Worst service. They got our order wrong on one item and they claim that they can't just refund that item and that they can only give a partial credit. I don't want credit because I don't want to order from you again. So then they say that they have to take all items in the order back and make new ones instead of refunding. Huh??? We have been throwing Birthday parties here for years and took a break during the pandemic. It was nice to be back! The staff was super accommodating, helpful and nice. I mean I only know so little about pizzas like Pizza Hut and little caesars but this pizza was okay. the place had a positive atmosphere people had smiles on their faces from what I could sketch out from under their masks. The young lady was in the kitchen, the whole time , to see a man disrespect, a female like that is very disrespectful The young lady looked maybe in her 20s and the guy looked a lot older. If the owner is going to be running a business like that, he needs to be let go because I could promise you I will never come back for food and I was recommend this place. It is not OK for an employee to treat another employee like that. I'm hoping the owner does something. If not, then I will report it to higher grounds because honestly he should be fired for disrespecting her in front of customers no matter if customers weren't even in the building that is very disrespectful. Would you want your daughter to go to work and be disrespected by a man that she works with? I hope the owner ask herself that every day my friend recommended me to this location but at the same time, they told me that the man in the morning usually disrespects the lady, but I wanted to see for myself. I've ordered pizza here for years I've lived close to this location for 10+ years to put in perspective. On this occasion I ordered a large half and half. The combination half of the pizza was full of long hair. I called and they promised a manager to call me later in the day . I had to call next day, whoever answered the phone after I asked to speak to the manager responded with "bruh, you gonna have to come up here to talk to them" . I called a couple times back, phone was off the hook. I called after about 10 minutes same guy answered and said "bruh they callin for the manager again." I got on with the manager and explained I have been ordering at this location for years , I am not one to complain about the order,but she had an obligation to make this right as the whole combination half of the pizza was riddled with long hair . Her explanation was "we have mostly men cooks" . Implying there was a female cook I told her to have her put a hair net on . She told me bring the pizza in and they'll make a new one but it has to be by a certain time. I didn't have the time to do this and explained I didn't want a new pizza rather she had an obligation to make it right with me a customer of 5+ years at the very least. The mountain size pizza is a beast. Loved the crust... but where is the sauce? The pizza lacked sauce but had flavor. The crust was nice and crunchy at the bottom like I like it. Before I walked in the door, I can see inside the kitchen where workers were working and noticed none of them had gloves on. Dena Ann was the cashier at the time and helped took our orders. She was nice and friendly. We ordered the Mountain size, half combo half pepperoni, then a large half cheese half pep, bread sticks and 8 drinks (total $81) which was more expensive than we thought. It seemed like it took forever for the pizza to come, but when it did ... it was delicious! The pep tasted great. The combo was really good, but I think there was too much mushrooms on it and not enough sausage. Never had the cinnamon pizza bread thing, but when the man dropped it off at our table, I had to try. It was really sweet and tasted like a cinnabon with syrup. My boyfriend loved it, but it was too sweet for me even though it was good. The arcade area was clean, but small. There was a lot of those small machines for bouncey balls, stickers, temporary tattoos... a good selection actually. My son won 3 stuff animals and his cousin had 2 from the Claw machine. I overheard a woman complain about the salad bar, saying something was either old or had mold because they had to dump the whole container out in the trash. I didn't order anything from the salad bar and I usually don't because of that. I don't like food being sat out for a long period of time. Overall, the place was clean. The staff was nice. I had to wait an hour and 30 minutes for my pizza... they had said it would be 45 minutes. When I called after an hour, they told me it would be 5 more minutes . 25 more minutes and the manager told me he only had one driver, who had to keep coming back. He basically said that even when they are busy or short staffed, it is policy to say 45 minutes even if they know it won't be. I would have appreciated an honest estimate when I ordered.
