This was the first time we ever used a professional moving company. Of course, we heard all the horror stories about things that happen during a move but, I have to say from the very beginning, I felt comfortable with my conversation and interactions with Travis. He was very accommodating in allowing me to make changes and to add the packing service. Once everything was set with the dates, I felt a lot better and hopeful this would go as smoothly as Travis made me feel it would be. The three-person packing team came in the day before the move. They were on time and got right to work. They were all very friendly and accommodating. We had A LOT of things to pack! They didn't blink an eye at the amount the amount of work they had. They brought in all the supplies and went right to work. 8 hours later, it was all ready for the move. Wow! The three-person moving team showed up the following day and got right to work. And I mean, right to work! I never seen people move this quickly and it didn't stop until the last box was loaded and unloaded at our new home. They worked for 13 hours with just a couple short breaks for lunch and dinner! Never slowing down and always with a great attitude. Asking lots of questions on what we wanted and to confirm how things should be staged going in. They were more than accommodating! Friendly and courteous. Overall, I could not be happier with this team of amazing people! Wow - they made an emotional difficult move so smooth. I was moving my elderly parents from one assisted living home to another and they treated them with care, respect, and kindness. They were friendly yet super efficient and so careful with our family antiques. My parents couldn't stop raving about how fabulous their movers were and I totally agree. Of course safety is a major concern of mine and they wore their masks all the time and also stayed more than six feet away from us at all time. Sometimes you find a group of dudes running a business and they are IT. They do everything right and do it for what is a fair price. Well A-Line are THE guys you want if you need movers in Austin or surrounding hill country area. We moved two hours away from North of Austin and A-Line made moving an entire family household two hours away look easy. When It All Comes Together We hired A-Line Relocation for an office move that started out being 3 offices from one suite within the same building to another and ended up moving 12. Not only were they very patient with our staff considering we were making changes up until the last piece was moved they were done well under budget. Ask for Vic and Octavius! I'm sure they're all good. We used A line a few months ago to move my dad into his seniors living apartment. It was the first day of senior lockdown. They handled it great. Now we needed to move him out which was a whole new story. The guys had one day to pack and move and they worked fast yet very thoroughly! 5 hours flat! Nothing damaged, scratched or broken and they never slowed down. The air conditioning was out in my dads apartment, AND IT WAS HOT! They never complained, and they kept my moral up as well. What a seamless and stress-free move. We needed to move our elderly mother from Kentucky to Texas within a week. Was able to hire A-Line, get bid, and through a series of calls and texts let Travis know what we wanted moved. Travis and Tanner were on time, worked diligently and with great care, and were completely professional. Best moving experience so far!! And I've moved five times in the last five years... They we're SUPER fast, crazy careful (even wrapped up our dressers - I've never seen that).
