So this is the worst place I have ever gone to get my nails done. I went in for a fill, the lady did my nails way to short and brittle. Day 2 one broke I had to go back. Day 3 another one broke today is day four a third broke. I feel like I paid too much for this to be happening. I'm new in town my old place was awesome. I could go three weeks without them breaking but to go two days! This is to much. She also did all of them un even. I'm so sad. I went here for the first time with my sister and was super disappointed after I left. Almost $50.00 down the drain for a terrible manicure and a pedicure that has already chipped. They didn't even trim my cuticles; they just hardly clipped some of the skin on the side of my finger. My nails aren't even filed straight and are already chipping. I understand I used to have fake nails on so when they are filed away, it makes them thinner but they could have at least filed them straight. Will definitely not go back. My normal nail lady usually spends hours doing such a good job but with this place I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I'll definitely be going back to my original nail lady. read more

I really liked this place! I am from out of town & this place is conveniently located near my grandmother's home. We don't have nail bars where I live so this was a nice treat. It was clean & it smelled clean, not like a bunch of chemicals. My gel manicure was $25 and it held up well. The quality of work was good. The owner of the shop was polite & they serve complimentary snacks and beverages. I knocked off a star because I also got some facial waxing. I found that to be a little overpriced and less detailed. Okay, I have never written a review before, but today I felt the need to. This nail salon is the closest to my house, so I was excited to check it out. I have now come to this nail salon 5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had a problem with them. Mind you, I hate asking people to redo or fix anything (but I will if I have to). They do not pay attention to how they are doing nails, they cut up my cuticles and skin around my nail, the shape comes out uneven or looking like a bubble and when I get home ended up having to fix something. The last time I went there, I went for an acrylic fill and I was the only customer there and the lady doing my nails was distracted talking to her coworkers the ENTIRE TIME and my nails came out bumpy and my fingers were completely cut up. Today I went in to get a single acrylic nail fixed. They lady who helped me dipped my entire nail and part of my finger into the acrylic powder container that she had just used on the costumer before me **unsanitary**!! This left the acrylic thin enough that when she was shaping the top of my nails, she shaved down the acrylic to my nail and shaved most of my real nail off while leaving the other side of my nail as a "mountain". When I asked her to somewhat even it out, she strongly insisted I was wrong and told me I was done. (When I got home I had to fix it myself) I am completely unimpressed and regret thinking "next time I go it will be different" whenever I go. I don't mean to be picky, but if I am going to be paying for the service, I would appreciate if they took the time and effort to do it right. This is not my usual nail spot but I decided to come here today because it is close to my house. Overall, I had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. The man that was working on my gel dip manicure scraped my fingers and cut my pinky finger. After telling him that he was being rough and hurting me, he proceeded to file away until my finger began to bleed. I'm not sure what their sanitary standards are but I did not see any tools coming out of pre-sealed packages as most salons have. I've heard horror stories of getting an infection from unsanitized or improper sanitation of tools at nail salons and that's what went through my head... my fear is getting an infection and mind you I'm 4 months pregnant! That will not be a good thing. Came home and my nails are sore and still bleeding. Will definitely not go back. read more

The fact that they offer you a snack and a beverage doesn't really make them stand out as most newer salons are following that trend. The employees were friendly enough however I am going with 3 stars because the actual work was not great. The end result was very lumpy and not neat. She went through my nails really fast. Not impressed. They were friendly but had me sit and wait for a little over 15 minutes even when I had an appointment. My nail technician did not pay close attention to the length of my nails, cuticles were not cleaned properly, and she didn't not do a good job painting my nails either. When I told her to keep the shape but file just a little, she clipped one of them a bit too short. The nails weren't all the same length and looked a bit "crooked" in my eyes so I asked for a file to finish the job myself. The only cool thing about this place is the cleanliness and the fact that they give you one complimentary glass of wine or champagne.
