This location no longer uses fresh potatoes for their fries. They're frozen and total trash. They also like to wait until your food is good and cold before they give it to your DoorDasher. There's no reason to consistently receive cold fries when they're less than two miles away. It's clearly poor order management. read more

The customer service at this Wing Stop is horrible. Called to place an order and the automated system says for faster service go to the website or mobile app to place an order. I went on the website and placed my order. I received an error message and ran the card again and got the same error message. I checked the bank account, and the funds were taken out of the account. I called the store and spoke with someone, and they confirmed they had no order for me. I advised that the funds were removed from the account, and he said I don't have an order I can't help you. I advised that if I came down to the store to show him the transaction to see if he could honor it, he said no. I Then proceeded to speak with a manager, and he said he was the manager. He was very rude with me and said that he was going to call the APD because I am harassing him and his staff and have me remove for trespassing. I said hold up wait a second. I haven't even step foot in your store I was just calling to advise you of what happened. He was very rude and that's when I asked him for the corporate number. I am only giving one star because its required. If I could leave no stars I would. I have always said how great this store was but not anymore. I will not spend any of my money in this store again. I will also tell my friends and family to be cautious of this store because the person who answered the phone was horrible and threatening to call the APD on me for trespassing when I never step foot in his store. I am a single mom of two and the kids wanted Wingstop for dinner. This WS is new so we wanted to give it a try since we were in the area. There is only a "to go" location. There are no tables and chairs for customers. You an order "to go" or online, but either way, you won't be able to dine in. I ordered the lemon pepper wings with light seasoning. Sadly, it was NOT lightly seasoned. Instead, it was drenched (oil) and was extremely salty. The fries were also old and tasted like it had been sitting under the heating lamp for some time. I was very disappointed. This has not been our normal experience in other WS. Hopefully, they'll get the bugs and kinks worked out as they gain more experience. To be fair, my first review was right when they first opened. I understand it takes a while to get everything under control. I suppose I had high expectations from the jump. However, we decided to give this location another go last night. I forgot to take new photos but this time around our order was perfect to the T. Wings cooked perfectly, enough fries & cooked perfect, and our order was 100% correct. No long wait, and order was ready on time. I am happy to update this review to a 5! Monica has assured that I will never return to Wingstop on Deer Valley in Antioch ever again. My order was incomplete, salty, the fries were cold and they were unprofessional. They are often short staffed. My order tonight was a 10 piece original hot combo that only had 8 wings in the box and I paid extra for flats (which means we paid extra). My wife ordered a lemon pepper combo that was fried extremely hard and was so salty it was unbearable and couldn't be eaten. This ruined our evening. I tried to call and no one answered. My wife went back to get the order remade. Monica pictured here told her (rudely) that she could do is give her a refund. When my wife asked for verification of the refund and a receipt with confirmation written on it she printed receipt and refused to hand it over. It all ended with the employee yelling at my wife (who responded in kind) . She ended this episode by telling her to get out the store (mind you this is in front of other customers). I see others have alleged drug use by the employees in this store. This would explain the inconsistency in service and food quality at this location. I have made two reports to the cooperate headquarters online just tonight. But I doubt it will matter seeing that Wingstop has a D- on the BBB website. I called and was on hold for about 30 minutes then i got hung up on. It happened a few more times so I just decided to get the app and order it for pick up. Whenever I order online, the food is NEVER ready by the pick up/arrival time, it usually takes an additional 45 minutes after I arrive for them to finish the order. The restaurant itself is always quite dirty, the freestyle soda machine is sticky and covered in old syrup. I've seen employees turn people away at door because they were "backed up in the kitchen" and no longer taking in person customers. The service here is not great. Ate at this establishment with my mom and child. First we ordered a meal for us to share. Asked for plain tenders as my child doesn't eat sauced up food. We got sauced up strips. No biggie asked if we could get the correct order. After a few minutes the big guy in charge came back out and asked what we wanted after I had already explained they were supposed to be plain. No biggie. The music was kind of loud. Then things were weird. The big guy in charge kept peering around the corner staring at the three of us. Weird but again whatever. So we noticed that this new location was closer to our place, we decided to give it a try since the other one we frequented was in Brentwood. Let me start by saying that we were already 10 minutes late for our order but that didn't matter since the store was packed with waiting customers. Staff was young slow and un- experienced. We waited 40 min over our given pickup time and for such a small store the lobby was packed shoulder to shoulder with people and that's not safe during a pandemic. What's worse is that we waited all that time for our food 40 classic wings 2 LG fries and veggie sticks and when we got home everything was cold like it had been sitting there the whole damn time and the chicken want even fully cooked... really!...bruh! DO NOT GO HERE. the Brentwood store always has our order ready and the employee greets you at the door and asks your name and hands you your order when you get there. Now that's service. This place is like NO other Wingstop. I have been here at least 3 times and each time the wait was ridiculous. They tell you 10 mins and you literally don't get your order for at least 45 mins. It seems very unorganized and doesn't seem like there is any structure in place to be more efficient. Jaylon was the best thing about this place. He worked hard trying his best to accommodate the large number of people coming in for their orders. He would be the ONLY reason I would come back to this slow stop. The Asian gentleman who happened to be the on site supervisor was clueless and could have been more helpful by assisting the long lines out the door. He spent his time taking up the area of the registers while his staff were trying to work around him. He could have gotten a pen and paper and walked outside to take the orders or names of on line orders. He looked as if his was brain was on coma mode. Wingstop do better!
