I ordered a large bbq chicken pizza and a medium half cheese/pepperoni pizza. My order was hit and ready by 3pm (my scheduled time). Daniel was amazing and super friendly although it was both busy and hot inside. The cheese/pepperoni pizza was good but the bbq chicken pizza was missing the red/green onions. Don't get me wrong, it still tasted good, I just love onions lol the slices were pretty much annihilated before I could snap a pic. That speaks for itself. There is a little play area inside the dining.m area and booths for seating. All in all, I will be back. read more

Three years ago I gave this Round Table 1 Star. Now they are up to 5 again. Ordered via phone for pick up. It was just getting out of the oven when I arrived. "Taylor" behind the counter WAS SO courteous. Offered plates, chili peppers and Parm even before I asked. I said yes, then he said, since this is a pizza and I gave you paper plates, no need to wash anything. Through in the plastic forks without a care. He was totally professional, courteous, with a smile and just right customer service oriented. Oh, BTW, the Pizza was delicious too... read more

Huge shoutout to David and Mohammed at Round Table Pizza, 408 Bailey Rd, Pittsburg, CA. I told my kids they could choose what they wanted for breakfast, and they picked Round Table Pizza. We showed up around 10am, not realizing they don't open until 11. As we were walking away, David noticed us and opened the door to ask if we needed anything. He offered to make us a pizza to go, which already made my kids excited, but they were really hoping to dine in. David went the extra mile and checked with Mohammed, and together they allowed us to come in and eat. The moment they said yes, my kids lit up with excitement. That kind of customer service and kindness is rare and truly appreciated. David and Mohammed turned a simple morning into a special memory for my family. We'll definitely be coming back. Thank you both! read more

I am very disappointed with the experience my kids had yesterday at Round Table Pizza. Ordered 03-11-2026 at 7:09 PM. Bring this pizza back to them. 03- 11-2026 at 7:37 PM. They were served a pizza that was clearly undercooked. The dough was still raw in parts, which is unacceptable and potentially unsafe to eat, especially for children. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. When the issue was brought to the staff's attention, there was no apology and no effort to properly address the mistake. Serving undercooked food is already a serious problem, but showing no concern or accountability afterward is extremely disappointing. Restaurants have a responsibility to ensure that the food they serve is safe and properly prepared. I hope the management takes this issue seriously, improves food safety practices, and provides better customer service in the future so other families do not have the same experience. read more

Round table has always been expensive, so i accepted that, even when the XL is the same size as most mediums, but the pizza wasnt cut right, so not a single slice came out as a triangle. It was overcooked, and i got cheese bread too that was just straight burnt, and tasted like it was missing something. So a pizza and a sandwich roll worth of garlic bread was over 50 bucks. I think ill stick with the cardboard 10 dollar pizza from little Caesars if im goinna be disappointed anyway. read more

Customer service is horrible getting the orders mixed up with the names so my pizza the delivery guy took my order than comes back after I sat down now they saying it was never taken but they told me my order will be ready in 20 minutes I waited 20 minutes before leaving my house now they are saying it will be ready in another ten minutes so I don't think I will be comming back to this round table anytime soon read more

Service was great, although if the pizza was cooked a little longer it would be better. I don't eat here often, so I'm not sure if that's just how they cook their pizzas or if it was an honest mistake. read more

We pick up our pizza order at this location on a Friday night and there was no wait :) The pizza, chicken wings, and garlic twists was delicious. Derek was very nice offering us free plates, cheese & pepper, and even gave us extra ranch sauce too. Excellent food and customer service. Thank you! read more

Typical round table pizza. Not a terrible pizza but the service is rude and you really don't need to tell them what toppings you want because they will put whatever they feel like anyway. It's very quiet inside but I'm thinking that's due to the service. read more

If the previous reviews haven't detoured you from coming to this location what will? Don't waste your time and money on a place that couldn't care less for your business. When you call to order and they hang up on you several times because it's clear if you're not spending more than $50 for pizza; you're not worth their time. So I ask...Why bother sending coupons to residents in the Pittsburg area if the coupons don't work. Plus the employees are too lazy to actually do their jobs over the phone or in person. Their customer service is laughable. I agree with previous reviewers; WHY is this place still open? It's expensive with poor management. Do yourself a favor...Don't even bother cause they don't! read more

The cashier very nice. The place is very clean. Love the pizzas. Excellent location. Love the view. Pittsburg is gorgeous.

Ordered the large pep, grilled chicken, and bacon pizza and the dragons bounty small platter. Was told it would be ready at 2:20 PM today but was delayed by 20 minutes once we got there. Guy in the front seemed to be on edge. (Likely on drugs?) we were the only people there and got our names wrong twice. When I placed the order online I opted out of the fried jalapeños on the bounty platter and asked to replace it with more mozzarella sticks. When we got home, we found that they included the jalapeños, so we couldn't eat that. The potato wedges weren't cooked all the way, so couldn't eat that it. The only thing we could eat from the platter were the mozerella sticks. Waste of money. Pizza was undercooked as well. Basically the only thing we could eat from our $50 order was the mozerella sticks. Never coming back. This place sucks. read more

Don't do it! The first time we ordered for delivery they were hella late & arrived without part of our order... they said they would come back with it because they forgot it at the restaurant and it took another HOUR. Mind you, the fam was busy couldn't leave the house but this location is literally down the street. Second time we ordered recently because the fam was craving pizza, again late and the food was cold. read more

The two stars right away are because it's round table and obviously the general taste is ok for sure. My review is based on the information we gave them concerning the pizza and how their pizza came. We called and ordered a XL maui zaui where we had a $7 coupon online sign up we we opted to do that the pizza came out to about $50 with delivery and then a tip on top for the driver which would be about $60 all together. We asked them to keep it in there for longer and to make it crispy for us as my dad likes his pizza crispier and so do i at $50 i think its the least they could of done. On top of that the pizza was Lukewarm at best when we got it so we didn't get what we asked for we had to literally take more time to put our pizza in a oven to heat it up and get it to the point it needed to be instead of receiving the pizza we ordered the correct way. I'm extremely disappointed as this establishment charges a lot for there pizzas and people work very hard for their money. The pizza ended up floppy not crispy and not fresh and hot. We ordered this over phone and it was delivered we did not go in to experience inside the restaurant. read more

The service was lacking, and the quality of the food did not justify the price...............

I walked in and this young guy was very unfriendly and had such negative energy. 2/14/2024 time 2:15pm The receipt says Anna but this is clearly a guy with close cropped short hair and light complexions. RT need to seriously get him some customer training ASAP. Maybe he mad cause he had to work on Valentine's Day. I have used this RT before and the people are always so friendly and professional is the reason why I decided to stop here instead of Buchanan RT. I usually tip well but customer service skills are extremely important to get my tip. This will be my last day EVER coming to this one again. read more

I ordered an extra large pizza at 2:15pm with expected pick up at 2:46pm. The order was delayed until 3:23pm. When I went to pick up the pizza, the person at the register informed me that they received the payment, did not process the order, did not plan on making the pizza, and had no excuse or explanation. Very disappointing. I will not be returning to this location again. read more

My Husband ordered a pizza for dinner tonight for TAKE OUT our estimated time arrival for delivery was 9:45PM & after waiting 20 mins later NOTHING no pizza so we call the restaurant and NO ANSWER we called over 20 times to check what happened or if someone was on there way and because they were going to closed at 10:30 we had to go drive down and check . We would have let it go but we PRE paid over $50 for a pizza & tipped !!! My husband literally goes in and two young boys are running the restaurant. They tell him they didn't " see the order come in " or apparently hear the phone ring 20 times ! Ridiculous 0 stars we need our money back read more

Ordered the Maui Zaui and I was very disappointed on the amount of toppings on my pizza. A large was $40+ and I felt like I didn't get my money's worth. I ordered from other RoundTable Pizza's before and they load their pizzas up. read more

Super good!! I had a great time at this location. Everybody super friendly, pizza was great!! And the restaurant was very clean 10/10 .

Worst experience ever! Ordered online over an hour in advance for delivery. 15 minutes past my delivery time I tried calling. No answer, then got put on hold for 15 minutes twice. Pizza arrived cold and smashed 1 hour late. I didn't want to pay or take it but I did. Big mistake. Cold pizza can be warned up but bad pizza can't be helped. read more

Round Table Pizza - Awful - Pizza Near Me - Pittsburg, California

Ordered a pizza to be delivered at 6:30 and it arrived like 40 minutes after I placed the order. Called and they act like I'm the one who made a mistake. I hop on my computer and I'm on the landing page after your order is placed and what does it say? Deliver at 6:30 PM! They can't get something as simple at the timing down right. Now I'm gonna have a cold pizza for an event w/ friends. Nice. Guy on the phone sounded like he didn't even care, so what's the point in calling back, "I" understand his ordering system better than him if he don't even know how to look up if it's due asap or for a specific time. More like I was given the run around to hide his/their mistake, either way, totally pissed and not ordering from here again. I'll drive to Papa Murphy. Thanks. read more

Gotta love the copy and paste approach that the "Customer service/ business manager" uses to respond to these unhappy, unsatisfied customers. Just another way of showing their lack of caring. Doesn't convince me that any issues will properly get resolved. I ordered delivery from this location the other night and our pizza was all smashed and discolored. Definitely not the Round Table I'm familiar with from other locations. How it's still standing is beyond me. read more

Have ordered from here many times. Pizza is great and my orders have always been fast and ready to go by the time promised

This round table is by far the best pizza in town. I normally have been ordering from here fro several years when I want a quick pizza fix . Over the years the pizza has been somewhat decent but they sure can improve in many ways The quality over time has deteriorated but has always stayed consistent enough for me to keep coming back. My most recent order is a garlic supreme pizza. The cheese is just enough, I'm not quite sure if there is any sauce on the pizza. The proportion of the topping is absolutely ridiculous such that the person making the pizza didn't bother to consider the distribution or placement on where to put the toppings . If this business doesn't want to shut down anytime soon, they should really consider improving the quality of the pizza. read more
