I wish this wasn't the closest round table to me. I really do. Every single time we eat here, dine in/take out/ or delivery; something is wrong with the order. This is extremely frustrating for me because I worked at round table for 7 years when I was younger. I get how the process goes and I get that sometimes things go wrong. But the lack of organization in this place, combined with a staff that clearly hates their jobs, the attitude they give, and the lack of training they must have received when it comes to basic customer service values-- it just hurts me! Yes the clubhouse look is cool. But really, it's worth it to drive to another location. The people who work here just continue to astound me. But in terms of quality and taste, you can't beat RTP. Super frustrating. We made a reservation for the party room- confirmed it 3 times- they confirmed it back with us 3 more times. We then arrived and they had given the reservation to another group. They were hardly apologetic- and rude- not helpful at all. The space is dirty and staff are rude- don't ever go there. To add in response to the restaurant's response. We were definitely not placed in a private space. They placed a group of 12 year olds right next to the beer and wine service area so not only were we not in the room, but we were in the middle of adults drinking and watching the soccer game above us. As far as having the pizza out right away, it was not , even despite my asking several times and confirming that day when I placed my order- and confirmed the reservation. This place is Awesome, the newly renovated pizza clubhouse looks fantastic. I was told by a friend about the self-service beer tap and had to come try it and it was great. 15 different kinds of beer and wine, it's heaven if you love pizza and beer. The wristband style pay what you drink for the beer is awesome, you can literally take a sip of each beer just to try it, or do beer suicide style with a pitcher. There's outside lounge style seating, it's relatively clean, and on a hot day, looks to be good to go. A full 5, no 7 stars for the setup, décor, layout of the establishment. So, why 3 stars? It's an excellent concept with horrible execution. Most of the horrible execution is because of the staffing. In general, it looks like no one wanted to work there. With the exception of one staff member who was truly exciting about the beer tap system, everyone else hated their jobs. In general, just really bad attitude from the staff. We came here pizza buffet night. There was still one hour to go for the buffet to be over, so plenty of time, and there were still a full house of people enjoying the buffet. It was like pulling teeth to get them to just replace the plates. It was even harder for the staff to get more pizza's out as there was a full house of people eating. Caught a couple of the kids working their cussing at each other, which, cussing workers is no surprise to anyone, but there were plenty of little, little people there. read more

My 1 Star goes to the unrealistic time it took to get my order and the shift "Supervisor" named Daniel that I tried to talk to. Placed my order at 6:45 - time to arrive is 55 minutes. So ETA would be 7:40. At 7:55 I call to get an update. Daniel tells me that it's on its way (I live 5 minutes from the restaurant). 20 minutes later still not here so I call again - Danielle tells me he's out for delivery but will call him and ask him to call me to give me an ETA. 30 minutes and I call again and Danielle is now frustrated with me??? WTH? Food arrives right before 9pm! 2+ hours later Are you kidding me? No apologies, no credit nothing. And to top it off, my family has stomach aches all night and 2 of us were sick more than 24 hours. Do yourself a favor - try a different Round Table or another Pizza place. We had our end of season high school water polo buffet style dinner here on a week night for 85 people using both the projector and main dining rooms leaving the barn doors between the two rooms wide open. Pizzas and twists were fresh and hot, staff had food quickly replenished throughout the evening at the buffet table. We didn't use the projector this time which is a real perk if doing a presentation. We kept it simple, brought in our own decorations, table cloths balloons, and portable speaker w/microphone for our award ceremony. Staff were so easy to work with, from the owner to the manager to the front counter and kitchen crew, they were all super helpful and responsive. This is a perfect venue for parties of our size. 5 Stars for Round Table?! Well, this isn't your average Round Table Pizza this is the Clubhouse. Newly renovated (10 days ago), they now have massive tv's, fire table, arcade, pour your own beer/wine wall, arcade, private event room, and an expanded menu to include sandwiches and burgers and not to mention pizza. When I went on Tuesday night we opted for the salad and pizza buffet which was about $9.50 per person and included a variety of pizza's, garlic twists, and your average salad toppings. We also did the pour your own beer/wine wall. Here's how it works: You simply get a wrist band, which is tied to your credit card, place your band up to the beer you want and it charges you by the ounce. For each beer and wine they display where it's from, the style, alcohol percentage, and how much it costs per ounce. Since they charge per ounce you can switch up your beer often with tasters or go for a pint or even a pitcher. I really enjoyed this set up to feel free to switch between beer styles and even wine. Since it's serve yourself they max you out at 40 ounces then you have to check in with the front to be open to receive more on your wristband. We were here on a Warriors playoff night (Go Dubs!) and it was nicely full but not over crowded or loud. They had tv's all over the restaurant so there wasn't a bad seat in the house. They have nice big screen TVs along with even nicer list of beers. There is a game room which is prefect cause the noisy kids can run around there instead of in the restaurant. Service: 5 star. The 1st time it happed I was amazed with how fast I received my pizza. Had it delivered and it was at my door about 20mins after I placed the order. After I ate the 1st slice I realized why. We love the remodel and updated, clean and friendly atmosphere. Lots of TVs to watch your favorite show or sports event. Recently visited for their all you can eat buffet for $10 on Tuesdays and to watch Sf Giant game- lots of verity of pizzas and good salad bar (although spinach was a bit wet- had to pick through a bit) otherwise clean and tasty choices. Only issue we had was the sparse basket of Cinnamon twists... and had to wait quite a while then Buffett was over. So this has happened a few times we visited. We mentioned this to Jacob and he took good care of us. We ended up with a dessert. Thank you- for good service and taking care of customers it means a lot. We will be back... I love visiting this Round Table location for their lunchtime buffet during the week! For around $12 you get unlimited pizza, access to their salad bar, and their nifty drink machine. For pizza as awesome as Round Table's (that cheese blend! That spicy sauce! Those crust bubbles!), that is a steal! They always have about 6 flavors of pizza ready at all times, from simple pepperoni to supreme to the Maui Zaui. They also have baskets of the garlic breadsticks and cinnamon twists, so you can really make it a full and proper meal! The salad bar is simple but still really nice, and never any issues with fresh ingredients. One time a coworker and I arrived for the buffet pretty close to when they were wrapping it up for the day, so they offered to make us a small to share of whatever flavor we wanted. Now that's service! The clubhouse style of this location adds another element of fun, it's like a sports bar and Chuck E Cheese mushed into one! Lots of beers on tap, giant TVs, and arcade games, plus plenty of table space if all you want to do is dine.
