From the counter, the server called out my daughter saying loudly those cups are for water. This experience has traumatized them being called out in public like they were thieves. We ordered several items but we did not have the stomach to eat the food anymore. When asked why the order was late, she replied because they were busy. I informed her of the order time & she smirked & repeated the busy line. I was going to try their app. It's mentioned during their hold time promo. The majority of the reviews are negative so I passed. I really try and support smaller chains. Their prices are affordable and the food is generally much better. However, I'm big on all aspects of customer service. I sincerely hope their timeliness and customer satisfaction vastly improves. We showed up around 10am, not realizing they don't open until 11. As we were walking away, David noticed us and opened the door to ask if we needed anything. He offered to make us a pizza to go, which already made my kids excited, but they were really hoping to dine in. David went the extra mile and checked with Mohammed, and together they allowed us to come in and eat. The moment they said yes, my kids lit up with excitement.
