I genuinely don't think I've EVER experienced customer service this rude and nasty before. I came in to pick up an order and politely said, "Hi, I have a pickup for Tiffany." The girl with glasses and blonde/ brown hair looked directly at me, turned around, grabbed my order, put the bag on top of the pizza box, and walked back to the register without saying a SINGLE word to me. No hello, no "here you go," no "thank you," nothing. She also had an extremely irritated attitude and facial expression the entire time, as if I was inconveniencing her just by being there. At that point I was so irritated that I told her, "You have really bad customer service, you couldn't even say hi?" Her response was, "You didn't either." Excuse me? I literally greeted you when I walked up. But even beyond that, YOU are the employee interacting with a customer. Responding to a customer like that instead of simply acknowledging them or apologizing is unbelievably unprofessional. I understand people have bad days, and I'm usually very understanding with service workers, as I was one before but there is a difference between not being overly friendly and being blatantly rude. I didn't expect some huge enthusiastic greeting. Literally just basic human decency and basic customer service. The entire interaction was upsetting and honestly made me not want to come back to this location. I genuinely don't understand how someone with that kind of attitude toward customers was hired for a customer-facing position in the first place. Management seriously needs to address how customers are being spoken to because there was absolutely no reason for that level of attitude during a simple pickup. read more

I am a huge fan of Mountain Mikes and I am glad one opened really close by me. Located in the new Sprouts shopping center, we also have a Cold Stone, Starbucks and soon to be Wing Stop. I ordered via the App, so it was quick and simple. Inside is very spacious, with lots of tables and a small corner for arcade/claw machines. They also have a lunch buffet and the pizzas they had at the time looked very fresh and tasty. The salad bar itself looked pretty new, meaning the ingredients don't look like leftovers from last night. Anyway, onto the pizza itself. Diamond Head/Mt Veggiemore: I am not a huge fan of Pineapple and Ham, but I did have a slice. It was delicious and pretty juicy, and there was plenty of sauce. My preferred was the vegetarian pizza, Mt Veggiemore. This was packed with all the fixings, though a bit too much olives. The pizza tasted perfectly fine to me and there was plenty of it. I am happy this opened nearby and look forward to ordering more again in the future. read more

I have been ordering the ham sandwich from this place and I must say the sandwich leaves a lot to be desired!! The first time I tried it, it was pretty good, but over time it has failed to impress! We had a very upsetting experience at this restaurant tonight. We ordered food and were never informed that the wait time would be over an hour. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic, and because her insulin takes effect more slowly, she took it after we placed our order. We repeatedly went to the counter to check on our food and were told "five more minutes" each time. It is understandable that a restaurant can get behind, but customers should be clearly informed about long delays so they can make safe decisions for their families. My dad is a type 2 diabetic and needs to eat within a certain time frame to avoid getting sick, so he tried to get something from the salad bar while we waited. The items on the salad bar were in very poor condition and looked unappetizing. We were extremely worried the entire time, and we are just thankful my daughter's glucose did not drop during the hour-plus that we were left waiting. For a family with multiple diabetics, this lack of communication and poor food quality is unacceptable, and we will think twice before returning. read more

So the new Sprouts market shopping center opened along with a few other shops we like, but when we saw Mountain Mike's Pizza, we groaned! Really! We honestly didn't want to drive all the way to Concord to go to our regular pizza place so we ordered a small combination pizza from Mountain Mike's Pizza! My wife and I just stopped in here for an early dinner before heading across the bridge, we were both craving pizza. Google map led us to this restaurant and it was not a disappointment. The pie was served hot and fresh with plenty of toppings and the salad bar was not the largest but was ample, we were stuffed with all this food. Crazy to think that this location has high ratings. Our first time ordering from here and it'll be the last. We called to put our order in and told that it would take about 45 minutes for pick up. That wasn't the issue though since it was Christmas Day and busy. When we get there, Viola, takes our payment and says the order isn't done yet so she will call it out once it is done. After several other customers get their order, my wife goes up to ask about the status of ours. Violas coworker doesn't find anything, she waits for Viola to get back and she doesn't find anything either. After some detective work, our pizza is found underneath someone else's order and had been sitting there the whole time. If the dynamic duo wasn't so busy complaining about working and customers then maybe they'd pay attention to where they put customer orders.
