For a quick meal to tide you over, this is the place. One slice is like two slices in one. The toppings were plentiful, the crust was thin and crispy and chewy, and the pizza was a perfect temperature to bite into while still being hot out the oven. Each slice was around $5 each. The store inside is small, clean and organized enough to find what you're looking for ...from menu, to sizes, to drinks to a self order kiosk. The drinks are on the pricier side, almost as much as a slice. There are 3 tables outside to eat directly in front of the store in an enclosed space. Directly across the street is a small park with lots of grass, a few benches and a playground. We sat three comfortably at the little metal round tables in front. Food is good. Service? Not so much. I've ordered from here 3 times. The first was online for delivery and that was my best experience. The second time, I ordered a take and bake pizza from their menu. First they told me they couldn't do that even though it's on their menu. It was the bbq chicken pizza and I guess the fact that there's sauce on top was too much for them. I guess putting that sauce on the side was too much for them so I didn't get the sauce I all. Ridiculous! The third time, I ordered over the phone for pickup and when I got there, they told me my order was wrong and they needed to redo my ticket. Not sure what they were talking about because the order was correct from my point of view but they had messed the order entry on their end. We tend to buy a slice when visiting the mall, but this location at Todos Santos is cool to go to when the family is chilling at the park. I went with my son, and he had recently started watching shows about pizza with toppings like olives and mushrooms. I was weary that he would like these toppings, and was pleasantly surprised that he really enjoyed the olives in particular. The ordering is very simple, you can order the kiosk or counter service is provided as well. The staff is super friendly, and the outdoor seating provides a comfortable environment with the park as your background. I will definitely come back in the future to grab slices when visiting the park. Their pizza prices are very reasonable as well. We come here some Fridays after swim for a pizza after getting ice scream next door. We order our pizza inside the store on the tablet and usually by the time we get our ice cream next door the pizza is ready. This place is small but the pizza is really good. I went past this place so many times throughout the years as it was an unassuming place. I finally tried this place today and I was amazed. Hands down iSlice has the best pizza sauce in the East Bay. We got an 18-inch margherita pizza with mushrooms and meatball, the toppings were all so flavorful. It's been quiet some time since my family and I have ordered pizza due to either undercooked or burnt pizzas from different places. If ordering a pie, FYI pie's are premade. Employee told me it would take 5 mins to reheat which was fine. I then ordered an 18" pie for our family dinner. I was with my 4 year old son, as anybody who has kids knows that this is the stage where they love to be your little "helper". I received the pie opened it up and it looked alright. Being from Brooklyn NY, I do have high standards for pizza. I sat the box down to get some condiments and little did I know, that 1 second I turned my back, my son wanted to help carry it and dropped the pizza! All of it on the ground. I told the employee what happened and he came around the counter to check, he looks at me, shrugs his shoulder and said "it's your fault" with a smirk. I asked him if there was anything he could do for me, he said "I can give you 30% off" for the next pie. I stepped out to tell my wife who was waiting in the car what happened and if she would be ok spending for another pie. With my son crying disappointed in himself, I put him in the car seat and she goes inside. As my wife is walking inside she notices the workers with the pizza box behind the counter, placing the Pizza that fell on the floor back on the racks! I did not know this place has a history of violations already and experiencing the uncleanliness first hand makes it safe to say we will never come back here. Buyer beware.
