I felt dismissed and disrespected, especially since there was no one else waiting behind us. While we were paying, she continued asking, "Is that it? Is that it?" which made us feel rushed despite there being no other customers in line. Afterward, my friend even commented on how she had been speaking to me. Thankfully, Belle provided a much better experience. She was friendly, attentive, and took the time to ask about our sauce preferences and offer options we weren't aware of. Her customer service was genuinely appreciated. We had previously visited the MOD location in Sacramento near IKEA and decided to try this one because it was closer to us. Our first visit was okay, but unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. Belle was the highlight of our visit, and I hope her excellent customer service is recognized. However, the interaction with the other employee left us hesitant to return.

We ordered pizza, samosas, wings, salad, chicken Alfredo, bread sticks and fresh made lemonade. We had them deliver all of this which was super convenient. Mani showed up on time and was very organized. The food was hot and as always delicious. We ordered 2 types of lemonade. It was mango and lychee. When Mani delivered the drinks they were individually canned with a slice of fresh lime. These were a huge hit with the guests. Besides the fantastic taste they were slightly carbonated. Everyone loved that they were canned in a large (16oz ?) clear plastic can individual serving. We chose to order the Indian pizza which is amazing and our favorite. We had boneless wings in Indian flavors. We will definitely be using them to cater future parties. Ordering everything and the lemonade was seamless. This is a family operated business that we enjoy.
