Not only did they make a pizza with NO sauce, but when we called them about it, they required us to bring the pizza back (which they promptly threw away), and argued with us on the phone and in person that they had done it correctly, which they did not (see photo). Notwithstanding that we told them that we were coming in to bring it back (which they told us to do so they could "replace" the pizza) they had NO replacement ready. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes, with all of our other food getting cold. They claimed that had not remade it immediately because they didn't know when we would come in. Really? Because we had just picked up pizza that we were going to eat in an hour. I told them to simply give us our money back instead. They promptly walked to the back calling, "it's almost ready." Customer service looks like this - "hey, sorry we messed up. You can come back now for a remade pie or we can put you on a list for a free identical pie the next time you order." Wish we'd gotten that service. And they tried to tell us they didn't tell us to bring it back but we misunderstood their accents... I think I know what a full conversation about bringing a pizza back. Sounds like especially when I'm telling you that I have to check with my other guest to see if they've eaten their slices and you say "OK I'll wait." There's another Little Caesars down the street. I will certainly go to that one if I ever decide to order from Little Caesars again. I highly recommend you do the same. read more

Their stuffed crust is probably my favorite stuffed crust pizza. I ordered Stuffed Crazy Crust Custom with Pepperoni and Italian Sausage, which was super good. I even enjoyed the crust thoroughly! Definitely eat it while it's warm. Ordering through their app was also super easy, and the order was ready at the promised time. Picking up at the store was hassle-free, as I just needed to type in the code they emailed me ahead of time. I would 100% get their stuffed crust again in the future. read more

So I've been a huge Little Caesar's fan since literally the late 90's. Back when the Crazy Bread was actually real bread and didn't seem a bit plasticy. Back when a bag of crazy bread was like $1-1.99. Anyway, I've seen the ups and downs and the changes in prices. I still crave crazy bread every now and then. The sad thing is this is the closest location to my house and the food and service is just only so so. They charge about 6x the cost of what crazy bread started at, it's $6.99 now for a bag of crazy bread. The bread is usually just soaking with butter, the cheese is minimal (unless you ask for extra, and they charge $2+ for it), AND they don't provide their patrons with parmesean cheese anymore! Isn't that crazy? Like, this is a pizza place at the end of the day. Can you imagine a pizza place that doesn't provide parm? They have peppers and when I ask for parmesean, they say, "we don't provide that." Okay! The pizza is only okay, it really ends up tasting like cardboard shortly after it's not top temperature and I've already had one slice and I start getting kind of "over it." I get that it's a discount pizza place and all that, but they could still hold a certain level of integrity and standards. read more

Food is always fresh and yummy - saw the slanderous comment from Amy - this is a minority-owned business, they are not white nor staff. She was also not inside with the child to supervise the interaction. These folks don't care about your race, and I myself am mixed race. Inventory issue. Each box ordered per pizza sold, I doubt they offered the full price of a pizza for the box. Business would have taken a loss, guess entitled Amy doesn't care about harming a business as long as she gets her way. Typical victim mentality, everything and everyone else is a racist if you don't get what you demand and want. She is like this around town and has been for years. Just went there because my husband & son wanted crazy bread. They went in and asked for two bags so he can share with all the kids. The guy wouldn't ring him up because he didn't know how to use the register and the guy who does was in the bathroom. After about 10 minutes of waiting, they came back empty handed. read more

One pizza box had grease to the extent that it folded / snapped in half causing both of our pizzas to fall on the ground on the way to the car. We had to reorder & pay again - the employee refused to replace or refund as this happened outside of their store. She was mugging me, and when I told her what I wanted, she gave me attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable by five minutes in the store. I'm very sad I have been a regular customer for the last six years as my kids love the Italian cheese bread and crazy bread after school. I ordered the usual and had my daughter who is of mixed ethnicity go in to pick up the order from the pizza portal. Being white I have never experienced any rude behavior there. She had a school report that requested that they use a clean pizza box. She asked the woman behind the counter if she could purchase a pizza box and she looked at her and said no. My daughter came out with our order and no pizza box and said mom she would not sell me the box and looked at me and spoke to me rudely. We went to Round Table across the street and the man there was kind to me and allowed us to get one there. Sadly I have decided that we will no longer order from this location again. I hope that if people no matter what ethnic race ask to purchase anything there, that they might give them, especially regular customers that opportunity. read more

Cheap pizza where the main appeal is "hot & ready" - because who wants to wait for this quality pizza- you may change you mind if you have to wait! I have had little Caesars deep dish before so I wanted to try their lunch special which is a four piece deep dish and a soda for five dollars. This was a very weird customer service experience. I walked in and asked what they had ready for the lunch special, to which the woman at the register replied "pepperoni ". OK, I said, I would take the pepperoni lunch special. Then she proceeded to take out the lunch special pizza and a large pepperoni pizza. She seemed frustrated when I said I only wanted the lunch special. I'm not sure how that got lost in translation. I asked how much the extra sauce was, as I was paying with cash and wanted to stay under a certain amount. The woman at the register pointed to the sign. Is it that hard to tell me how much something is? It felt very rude and I'm pretty sure she's either the manager or owner based on the personnel I saw in the store. I advise you guys to never communicate with the people at this establishment. They are rude and unprofessional - read story down below. The man in there completely runs the show and has a horrible attitude to not only customers but to the female employee. He needs to take time off and they need to re-evaluate what customer service looks like. I get that low life's must come in there and they have no time for it, but that's not excuse to be rude to people when they have questions. Not everyone is a homeless person and just because it's cheap doesn't mean we can't go elsewhere. I went yesterday to pick up Italian cheese bread, the lady gave me marinara sauce. I went today and bought the same Italian bread and then today she and the man employee yell at me that the bread doesn't come with red sauce. And screamed and pointed at my boxes that were in my hands. Definitely satisfied my pizza craving and at a great price. The customer service was amazing and all the staff were super friendly. The ingredients tasted insanely fresh in even in comparison to more traditional pizza "restaurants". ALSO the kitchen was spotless. Having worked at various food service locations in the past I was very surprised and impressed. Highly recommend!! It's obvious that you aren't exactly going for the most amazing pizza available, but for the money your pay, it's pretty dang good. That being said however, it's not my first choice for a few reasons. Sauce is pretty thick, same with the cheese. The "bestest most cheesiest" pizza modification costs about a dollar more, adds more pepperoni onto it, cheese and is honestly the most bang for the buck. However, I wish the pizza came like this without the dollar up-charge. The cheese bread is also rather good for the price, however, it also comes with a bit too much grease. This is mostly due to the amount of cheese on it and the nature of pizza, but it feels extra thick for some reason. They also have a wide variety of sodas, for which I am thankful. I have no complaints about this location or the employees, as they do their jobs perfectly and either have a hot and ready pizza prepared or make my custom pizza rather quickly. However, I feel as if the food could be a little less thick. read more

Every time I've gone in, the lady at the register has been rude. I always go in for their "Hot-N-Ready" pizza, but they never have any made. She always says it'll be seven minutes. Although I know it really isn't a long wait time, the point of "Hot-N-Ready" is to be able to walk in, pay for the pizza, and walk out with the pizza within minutes, and not stand around and wait while the employees are in the back angrily speaking a different language. It's very uncomfortable. Also, she needs to understand that wearing gloves, handling money, and then going to make the pizza while wearing the same gloves is not acceptable. You don't have bacon why advertise then and how is it that almost every time I go in when you advertise you will have pizza hot and ready to go I have to wait 10 minutes? I'm about done with this location..... unreliable to say the least Although this is not the greatest pizza made, it is decent and for the money.....you cannot bitch! I used to love LC's back in the day. It was greasy, heavy pizza that wasn't a bad meal. This LC's, however, is FAR from those fond memories. The prices are better now, but the quality from what I remember has suffered perceptibly. I got a meal deal -- hot'n'fresh pizza with crazy bread and a two-liter of pop for $9. Not a bad value, if I'm honest. But then I started eating it. The crazy bread was limp and had a consistency rather like discarded oil rags. The pizza was ready, but I suspect that LC's definition of hot and my definition are not similar. And, look, it's cliche to say that a crust is like cardboard, but I can think of few better analogies. It was as though I was biting into slightly-warm corrugate. The pop, however, was fine. But it was also in a two-liter bottle and likely prepared by Pepsi and not LC's. In sum, just don't bother. There are other pizza places nearby that are substantially better. I'd even prefer Domino's to this LC's, and I'd rather bungee jump off a bridge using my entrails as the bungee than eat Domino's again. read more

The owners and staff of this location are the nicest people on the planet! They make great pizza and use quality ingredients and the place is spotless. Very very clean. Little caesars isn't the best pizza around BUT it's the best pizza for the price and this place takes pride in their pizzas. I went in tonight around 9:40 and they were closing at 10 and made me a fresh cheese pizza without complaining and they were so friendly, after working a 12 hour day this was honestly much appreciated. I hate being the guy that goes in right before they close but they really were so nice. Thank you for making a long long day a much better night.
