The food was decent and the service at this location was okay as well! I stay close to this restaurant when I'm in Denver so my options are limited. The food was good and ultimately what I love about this ruby tuesdays is the salad bar. Everything coming from the salad bar is fresh and over 50 items to choose from! Would recommend to anyone looking for a fairly reasonable price for dinner! The service itself by the staff wasn't the best, but maybe next time I visit my server will be more present with my table. Went in for a late lunch and was surprised at how good it was. The prices are great and the food quality is better than similar chains suck as Chili's or Fridays. I had a really tasty burger cooked medium. I went with the prime Patty for 2 extra dollars and it was worth it. My partner had the Asiago peppercorn steak. The steak was cook perfect medium rare and very flavorful. The zucchini she had was grilled very well also. The onion rings we're nothing special but we're not bad. Same for my fries. Honestly I was little disappointed with the taste of the food in here. I know this is traditional American style although for some reason I always feel the menu options are very less. My husband didn't like this beer or Crispy chicken sandwich he orderd(TBH it isn't that great). We order loaded fried as well which tasted okay and grilled chicken Avacado sandwich which I would say average. The plus would be its closest to airport and most of the hotels surrounding. Ambience is pretty dull but I can understand its a weekday and they were about to close in the next hour. I might rethink next time to step into any of RTs. read more

This restaurant is a five minute walk from where we are staying at, so we decided to eat brunch here. When I walked in, I got this nasty smell of soggy socks.. can't tell if it was the salad bar or the carpet. Service was super slow, we waited almost a hour for our food. We asked the waiter 2 times about our food and she didn't come back with a response. I ordered a bbq chicken Cobb salad and it was gross. My coworker and I walked-in, realized the salad bar was closed, immediate show-stopper for me but my coworker wanted to see what kinds of salads they would make now that the salad bar was closed down. So we waited to speak with a hostess. And waited and waited, waited for a few minutes. We saw a few Servers walking around and working, the place was just about empty. Pulled into this restaurant and expected a little bit of a wait. As we walked in we noticed it was only about half full, but then there was a crowd of about 15 people at the front desk. We stood there awkwardly for a couple minutes when one of the women waiting said, quite loudly, that she had been standing there for 15 minutes and even looked for a manager, but no one has come up. Shortly after a woman who had been standing in a small group of servers in the back, came up and said they weren't seating anyone for at least another hour. Her reason was that they just too busy to serve anyone else. The whole thing was weird and not handled well. They weren't busy, so I suspect some kind of breakdown in the kitchen. Service needs work. Like a mad overhaul. A customers drink should never go empty. Check in on your tables, see if and what they need, especially after their food is delivered. We had a party of three. We were immediately greeted and seated. The waitress took our drink order and they were served fairly quickly. One coworker chose the salad bar, another a cheese burger and I chose a Caesar Salad and the honey bbq glazed salmon with rice pilaf which was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food. The place was clean and the service was good and the staff was very friendly. Why minus one star ?? I asked the waitress for a to go cup for my blackberry tea. After about five minutes, perhaps a few minutes longer, of waiting, I told my coworkers let's go as I'm evidently not getting my to go cup as requested. This was my first time ever at a Ruby Tuesdays. I should've read the reviews before I came here. Ordered 3 desserts online and walked over from my hotel. I walk in to the hostess on her phone hidden under a menu. I had to greet her, she didn't greet me just told me how long the wait was. I told her I was picking up an order and she pointed to the bar. I walk to the bar where about 5 employees ignore me and I had to ask where to pick up my order. It wasn't ready, so I was asked to sit at a dirty table and wait. When it was ready, the girl just threw my bag on the table. FYI if you order utensils for dessert, you'll get a knife and fork. I forked my ice cream. If you drive further down Tower, there's plenty of other options...literally wasted $18. Also, not interested in sending in an email...I'm just here to warn others. read more

She apologized for the wait, but wasn't bad because she kept informed what was going on. I think is probably on of the best servers I ever had. She helps to make your restaurant shine. Where do I begin? My family and I were on a trip from California. It was 5 adults and 2 kids. The chandelier lights looked like they hadn't been dusted in months. We got sat down near the entrance so we didn't focus on issues right away. But you can certainly tell that whoever manages or oversees this restaurant does not care about it. They are letting it go to the trash from what we can see. The walkway to the restroom at the end of our meal as we were getting ready to leave, was like walking down an aisle with sticky tape or gum under our shoes. The carpet flooring was so disgusting! The floor was sticky and just dirty. That whole carpet needs to be redone. The restaurant needs a serious cleaning. The women's bathroom had a whole in the wall from the door. We were in a rush to get on the road as we had to drive several hours and this seemed like a good spot to eat. The food barely passed. I suggest the management take care of what they need to. Worst meal of my life, or at least in recent memory. There were many open tables and it still took 35 minutes to be seated. They didn't mention how many items they were out of until after we sat at our table for quite some time. They included: hamburger buns, French fries, tater tots, Mac and cheese, select beers, and many, many others. It's a burger joint! The cleanliness left a lot to be desired too, as the floors felt greasy when walking on them. When paying at the end, the server asked how much to tip without showing the amount of our bill, and the only options were 20, 25, or 30%! You couldn't choose your own amount. Visited this location on 2/14 hoping to have a pleasant experience. In the past, the takeout options were delicious. Unfortunately, the service was poor as the server only checked on us twice. We had to get our own silverware and sauces after watching our server pass by our table at least 4 times. After we got our items she then came to check on us for what would be the last time. Another server had to bring us the check. The overall feel of the restaurant was pleasant and it was a quiet environment even though it was fairly busy. Well my wife and I gave this restaurant another chance, as I am a fan of the salad bar. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised! Again no one at the door, but only waited for about 2 minutes before someone sat us. First big surprise, the Manager was on the floor and speaking with some guest at the table next to us. The server showed up quickly and took or drink order, then when she returned she took our food order. I of course took the Salad bar and went right away. Everything was clean and stocked!! Much better. My wife ordered the Pot roast, not a great meal, maybe a 5 out of 10. but she said it was OK. I only have 2 things to say constructive, bring a mug with a bottle of beer and when I went back for more salad, there were no plates. Still not a fan of the Server running your card and standing there while you sign and tip, and I can't imagine what would happen if the wifi ever went down. Food is good, service is always lacking. Every time I come I say "never again". But they are locally the only restaurant with vegetarian burger option. Pickup is a nightmare. The curbside spots always have parked cars in them. It's likely the staff discouraging curbside. Going inside for pickup is challenging as the pickup door leads straight into kitchen where you will be in the way of diners and staff. Going into the front also causes problems as you are told by hostess to go the back to get your order which puts you in the same predicament. Hostess once marched me to the back after I said I wasn't comfortable going in the back to get order, where upon going to the back she announced loudly (disrupting diners) this lady wants to order, but doesn't want to be here. I just wanted to pickup my online order. Dining in, they seat you, get your drink order and let you look at the menu and then are magically out of everything you attempt to order. No warning ahead of time. After going through a list of items and finding everything is out on menu, we just gave up and left. This has happened twice. Today's adventure, after arriving 30 mins after I ordered, I call the curbside number and am told they just received my order. Told me it would be 25 minutes, just enough time to write this review. Which will likely result in me being unable to return, for obvious reasons. read more

Everything we wanted to order we was told they was out and that went for everyone around us ordering. So I got the chicken parm with the pasta and we'll the pasta was cold like ice cold.... I even had the waitress feel a noodle so she took it to the microwave and made it lukewarm... the chicken parm was okay but can tell it was previously frozen. The cups are disgusting along with the forks and knives. The food we all ordered took so long i was ready to walk out. This place is just gross. We were seated and received our beverages in a timely fashion but that was about it. We ordered a sampler platter, an entree, and did the endless garden bar. The garden bar was the highlight- everything was clean and fresh. Both the entree and the appetizer arrived at the same time. The mozzarella sticks that came with the appetizer were cold, as was the entree. No one ever came by to refill our drinks or to see if we needed anything. Hostess was seating people who arrived after us first, party of seven that arrived ten minutes later got priority over a party of two. Two whole servers working on Sunday afternoon/evening. Even if you are a Ruby Tuesday fan... skip this location until they get better management. Lot's of better options in a few miles to choose from near this hotel/airport location. It was a mixed experience that turned out very poorly (good waitress... poor kitchen, runners and manager) and without resolution. My wife, teenagers and I were having a last night diner on a vacation before flying home from vacation in Denver. When our meals first arrived, my wife's baked potato came with butter (instead of plain) and my fries were a bit cold, but not too big a deal. She did ask for a plain baked potato and the runner took her burger away (Instead of of just leaving it and bringing a potato) Simple mistakes at this point. When I finally tried mine a few minutes later, it was clearly a very cold burger which the staff acknowledged it was cold and sitting too long. My wife's came back 8-10 minutes later (not 2 minutes for a potato) and her burger was now even colder than mine so sent it back. We don't usually send things back but it was too cold to eat. So now we both don't have meals and our kids are done. then 20 minutes later... still no redo. We expressed our disappointment to our waitress who was still very kind and attentive and she sent the manager over. Instead of showing up with any empathy at all it was basically "What?". I asked why it was taking so long and why our meals were not out in 10 minutes after sending back as they should have been in front of the line. She explained they had To Go orders to work on instead of ours. It was now 25-30 minutes after sending back our cold food and still no new burger... "but they were coming up soon". The complete lack of caring by the manager pushed us over the edge and we just asked them to take it off so we could leave. We received the bill with no additional compensation so I got to pay for our full price drinks as well as we watched our kids eat. There was NO effort to make this situation right and instead do the bare minimum. The kitchen is not moving out food fast enough after it is made, is not prioritizing or syncing our food orders to finish at the same time and the manager is flat out bad. I'm a fan of Ruby Tuesday's and this was a huge disappointment. Should have just gone to Chick Fil A with better service, saved an hour and had hot food. read more
