Martinez...Boy are you guys lucky. Yall got a Pacifica Pizza and you don't have to wait an hour for it? Man that must be nice. You see that little town across the bridge? Well. What if I told you if you are ordering a pizza on a Saturday in this town, no matter what time of day it's almost always going to be an hour wait for a pizza? Friday at lunch time? Yea probably an hour still. 6PM on a Tuesday?!?! An hour son. Why is it that I order Pacifica Pizza in Martinez, and I get my pizza in 15 mins...AND IT TASTE THE SAME. I've ordered from here 3 times now and every time, my order is under 30 mins. That's insane. Is it just the fact that the town is population is so low? But the that in itself doesn't make any sense because I thought that Martinez actually has more people living here than Benicia? So it's like...do people just not know? Do people in Martinez not know that Pacifica Pizza is the best togo Pizza chain in the area? I had a neighbor tell me the other day that their favorite pizza is from an Italian Restaurant in town and I almost dropped my jaw. How? HOW? How do people not know about the delish crust Pacifica has? I hare crust! But guess whose crust I love? They have to easily have the best Pepperoni Pizza Ive ever had in my life. They've found that perfect synergy of the pepps with the cheese and sauce that makes you always want more. OH and don't even get me started on the friggin sauce. The sauce is the best part of their pizza. Their marinara sauce is god tier. S tier dude. Their marinara sauce is like picking Akuma in Super Turbo. And if you know you know. It's in a tier of its own. But if yall don't believe I'm cool with it. More Pacifica for me!!! read more

Amazing food and amazing service! My go to right before or after we hit the fishing spot!

Great place to stop in for a bite or take your order to go! Your pizza is made right in front of you, using fresh ingredients, and you can watch the chef toss and spin the dough. And you don't have to wait long for it to come piping hot out of the oven. There's a patio out front where you can enjoy your meal and people-watch the comings and goings in Old Town Martinez. Pleasant place for lunch, dinner, or take-out! read more

Very good take out Pizza. They make an excellent gourmet veggie pizza and all meat pizza

It's always a really good experience with these guys they're very quick and the pizza is really really good.

I have not eaten at Pacifica Pizza in Martinez in a long time and just recently in 11 / 2025. I ordered a combination and it was terrible. When I order from a pizza place like this, I expect a dough to be fresh and have that yeast smell to it and the bottom of the crust having like a cracker like crust. The sauce did not have any flavor the ingredients such as the pepperoni the sausage and the meat on top were very bland. I don't know if the ingredients were old or if they're just cheap ingredients, but it didn't have any flavor the veggies, the same way the only thing that stood out was the mushrooms but when I ate, the pizza was very disappointed I was wishing that I had ordered from Mountain Mike's. I was expecting Pacifica pizza to blow away round table or mountain Mike's but this pizza was a complete let down Domino's or Little Caesars would've been better. I hate to give this review because I know their local and I want to support local, but they really need to focus on the quality of the pizza. read more

Been in Martinez for 2 years and first time trying Pacifica Pizza. It was amazing!!! Best pizza I've had so far!

Went to Pacifica Pizza yesterday and had a great experience! The service was super nice and welcoming, the ambiance was cozy and comfortable, and the pizza was really good--fresh, tasty, and cooked just right. Definitely coming back! read more

Pacifica Pizza - Gourmet veggie, no bell pepper and zucchini with red sauce. - Pizza Near Me - Martinez, California

Kinda of a weird setup here when you go in, menu is not that good inside. It's up high and far away. No mention of prices or lunch special on inside menu hanging up high. Two long tables when you go inside. The one employee who was there was in the far back so I moved forward and also it was hard to read the menus. Then he told me to get back and that I was in the staff area. Whoops, my bad. Maybe if staff came up to the front to greet me I wouldn't have been confused where to stand instead of yelling from the back. Anyways no big deal. It was my first time going here and I was unfamiliar. I ordered the lunch special which is a small pizza with two toppings of your choice and a canned drink. No slices here. Which is lame but it's the only pizza place in this area that I know of so you take what you can get. Price was $12 for the lunch combo. The staff member told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes to make my pizza. I thought, that seems kind of long. Is the oven cold or what? I came back in exactly 15 minutes and it was just coming out of the oven. It's not really a cool place to be inside of, I didn't really feel comfortable in there. The window is kinda dirty and there's no music or tv. I was given my pizza in a box. I didn't want a box but I got one. So much for the environment. I ate inside. The table was unusually high for the chair height so it was awkward inside there. No napkins, chili peppers, oregano or Parmesan cheese to be located inside. No forks either. Very spartan. Finished my pizza looking out the greasy window. Pizza was good but not great. Your standard. Didn't see a trash can anywhere inside so just left the empty box there. I felt kinda sad for the employee working there even though he wasn't exactly warm and friendly. Seems kind of a sad place. He was just staring at his phone when I left, didn't say goodbye or anything even though I was the only customer. Who can blame him, I only tipped $1.50. 4 stars is fair or maybe even generous for this review. It's pizza.... It's made to order..... you can eat it..... it's not exciting. read more

I am writing this review, deeply disappointed that the legacy of Jonathan and Mike or even the founding owner began is now in the hands of someone who clearly lacks their customer service focus. I never give single star reviews, ever. Wednesday afternoon around 4, I opened my DoorDash app, went to my order history, selected reorder, and hit send. I'm a creature of habit when it comes to food. My pizza arrived on time, but when I opened the box, I had a plain cheese pizza. Surprised I called the store, and spoke to the young man who answered. He said the new owner made my order but was away and said to call back. I gave it 5 mins then called back. I've been in a service related field of one sort or another for years, my Dasher app is up to date and my phone number is accurate. In my professional role I handle disappointed customers and always look for ways to defuse the situation. When I called back the owner answered, and I could tell he recognized the caller ID. The owner proceeded to tell me the customization field where toppings should be entered was empty. The screen below is what I sent over. He asked me if I wanted to see a screenshot... in other words I was at fault and got what I got. He had the opportunity to call or text me for clarification if there was an error on his end of this transaction, instead he decided what I should get and wasn't remorseful in the slightest. When I attempted to share that I live in our downtown, and that my family and I are regular customers, he cut me off and said 'good for you' shocked I started to say I work downtown and we send a decent amount of business to the store, again he cut me off and said 'good for you'. Never having experienced anything so blatantly disrespectful I finally lost my temper, called him something I probably shouldn't and hung up. All of this, when none of it was necessary since my profile has my contact information and any confusion on his part was easily remedied with a phone call or text message. This owner had said in another public space that calling his customers wasn't his responsibility, that it isn't his job to be a mind reader, and 'why would I apologize when I did nothing wrong'. Ordering in person or over the phone may be an entirely seamless experience particularly with the kids who work there. But don't use your DoorDash app, and don't think the attitude I received isn't coming from a place of innate nature. Most businesses in downtown Martinez appreciate their customers, just not this business with this current owner. read more

I rarely eat pizza out, I make my own from a Sicilian recipe that's hundreds of years old. Decided to get a pizza to go from Pacifica Pizza in Martinez tonight, something I never do. Turns out this is probably the best pizza I've ever had out. Honestly it's as good as mine. Completely blown away. The young lady at the take out spot on Main Street was super nice and made a 5 out of 5 pizza. read more

Really hit or miss and it seems to be in chunks of several months where the pizza is really good, full and robust with plenty of toppings to really mediocre with a smaller pie, and light on the toppings. When I want a good pizza, I don't know if it's worth it to blow ~$30 on pizza you have to gamble on. Again, when it's solid, it's solid, but you run the risk of getting skimped too. read more

Did a yelp search for New York Pizza close to me. Reviewed photos & chose this one because it looked like it would taste like San Francisco in my old neighborhood growing up (Greko Romano, now closed). Did not disappoint! Fresh & tasty toppings and a light flavorful sauce that let the toppings shine. The Kona had nice smoky Canadian bacon and fresh bacon bits, not dried out like the chain restaurants. The Price Buster was well balanced and enjoyed every topping. Crust was good and not too doughy, good crunch & flavor. Only con to me is the price, but wouldn't mind it for this pizza Shoot me a message if you've got another spot besides San Francisco for a good NY Pizza! read more

Picked up takeout from this spot, and the pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeño combo was spot on! Perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and savory. Great quality and super satisfying!, i will be back again. read more

First time eating here, it was alright. We got the large Price Buster Pizza, basically a combo. The toppings were very fresh, the dough was thick but airy, the sauce was very mild and not very much of it. Would I come back in a pinch? Sure. Would I come back if I had other options? No. btw most of the restaurants don't open until 4pm so plan accordingly! No seating inside 3 tables & 3 chairs outside Plan on sidewalk picnic, car picnic, or vacant lot across the street picnic, or take home picnic. We chose the car picnic! read more

Veru good pizza and service - I will return! I had the half and half with the deluxe and the veggetarian and everyone was happy.

Tried Pacifica pizza for the first time tonight! We ordered a large pepperoni/linguisa and a medium combo. Both were delicious! The staff were a fun and polite crew. Due to the pizzas taking a little longer than expected, they even knocked off a couple bucks on the total! Total surprise. All in all, a great experience. We will be back. Thank you! read more

I drove 10 miles to get a good fresh baked bread across the street at One House Bakery - but they're closed today, Tuesday. So I happened to park my car right in front of Pacifica. I'd never heard of this pizza place before so why not try it. I wasn't impressed with the menu, at first but the Price Buster caught my attention. The woman suggested Original Crust, when asked. I requested "extra crispy" oh wow! This is a winner. It's loaded with toppings and perfect crispiness! I really enjoyed this pizza!! The counter was a bit messy with flour all over the counter - which says to me freshly made pizza dough! This was one of the most enjoyable meal's I've had. I highly recommend them. Now I have a new goto pizza place! read more

Great pizza and wings! They definitely know how to put topping on there. Great location. Will definitely come back.

It's great Pizza. Deliver was prompt. And kids love it , the variety it's simple. And you don't regret I think.

First time here today and we loved the pizza! However, the conditions the employees were working were very bad! It was 100+ degrees outside today and inside the store was even hotter. I don't really know how these guys were working there. They still delivered good service and good pizza. Hopefully the working conditions get better! read more

For Benicia pizza standards, probably up there for taste. Overpriced for what you get. But that seems to be most pizza joints. It's a low cost item to make, but they do charge a lot. read more
