My wife and I decided to give this location a second chance since our first experience a couple months back was horrible. Well as the saying goes fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice and it's shame on me. We should have know better. The service was the highlight our waitress was nice and pleasant and the manager after she took care of our entire bill was nice. But the food was horrible we both ordered steak, asked for medium and got very well done. I sent mine back and asked for a burger extra crispy bacon, looked like they threw the back in the microwave for 10 seconds and slapped it on the burger. I sent that back as well but I didn't want anything more. My wife's steak looked and tasted awful, she was a trooper and took a few bites but in the end it was all bad. All the fast food joints surrounding this place are a million times better than trying to eat here. Go find some place else to eat, even in a pinch I suggest you pass this place up read more

The food was so low quality that my sister didn't touch her chicken carbonara (the chicken pieces were ragged and rubbery)- and when we told the waitress that she didn't want a box because she didn't like her food the waitress didn't even say sorry to hear that. The shrimp scampi was swimming in oil too. The molten lava cake that my sister ordered so that she would eat something was also dry and not tasty. We never had our waters refilled even though the waitress passed us many times (and the restaurant wasn't even busy). Any restaurant nearby would have been a better option. read more

Ya know, I've never sent food back at a restaurant in my life. I'm not a picky eater. But, we ordered a burger to share, cut it in half, and it was straight up moo-ing. Red in the middle, like, well, a Ruby. Maybe this was intentional? The cheese slice was just sitting on top, not even melted. We couldn't even take a bite. A small order of soggy fries along with it didn't quite make up for it. We sent it back and didn't want another one, so we just ordered a piece of cheesecake to split for dinner. The cheesecake was frozen (which we were actually happy about because it meant they didn't cook it themselves), and tasted fine. The server was really nice and tried to be very professional and without us asking for a refund or anything (we just decided we weren't hungry and just sent it back without any further complaint and chalked it up as a funny vacation story) they took it off our bill. So, the server earned them a star and so did their discount, so that equals two stars. There was also a person who I assume was a patron there who was sitting across two chairs, with his socked feet propped up. His shoes were off and under the table. Ew? I wish it was a no-shoes/no-shirt/no-service kind of place, but I guess not. It's in a convenient location, which is why you go there. You don't go for the food quality, but it was still bad even with a really low bar set for expectations. In our short time there, we also witnessed another table send back their meals. I'll add that we still felt compelled to leave a good tip because the server was seriously trying his best despite the food being garbage. Props to that guy. I mean I know it's not Ruth Chris, but I sent it back hoping to get away least medium well and still I got well done. *sigh* After an hour total time of sitting in the front waiting, I just settled for this and left. AWFUL! Margarita was watered down & then brought a Mr Pibb. It Tasted like bleach water! Waiter never removed the dirty dishes .... not 1! The hostess was working her tail off but he didn't lift a finger! Brought it to management's attention. She was super young to be managing any establishment of this nature. We have been here several times. Sadly tonight will probably be our last. Our server was horrible - it took 10 min for her to take our drink order - another 10 min for her to bring them back to the table. Over an hour for our food that was not cooked correctly. It looked like it was microwaved. Asked for a manager, he came by before we got our meal we asked if he could check on it for us - we never saw him again. Horrible place, anything is better. The pasta is subpar. The pasta was oily or crunchy. The chicken was not even sliced but looked ripped apart. The waitress was also not attentive to our needs. Absolutely horrible I got a order out from here I ordered salmon and a burger the salmon I got with 2 sides and it was grilled zucchini and mashed potatoes I double checked my receipt and it CLEARLY shows what I ordered but what I got? A small salmon and 2 huge baked potatoes and they packaged it with 2 sour cream cups that had no lids it was spilled all over the food absolutely nasty I want a refund sadly I won't get one don't bother trying to eat here. I tried going here for an early dinner, about 4:30pm. There were 4 other cars in the lot and nobody waiting inside. There was nobody at the front desk, but I saw at least 6 employees - all of whom saw me standing up front. They were apparently too busy chatting among themselves to bother coming up front to seat me. We just finished eating dinner at this restaurant. We were escorted to our table and were given flimsy, paper menus with no prices on them. When asking our server about the menu, she said that they had run out of the menus with the prices on them. She told us that she didn't know the prices of items on the menu. When asked about the "real" menus, she told us that they had been torn up. We told her we wouldn't order without knowing the prices, so she "found" us a menu with prices. It was dog-eared and stapled together. My husband asked for water with lemon, but she told us that they didn't have any lemons. We ate from the "salad bar" item that was good and fresh. When we payed our bill, the server couldn't give us a receipt because her mobile "cash register" didn't have any paper. Here's where it gets even better... My husband asked to talk to the manager, explained our experience and unhappiness with it and he replied, "Yes, those are problems YOU have to deal with." I got the flavor Nashville hot and omg to die for, Not to hot and not to mild just perfection. The ribs as the menu says they just fall off the bone and are soft and full of flavor. Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum!! My first time ever going to a Ruby Tuesdays and I am so glad we went :) The drink specials were all $5 (house) and more if you wanted the "good stuff" I ordered the Blue Cheese with Onions burger (and it's got a different name that I can't remember) and it was delicious. I ate all the fries first because they'll refill them at no extra charge hehe. And I ate everything on my plate... minus the ketchup. Their blended strawberry margarita was delicious. The SoCo and Cranberries we had later were good too. What set's this place apart from the rest? Their customer service! A++ I just hope I get the same kind of service at any other one I might go to. Ok, so it's a Ruby Tuesdays in an area with virtually NO other restaurants. We were captive to the location. You too will go here if you are staying in one of these oasis hotels by the airport. If you do, don't hope for anything but less than ordinary. The waitress didn't know what a Cosmopolitan was and by taste - neither did the bartender. I had the Top Sirloin which was a mistake. It was ok cooked and ok taste, but boy it was like chewing rubber. The salad bar was OK and I wished I had just selected that. Couldn't do wrong with that. My wife got some sort of grilled chicken salad. It was uninspiring and not worth the cost. My sons chose the normal chicken fingers, fried shrimp and mini cheeseburger. How could these go wrong? They didn't, it was just very expensive for food that is no better quality than any fast food (which weren't remotely close by). read more

Food is good! Restaurant is dirty! So sad because there aren't many options in the area and Ruby Tuesday salad bar is a tradition that draws me in. The food was as good as it has always been and the selection is always so diverse. BUT when the table is so sticky that your dinner partners make a game out of seeing who's hands can stick longer... it's gross. The floor in the bathroom was even MORE sticky than the table.... and that was a hard one to beat. We were so disappointed. I had never been to a ruby Tuesday before, and will never go again. My mom, sister and I went to diner, we ordered a cocktail, due to the fact we had driven from Steamboat on our way to the airport for our vacation to Hawaii. While my mom ordered potato skins, my sister and I ordered fish and chips. 15 minutes later the potato skins arrive, and we were notified that they did not have any more fish and chips. My sister ordered coconut shrimp and onion rings, I ordered a burger. About 20 minutes later, the shrimp show up, no rings, and no burger. About 20 minutes later the burger arrived and we were so unhappy, we all got our meal at different times, and I took my burger to go. The waitress stated, that the manager would be by to make an adjustment to the tab. He came and said he was going to. When the waitress brought the tab, there was no adjustment. I said where's the adjustment? She said well I took off the fish and chips, and the onion rings, both of which we never got! She then said he didn't make any other adjustment. This is the worst restaurant I have been to in years. Do go there!!! Walked in tables employees ty and the hostess told us the wait was 8 minutes. Why - the restaurant had about 30 open tables. She explained they had 2 servers and they were busy. Should have taken the hint and left! Food was horrible. Restaurant was dirty and service was some of the worst I have ever had in Colorado any where. The ribs tasted uncooked and the ranch was served warm with chicken basket. Only good think was the pop tasted normal. Restroom was dirty too smelled and looked like they haven't cleaned the floors in weeks. Waitress didn't bus the table at all and bar had plates from people who left sitting after over 30 minutes. Also to add to it the hostess was working on the salad bar when came in wearing gloves which was good but coughing all over and then sat us while still having her gloves on. We don't need a refund for our ice tea, we wanted to let them know the lemons weren't washed. If they don't care about a sticker in your drink what else do they let slide? This used to be my go to place when flying in and out for business but not anymore. Her lack of concern was even more troubling. Went on a lunch with my co workers and all items in the menu where out except with anything that had to do with chicken or salmon, the place is dirty! The knobs in the restroom have mildew around them, the restaurant is super cold, the temperature outside was in the 40's or lower and the restaurant had the heat in the 50's. We where all wearing our coats! We had to serve our own drinks. I'm not even sure why this place is still open, but now I understand why you don't see them anywhere. My boyfriend and I decided to wanted to try someplace new for lunch, so we decided to try Ruby Tuesdays. Boy, are we glad we did. This is such a nice, reasonably priced restaurant. I got the chicken and brocolli pasta which is delicious, and my boyfriend got the chicken and mushroom chicken alfredo. Also, the staff here is extremely polite, friendly, and attentive. Our waiter even mentioned that the chicken alfredo is a bit spicy knowing that not everyone likes spicy food. We will definitely be coming here again! read more

The salad bar was the usual although today on thanksgiving, they didn't have the mixed greens. The 8oz bacon bourbon sirloin was cooked to a great medium rare however it was very chewy and had very stringy tendons. I figure the cut this time around was not as good as the others. The mashed potatoes with garlic was tasty but it could of tasted better hot. At the end of our meal, we had the chocolate cake with ice cream and it was served in a to-go box instead of a plate which was unusual.. i'm guessing they wanted us to take our dessert to go? Jonathan was a lousy waiter, and would most likely be the reason I would not return to this establishment. First he did not know the menu and questioned his customers when they tried to order different items. Second he offered for me to order a second side because it was included, then proceeded to charge me for it at the end. Finally never provided silverware so I had to eat without a knife. He also did not know how to clear the table, so we sat with our dirty appetizer dishes and salad plates the entire time. Then dropped the bill and still did not collect our plates which now also included dinner plates. Clearly this guy need some heavy duty training. I reluctantly provided a 10% tip for this wonderful service ha ha. Hopefully Ruby Tuesday's will see this and make some adjustments to improve customer service here. read more

While many restaurants are doing their best during this Covid time, this one is not. The wait staff ignored me as I was the only person standing at the counter at the front. Two week staff looked at me show me did not even greet me and walked away not to wait on others but to go back and complain to one another about there being another customer to wait on. I don't know what is going on with this restaurant but their customer service leaves much to be desired especially when they can only run at half capacity. Even though they had ample open seating for a single individual I was told that I would have to wait another 15 minutes by the third individual that finally approached me after a wait to even be recognized. Called to double-check the hours and was told they were open until midnight. Drove well out of our way to go there, arriving about 20 min later, just after 10 pm only to be told they were closed. When I travel to Denver for a short overnight trip, I typically don't stray too far away from Tower Road, which limits the number of places to eat to just a handful. Ruby Tuesday is my standby... it's a short walk from the hotel. The crowd at Ruby Tuesday is always lively. Apparently there was a big game on TV that had the bar packed, so I sat in the family dining area. Our server was on it.. prompt with the water and joked around with us as we looked over the drink menu. I asked a couple of questions about the menu and the server was able to answer them without any problem (although one other question required the help of a Manager). I ended up going with the vegetable plate, which was a choice of three of their sides and the salad bar. I went with the grilled zucchini, spaghetti squash and... uh.. I can't remember the third thing. Everything was great though, and I ate everything and was too full to order dessert. read more
