Service needs work. Like a mad overhaul. A customers drink should never go empty. Check in on your tables, see if and what they need, especially after their food is delivered. My coworker and I walked-in, realized the salad bar was closed, immediate show-stopper for me but my coworker wanted to see what kinds of salads they would make now that the salad bar was closed down. So we waited to speak with a hostess. And waited and waited, waited for a few minutes. We saw a few Servers walking around and working, the place was just about empty. Finally, after no acknowledgement that we were even standing there, we walked out. As we opened the door to leave we noticed one of the Servers headed towards the Hostess stand. But she, nor anyone else, had ever even acknowledged our existence previously. read more

She apologized for the wait, but wasn't bad because she kept informed what was going on. I think is probably on of the best servers I ever had. She helps to make your restaurant shine. Where do I begin? My family and I were on a trip from California. It was 5 adults and 2 kids. The chandelier lights looked like they hadn't been dusted in months. We got sat down near the entrance so we didn't focus on issues right away. But you can certainly tell that whoever manages or oversees this restaurant does not care about it. They are letting it go to the trash from what we can see. The walkway to the restroom at the end of our meal as we were getting ready to leave, was like walking down an aisle with sticky tape or gum under our shoes. The carpet flooring was so disgusting! The floor was sticky and just dirty. That whole carpet needs to be redone. The restaurant needs a serious cleaning. The women's bathroom had a whole in the wall from the door. We were in a rush to get on the road as we had to drive several hours and this seemed like a good spot to eat. The food barely passed. I suggest the management take care of what they need to. We had a party of three. We were immediately greeted and seated. The waitress took our drink order and they were served fairly quickly. One coworker chose the salad bar, another a cheese burger and I chose a Caesar Salad and the honey bbq glazed salmon with rice pilaf which was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food. The place was clean and the service was good and the staff was very friendly. Why minus one star ?? I asked the waitress for a to go cup for my blackberry tea. After about five minutes, perhaps a few minutes longer, of waiting, I told my coworkers let's go as I'm evidently not getting my to go cup as requested. Visited this location on 2/14 hoping to have a pleasant experience. In the past, the takeout options were delicious. Unfortunately, the service was poor as the server only checked on us twice. We had to get our own silverware and sauces after watching our server pass by our table at least 4 times. After we got our items she then came to check on us for what would be the last time. Another server had to bring us the check. The overall feel of the restaurant was pleasant and it was a quiet environment even though it was fairly busy. Unfortunately, we will not be visiting this location again. read more

Worst meal of my life, or at least in recent memory. There were many open tables and it still took 35 minutes to be seated. They didn't mention how many items they were out of until after we sat at our table for quite some time. They included: hamburger buns, French fries, tater tots, Mac and cheese, select beers, and many, many others. It's a burger joint! The cleanliness left a lot to be desired too, as the floors felt greasy when walking on them. When paying at the end, the server asked how much to tip without showing the amount of our bill, and the only options were 20, 25, or 30%! You couldn't choose your own amount. Never going back and we stay out by these hotels quite often. Too bad. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. read more

This was my first time ever at a Ruby Tuesdays. I should've read the reviews before I came here. Ordered 3 desserts online and walked over from my hotel. I walk in to the hostess on her phone hidden under a menu. I had to greet her, she didn't greet me just told me how long the wait was. I told her I was picking up an order and she pointed to the bar. I walk to the bar where about 5 employees ignore me and I had to ask where to pick up my order. It wasn't ready, so I was asked to sit at a dirty table and wait. When it was ready, the girl just threw my bag on the table. FYI if you order utensils for dessert, you'll get a knife and fork. I forked my ice cream. If you drive further down Tower, there's plenty of other options...literally wasted $18. Also, not interested in sending in an email...I'm just here to warn others. read more

Well my wife and I gave this restaurant another chance, as I am a fan of the salad bar. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised! Again no one at the door, but only waited for about 2 minutes before someone sat us. First big surprise, the Manager was on the floor and speaking with some guest at the table next to us. The server showed up quickly and took or drink order, then when she returned she took our food order. I of course took the Salad bar and went right away. Everything was clean and stocked!! Much better. My wife ordered the Pot roast, not a great meal, maybe a 5 out of 10. but she said it was OK. I only have 2 things to say constructive, bring a mug with a bottle of beer and when I went back for more salad, there were no plates. Still not a fan of the Server running your card and standing there while you sign and tip, and I can't imagine what would happen if the wifi ever went down. Food is good, service is always lacking. Every time I come I say "never again". But they are locally the only restaurant with vegetarian burger option. Pickup is a nightmare. The curbside spots always have parked cars in them. It's likely the staff discouraging curbside. Going inside for pickup is challenging as the pickup door leads straight into kitchen where you will be in the way of diners and staff. Going into the front also causes problems as you are told by hostess to go the back to get your order which puts you in the same predicament. Hostess once marched me to the back after I said I wasn't comfortable going in the back to get order, where upon going to the back she announced loudly (disrupting diners) this lady wants to order, but doesn't want to be here. I just wanted to pickup my online order. Dining in, they seat you, get your drink order and let you look at the menu and then are magically out of everything you attempt to order. No warning ahead of time. After going through a list of items and finding everything is out on menu, we just gave up and left. This has happened twice. Today's adventure, after arriving 30 mins after I ordered, I call the curbside number and am told they just received my order. Told me it would be 25 minutes, just enough time to write this review. Which will likely result in me being unable to return, for obvious reasons. read more

If I can give this 0 I would. First time trying and let me say we will NEVER be back. To start, the salad bar well the greens was so brown and FROZEN how is someone to make a salad if it's frozen to the bowl? Everything we wanted to order we was told they was out and that went for everyone around us ordering. So I got the chicken parm with the pasta and we'll the pasta was cold like ice cold.... I even had the waitress feel a noodle so she took it to the microwave and made it lukewarm... the chicken parm was okay but can tell it was previously frozen. The cups are disgusting along with the forks and knives. The food we all ordered took so long i was ready to walk out. This place is just gross. We will never return and I will make sure everyone I know that wanted to try this place doesn't go. It's filthy in there. Whoever is managing this place isn't doing a good job. read more

Visited today and was a little disappointed. With this location being so close to the airport I wasn't expecting anything fancy, especially for a chain. They seemed understaffed. We were seated and received our beverages in a timely fashion but that was about it. We ordered a sampler platter, an entree, and did the endless garden bar. The garden bar was the highlight- everything was clean and fresh. Both the entree and the appetizer arrived at the same time. The mozzarella sticks that came with the appetizer were cold, as was the entree. No one ever came by to refill our drinks or to see if we needed anything. Waited nearly 15 minutes to get our check at the end of the meal. read more

Hostess was seating people who arrived after us first, party of seven that arrived ten minutes later got priority over a party of two. Two whole servers working on Sunday afternoon/evening. Service was beyond slow so I'd guess there's only two cooks too... Salad bar price is jacked up to $13.49 but the tomatoes, cucumbers and eggs were frozen. My wife and I decided to give this location a second chance since our first experience a couple months back was horrible. Well as the saying goes fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice and it's shame on me. We should have know better. The service was the highlight our waitress was nice and pleasant and the manager after she took care of our entire bill was nice. But the food was horrible we both ordered steak, asked for medium and got very well done. I sent mine back and asked for a burger extra crispy bacon, looked like they threw the back in the microwave for 10 seconds and slapped it on the burger. I sent that back as well but I didn't want anything more. My wife's steak looked and tasted awful, she was a trooper and took a few bites but in the end it was all bad. All the fast food joints surrounding this place are a million times better than trying to eat here. Go find some place else to eat, even in a pinch I suggest you pass this place up read more

Even if you are a Ruby Tuesday fan... skip this location until they get better management. Lot's of better options in a few miles to choose from near this hotel/airport location. It was a mixed experience that turned out very poorly (good waitress... poor kitchen, runners and manager) and without resolution. My wife, teenagers and I were having a last night diner on a vacation before flying home from vacation in Denver. When our meals first arrived, my wife's baked potato came with butter (instead of plain) and my fries were a bit cold, but not too big a deal. She did ask for a plain baked potato and the runner took her burger away (Instead of of just leaving it and bringing a potato) Simple mistakes at this point. When I finally tried mine a few minutes later, it was clearly a very cold burger which the staff acknowledged it was cold and sitting too long. My wife's came back 8-10 minutes later (not 2 minutes for a potato) and her burger was now even colder than mine so sent it back. We don't usually send things back but it was too cold to eat. So now we both don't have meals and our kids are done. then 20 minutes later... still no redo. We expressed our disappointment to our waitress who was still very kind and attentive and she sent the manager over. Instead of showing up with any empathy at all it was basically "What?". I asked why it was taking so long and why our meals were not out in 10 minutes after sending back as they should have been in front of the line. She explained they had To Go orders to work on instead of ours. It was now 25-30 minutes after sending back our cold food and still no new burger... "but they were coming up soon". The complete lack of caring by the manager pushed us over the edge and we just asked them to take it off so we could leave. We received the bill with no additional compensation so I got to pay for our full price drinks as well as we watched our kids eat. There was NO effort to make this situation right and instead do the bare minimum. The kitchen is not moving out food fast enough after it is made, is not prioritizing or syncing our food orders to finish at the same time and the manager is flat out bad. I'm a fan of Ruby Tuesday's and this was a huge disappointment. Should have just gone to Chick Fil A with better service, saved an hour and had hot food. read more

We were so disappointed. I had never been to a ruby Tuesday before, and will never go again. My mom, sister and I went to diner, we ordered a cocktail, due to the fact we had driven from Steamboat on our way to the airport for our vacation to Hawaii. While my mom ordered potato skins, my sister and I ordered fish and chips. 15 minutes later the potato skins arrive, and we were notified that they did not have any more fish and chips. My sister ordered coconut shrimp and onion rings, I ordered a burger. About 20 minutes later, the shrimp show up, no rings, and no burger. About 20 minutes later the burger arrived and we were so unhappy, we all got our meal at different times, and I took my burger to go. The waitress stated, that the manager would be by to make an adjustment to the tab. He came and said he was going to. When the waitress brought the tab, there was no adjustment. I said where's the adjustment? She said well I took off the fish and chips, and the onion rings, both of which we never got! She then said he didn't make any other adjustment. The food was so low quality that my sister didn't touch her chicken carbonara (the chicken pieces were ragged and rubbery)- and when we told the waitress that she didn't want a box because she didn't like her food the waitress didn't even say sorry to hear that. Ya know, I've never sent food back at a restaurant in my life. I'm not a picky eater. But, we ordered a burger to share, cut it in half, and it was straight up moo-ing. Red in the middle, like, well, a Ruby. Maybe this was intentional? The cheese slice was just sitting on top, not even melted. We couldn't even take a bite. A small order of soggy fries along with it didn't quite make up for it. We sent it back and didn't want another one, so we just ordered a piece of cheesecake to split for dinner. The cheesecake was frozen (which we were actually happy about because it meant they didn't cook it themselves), and tasted fine. The server was really nice and tried to be very professional and without us asking for a refund or anything (we just decided we weren't hungry and just sent it back without any further complaint and chalked it up as a funny vacation story) they took it off our bill. So, the server earned them a star and so did their discount, so that equals two stars. There was also a person who I assume was a patron there who was sitting across two chairs, with his socked feet propped up. His shoes were off and under the table. Ew? I wish it was a no-shoes/no-shirt/no-service kind of place, but I guess not. It's in a convenient location, which is why you go there. You don't go for the food quality, but it was still bad even with a really low bar set for expectations. In our short time there, we also witnessed another table send back their meals. I'll add that we still felt compelled to leave a good tip because the server was seriously trying his best despite the food being garbage. Props to that guy. AWFUL! Margarita was watered down & then brought a Mr Pibb. It Tasted like bleach water! Waiter never removed the dirty dishes .... not 1! The hostess was working her tail off but he didn't lift a finger! Brought it to management's attention. She was super young to be managing any establishment of this nature.
