Two months before our move within the same city, Ashley was most responsive among all the responses and she was so good about answering questions the whole time and making things very clear for us. Among the five quotes we received they were in the middle yet we chose them because of her customer service and their perfect reviews from others. I wasn't there on moving day working in Asia but here is my wife's review: Dylan, Clay, and Doron were hardworking, so gracious, and cheerful. Ryan and his team at On the Road Again Movers are FANTASTIC! We purchased several pieces of high quality furniture at an estate sale. So, obviously, we were VERY concerned about the care and treatment of the pieces being moved. We couldn't have hoped for better movers. Ryan and Eric were right on time. How often does that happen. They carefully disassembled and reassembled a dining room set, as well as moved many chairs and another table. They worked slow and methodically, carefully wrapping each piece in moving blankets, shrink wrapping what needed some extra protection. Everything was securely tied down in their trailer. Horrifying experience. Make sure you fill out your inventory quickly or they will cancel on you and NOT let you know. They left us stranded for a move two days before we were supposed to be out of our home. Unprofessional and terrible experience. Let me be clear, we were never told we had to fill the inventory list to secure the date so the owners response is inaccurate. Their lack of empathy and understanding was appalling. There was no "understanding", there was no "trying to work something out", we should have been alerted to a cancellation. Period. What a great team! I used yelp to look for a bid on movers and On the Road responded fairly quick. I worked with Ryan to get a schedule set up. On moving day him and Nick arrived prompt on time. We went over what needed to be packed. The whole time Ryan was very courteous and responsive on the process. They wrapped all our furniture. Something a pro team does. Even our couches. Our townhome had 2 flights of stairs and they moved through it with ease. When we had everything in our new home they were done in 3.5 hours, that's including the 30 min commute. Couldn't be a worse moving experience . These are the facts. The move started at 9am and didnt finish until 9pm....which is insane, the driving distance was 10 miles. Let me quickly state, I have moved 7 times in 8 years, all from 4 or 5 bedroom houses and I have NEVER had a worse experience than what happened last night. The movers themselves were very nice, very polite and helpful but they are not equipped to be professional movers and move houses that include appliances. Summary of the problems: 1. I asked before hand do you disassemble or reassemble, and was told in certain terms that they absolutely do. They were unable to disassemble a Peloton Tread (I would have been ok if this was the only issue as this is very specific). They were unable to move the dryer because they didnt have two channel locks, They spent 90 mins disassembling a bunk bed and it took 2 hours to re-assemble it and they kept doing it wrong and I had to tell them multiple times it was wrong. They took almost 2 hours to assemble a 4 post bed, put the wrong screws on and then asked me where the other screws were which I told them they put the screws in the wrong spot and they will need to remove them an reassemble, they took the thing apart so I would expect them to know what to put it together 2. Damages- They destroyed a 3k+ mattress....they ran out of plastic wrap and dragged it on the ground and it was covered in dirt....thats the best part though....they CRUSHED the memory foam to the point it has a GIANT lump in the in and the foam has moved off one side of the mattress, its impossible to fix. There response was "How did we ruin it"... 3. The response...this is the worst part. They sent me an invoice for 2.3k and asking me how I want to pay. I made the team there aware that they ruined these things and they told me "we will tell the office" yet the office acted like its as the first time they heard about it. read more

We received a quote from On The Road Again Movers LLC for a quote on a long-distance move. They conducted a physical inventory of the items to be moved and provided a competitive quote that included packing and hauling. Based on the quote, we signed a contract for their services. On moving day, we became increasingly concerned that the truck would not accommodate everything. We were assured that it would be tight, but that everything would fit. When the truck was full, there were items left over to be loaded. We were then told the moving company would need an additional truck for an additional charge, over and above the contracted price. To meet our moving deadline, we had no choice but to pay on the spot. After loading, the second truck was also completely full. We ended up paying substantially more than the original contracted price for our move. We have moved between states many times and this is the first time a mover has charged us for their miscalculation. We were dissatisfied with our experience and cannot recommend this moving company or its services. read more

While Ashley was very responsive and easy to work with, I'm very disappointed to write this review. This moving company moved me from my former home to both a storage unit and an apartment back in August 2022 since my new home wasn't ready yet. At the time I was pleased, so, when my newly built home was ready in January, 2023, I called them to complete the move from storage to my new home. The owner was actually the mover and once we moved in the refrigerator, I showed him multiple dings and scratches on the refrigerator. Note that the refrigerator was a brand new refrigerator that I purchased three weeks before I moved, thinking it would be safe in storage. It was a $4000 refrigerator, still with plastic on the inside. In addition, when they moved the refrigerator, they put several scratches in the brand new floor as well and many storage totes were broken. The main office called me and said that the insurance would not cover the refrigerator because it had been in storage for too long and stayed that all the damage was likely to "boxes shifting while in storage". (Remember that they packed the storage unit). I asked them to at least go half with me, out of their pocket, on the repair of the refrigerator, which was total $1300 and their response was to gave me a credit of only $200. Their reasoning is that "boxes packed around the fridge" while in storage could have "shifted" and fallen on the fridge, causing the damage. Don't forget, they packed the initial storage room. When the appliance company came out to replace the damaged fridge panels, they certified that the damage was caused from the moving straps (based on the position of the scratches and dings). Multiple scratches on the brand new floor, damaged storage totes, damaged refrigerator.... not at all satisfied with their resolution and after care customer service. read more

Bad service. They charged us double than what they quoted. They had moved us prior so we decided to use them again. They moved less furniture than prior, they dropped my dryer and they chipped one of my tables. Then gentleman could not assemble my bed , the same one that had been moved before taking much longer to complete the task. Would not recommend their service. read more
