Yesterday I placed another p/u order via Grubhub 90 minutes in advance. It was 20m late. The server failed to offer cheese & peppers as she did the patron before me. When asked why the order was late, she replied because they were busy. I informed her of the order time & she smirked & repeated the busy line. I was going to try their app. It's mentioned during their hold time promo. The majority of the reviews are negative so I passed. I really try and support smaller chains. Their prices are affordable and the food is generally much better. However, I'm big on all aspects of customer service. I sincerely hope their timeliness and customer satisfaction vastly improves.
