I decided to give this place a shot since it's down the street from where I live. Worst nail experience ever. First my nail tech wouldn't take my set off. I explained to her I need them off due to work. She continued to say it would hurt, I continued to tell her I want them off. I finally gave up and told her to just cut them super short. As she's taking off the previous nail polish I had on with an electric file she cut my skin twice and the warm burn of the file on my skin on nearly every finger. The nail polish itself is blotchy and not even whatsoever. Polish is on the edge of my fingers when I walked out, she didn't even clean them up. I tried my best to clean up the edges of my nails/skin. I would not recommend this nail place to anyone. read more

I have been to a lot of nail establishments in my days. I am someone who always likes to have well manicured nails and well pedicured feet. I came to this place because it's down the street from my house and my usual nail place still hasn't opened back up. I got a regular pedicure, I hate to say this but when the woman started off doing my nails, she seemed to be really attentive and then she asked what kind of pedicure I wanted and when I said a regular one, I saw the effort she put into my nails go significantly down. They are currently all different shapes and sizes which I can deal with, this is my first pedicure in months, but having the "I'll take what I can get attitude" is not something I particularly like taking. There's a dot on my big toe nail. She also cut off my skin on the side of my foot which I never asked her to do and I thought was kind of unprofessional. Overall not a horrid experience, but not my absolute favorite pedicure ever. read more

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience wow. I came in today with a friend for the first time ever. Was impressed by the layout. Thought it was very odd that there were zero people inside. Now I know why. I came in for a new set of acrylics and I am sorry I did. I sat down and told the person I wanted long COFFIN shaped nails. The first person that was doing my nails glued the tips on crooked and was clearly annoyed when I pointed that out. She took off all of my tips and put new tips on. After she was done filing I asked if they could be more narrow, and showed her a picture of what I wanted. I also pointed out that the acrylic was really thick and almost curving. She scoffed and told me no. Next thing I know, she switched places with a man and he told me I was wrong because I didn't tell her what kind of acrylic tip to glue on to my nails. Never in all my years of getting my nails done have I EVER had to instruct someone doing my nails which exact plastic tip to put on my fingers. When he started on my nails, I had already been in the nail salon for 1.5 HOURS. My friend had gotten a mani pedi (a crooked pedicure but that's a different story). And that's without a finished shape much less any color. I did not get out of my chair until TWO hours and 15 minutes. After my manicure, I expressed my frustration and the mark full on YELLED at me. Today, I taught Ann something new. My usual nail shop is 1.5 hours away, but I decided last minute on a Sunday I wanted to try this look out that I found on YouTube. So I searched for nearby, open, nail salon's on a Sunday late afternoon and this nail bar popped up. It has pretty good reviews, so I decided to give it a shot. They took me as a walk in right away and offered me a complimentary drink once I got settled in. The esthetic of the place was very upscale, and the prices for the most part were fairly good. It took some explaining what I wanted, and some patience for Ann and the team to figure out how to achieve it, but after all was said and done it turned out great! Ann was really excited about the end result, and kept claiming she was taught something new. And I, in turn, am excited too. Overall good experience, would totally recommend. read more

I just left this place after getting a pedicure and i wouldn't wait to write a review because i was so unhappy with the service i received. I was desperate for a pedicure because my original nail salon had been closed due to covid and this place was close by so i decided to give it a try. Worst decision. My nail technician seemed to be having a bad day because she did not say a word to be besides asking me to pick a service from their menu. Not even a hi. Customer service was lacking immensely. When i walked in i was only the third person in the store so it was not busy but the technician rushed her work on me. She barely filed my toenails down to make sure they were all even and she even cut too deep on the inner nail so it burned when she poured acetone on it. Once she was done she just walked away and sat down to go on her phone and never spoke a word to me. I just sat there, waited for the polish to dry and then i helped myself out. Upon inspecting her work, i noticed there was paint on my skin that she failed to wipe off but it's like how could she not see it or was she just too lazy to wipe it off?? The paint job was not clean and the lines were uneven. Needless to say, i will not be going back to this place ever again because of the bad service and poor quality of work. read more

This trendy nail salon is quite unique. In comparison to your everyday average nail salon this place is out of their league. Right when you walk in you're greeted within seconds by one of the many welcoming staff. All are very friendly & professional. It's very spacious, wide open & airy unlike the usual cramped nail stations we've all been accustomed to. And one of the most important features is that it's very clean & sanitary. It may or may not matter to some but this salon is modern & has beautiful interior throughout, including a lot of ample bright lighting. There are no chemical smells from the products they use whatsoever, so you won't be leaving with a head rush or headache. What I liked most besides my nails of course was the thing that sets them aside from all other nail salons... And that was the complimentary cocktail or beverage along with a snack that is included in every service they provide. You have a choice of at least half a dozen alcoholic beverages on one side of the menu & the same amount of non alcoholic beverages on the flip side. Hence the name "Roxy Nail Bar". There's something for everyone. Lol... There's also a huge flat screen tv that you can view clearly from any seat in the place. That place has it all really. Lastly, the wonderful nail technicians. I cannot speak for all of them though I'm sure they're as great as Mindy seeings in the website photos. My nails look amazing & I love them. Mindy is awesome, professional & kind. I haven't been a loyal customer to any salon for over 15 years. Went in and had dip power nails done. 3 days later 3 of my nails were already chipping. Usually when I get dip powder at my normal spot it will last over a month. I stopped by mid week to try and get my nails repaired and I was told they were too busy and I would need to come back later in the week. I work a lot of hours and have little free time, getting my nails repaired within a week especially when I spent $75 to get them done. I will definitely not be back. read more

Made an appointment after work for a regular mani pedi and take off of my gel manicure nails. Came in and I was greeted by friendly staff I was walked over to my chair and handed a drink menu. I asked for the mimosa..honestly not the best but hey they give you free snacks as well. Very cool. Before she did anything on me she told me what my total of going to be with the gel take off. I really appreciated the heads up. Lol I paid a total of $41 for mani pedi plus callus removal and gel take off. Overall the place is nice and clean but I feel like the nail polish application was a bit messy for my manicure my pedicure was fine.
