I cannot say enough good things about Royal Movers! Our crew, Jose, Wayne, & Michael were courteous and professional. They are expert furniture movers who aren't afraid of stairs & haves really positive outlook-- we were so worried because there were stairs coming and going; and lots of heavy furniture and boxes! Wayne is an accomplished reggae singer who serenade us in the middle of putting together some furniture. Aside from needing a record deal (really!) he and the rest of the crew took apart and rebuilt furniture, saving us a lot of time and hard work! While they worked, an ice cream truck came down the street, and Jose called us to find ask what we wanted! Seriously...so kind and spontaneous! I don't know what more can prove that they really care about their customers! The crew worked hard and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied with their service. While, there are A LOT of boxes to unpack, there isn't a scratch or dent on anything, so far; and, I am certain nothing will be as we unpack. They packed and wrapped loose items that are difficult to box, like mirrors and frames and odd shaped decor (we had a giant vase & a marble stone). Everything was unpacked and placed in the proper room, & rebuilt, if needed. And, there was a follow up text to make sure we were satisfied with the move. I needed to move things from my house to a warehouse, later I will move things to another house and order the same company, here's why: they carefully packed all the things, worked quickly, took into account my wishes and after making several trips, there were a lot of things, we managed to get them before the warehouse closed. Considering that there was heavy rain, the work did not stop and my things did not get wet. I am more than satisfied with this service and therefore I will order them again. read more

I am doing a split move between PA and NJ, and they always made sure that stuff was going to the correct location. i would hire these guys in a heartbeat!
