you're sequestered in the odd hotel oasis near the Denver airport. So, you know, there's that. Staff is quite friendly. Ate here a couple times, and the happy hour specials, limited as they are, present a better deal for apps and drinks. I had steak & lobster one night; seafood trio the next. Great experience! I am not a fan of chains - I can say it again and again, but when I travel, sometimes I do not have a choice when eating lunch out. Again, I was surprised. They have an updated menu with some New Orleans and seafood dishes. I tried the meatloaf which was very tasty. Sides are included (2 choices), one of which can be the salad bar. Another no-no in my world, but I was craving a spinach salad, so I did it. And it was clean and good. The server was so polite and had the best attitude. Potentially lost a customer. This was our go-to en route to the airport. A chain is usually reliable or consistent food and speed of service. This time food was slow, enough that I asked to check with the kitchen and then we spent extra time needing a manager to get a coupon validated because "their system didn't accept the code" when it read "till Dec 29" and today is the 27th. A few dollars off on a coupon isn't as frustrating as not feeling valued as a customer by an indifferent manager. No one was rude, and I did get my small coupon eventually validated, but it felt like the lowest denominator of service. Overall, food was okay, the shrimp fondue being one of the better items (chips were fresh) and the strawberry lemonade is done well here. But there's a lot of places where I can spend $80. read more

To be honest, I didn't really like the food, and because I had burnt my tongue prior, the sweet and tangy drink really hurt my tastebuds. But maybe it's just Midwesterners in general (or would Colorado count as Midwest, idk,) but the service here was just so amazing and it was a great night. A spunky young Asian girl was my server, and she was a great host - told me also a little bit about Ruby Tuesdays and where most of the chains are located in the States. It's funny how the waitresses kept eavesdropping on my conversation to notice any discomfort because whenever I said anything along the lines of "eh, this is kind of sour" or "this portion is really hot" they rushed to ask if they could make it better. SERVICE. They replaced my drink and even asked if I wanted to replace my meal but it was all good. I ended up not really liking the meal itself, but the great people here made it worth it. read more

We've been here a couple of times, and ya know what? Next time, I'll just stick to the salad bar. At $9, easily the best deal on the menu. We both had salad bar, fresh, tasty, pretty good selection of items, not something you see a whole lot of anymore, salad bars or decent ingredients. Wife had a burger, I had something called "Low Country Shrimp w/ Four-Cheese Grits". Whatever they were going for here, they missed the mark by a wide margin. The shrimp was pretty good, plump and juicy, but the accompanying sauce of mushrooms, bacon, sausage was sauteed to death, and WAY too salty. Grits were presented underneath this mess as a gluey cake, completely inedible. I ate the shrimp, but that was about all. I brought this fact to the attention of the waitress, who consulted with the manager, and he arrived at the Solomonian solution to just charge me for a "shrimp skewer". Ok. So Ruby Tuesday is not my usual choice for hanging out and having a couple of drinks. But, here in Denver I decided to give it a try on my way back to the hotel after filling the rental car with gas. I could not have been more happy with my decision.$3 margarita's were a plus, but Traci (Traci with an I) was an amazing bartender. We've never had a bad experience here. We've had weird ski bum waiters and overwhelmed college kid waiters but never a bad plate of food. I wish they'd kept the larger salad plates but I can understand why they did that. Trade-off is that the salad bar is now a standard option with most entrees. read more

I use to visit here when I lived here - food and service was definitely better then. Sanitation is horrible- salad bar at 5pm looked like it was after 7pm, it was empty, dirty and poorly maintained. The "brisket" was more of a small piece of pot roast left in the oven for a week. The portion didn't even cover the bun and it was so dry and tough it was not even edible. Stuck in an odd May snowstorm, and this was in the parking lot of my hotel. Hadn't eaten at a Ruby Tuesday's in over ten years, but I have to say I was very impressed with this meal all things being relative. The salad bar was fresh, and had a ton of unique items including 5 different cheeses. The Louisiana fish & shrimp was good, and fairly priced at under $20. Most importantly, the waiter Matt was truly outstanding. Nice guy, kept on top of things, and did a terrific job. If they had Ruby Tuesday's near us in California I'd definitely eat here fairly often. read more

Chicken tortilla soup - soup was lukewarm and taste like it was from a can. The tortilla chips were good. I can eat more of them. Pork chop - soso. The chop was hot. The meat texture was kind of weird. Somehow i feel like i was eating bbq pork ribs but with a sweet glaze instead. The glaze was just sweet no other flavor. The zucchini was cold. My wife and I were craving a salad and decided to give it a shot. Not a good decision! We both had to send back an item. Her green beans were almost raw and my sirloin was totally inedible. The server was very good and replaced the items. We both said that we knew better to have high expectations but we tried. We will not return to any Ruby Tuesday. Ive been at a ruby tuesday's once before in N.C.. i came here for the salad bar, which btw was great. Veggies were fresh, lots of toppings, good variety of dressings (i liked the cilantro lime!) I ordered the honey-bourbon chicken. It was spicy-bourbany-delicious and moist. The grilled zucchini was tasty. I sat at the bar and the bartender was prompt, friendly, easy and accommodating. Happy hour brought me $2 bud-lights! For all you undecided because of the bad reviews on so many restaurants, I'd say this is a safe bet! read more

A very good experience tonight. The staff was working hard, the manager, Ryan, was actually bussing tables, seating folks...taking care of business. Was goods to see. The food was good and surprisingly fast considering they were quite busy. Good value, good service. Update..... As time has passed this place has gone consistently down hill. This Ruby Tuesday's is in a great location among all the hotels on Tower Road. If I could give them 1/2 star I would bump them up to 3.5 stars. The food is consistently pretty good although a bit too much on the salty side sometimes. I've had the jalapeno bacon cheeseburger on the pretzel bun, fried shrimp, ribs, flatbread pizza, and various appetizers. All have been pretty good but as I mentioned can be too salty so I don't finish the whole thing. Service has always been good. Overall I would recommend. read more

Choices are slim in this area, so I find myself in a Ruby Tuesday for the first time in over 10 years. Service met expectations - SLOOOWWW. Ordered the standard cheese burger with Swiss. Lettuce (crappy old shredded smelly lettuce), tomato (1 green slice small), onion (not really. One one ring, not the whole slice but one ring of a slice). Two McDonalds pickle slices. Our server was very nice, high point of the visit. Good news this visit is consistent with my memory, so they have that going for them. One star only because I have to. read more
