Very poorly managed. Ordered for pick up to be ready at 6:15. Didn't get my order until 6:45. Why? They could not find my order! After 10 minutes the girl finally calls some guy over, he just takes the receipt and walks off. Uhhh? So are you going to make my order? Girl calls to him and he says "5 minutes"...of course it was 10. The kicker? I ask for some sauce, she says ok but that costs extra. Really? After waiting 30 minutes for my order you are going to charge me for sauce? She says sorry ill get in trouble. I have been to other WS and they are not like this and do not charge for sauce. I really wanted to like this place since it was so close to home. On my first visit they missed a whole 10 piece. No problem I went back and retrieved it. No issues. on my second visit they missed a five piece so I went back to retrieve it but this time they asked me to bring my entire order to prove that I wasn't lying about missing the five piece. This was very disturbing, because why would I want to go out of my way to steal five chicken wings? It wasn't that serious. Nonetheless, I returned with all of our food to receive the missing five piece and by the time we got home, our entire meal was ice cold. My third visit I placed an order at noon for 5 o'clock pick up. I came at 4 o'clock to confirm that they had my order and returned at 4:45 to wait for my 5 o'clock pick up. I did not receive my food until 5:20. The manager did not Offer any type of incentive to return a coupon or discount or anything for my inconvenience during this third trip or any of the previous visits. I really want to like this place but the lack of customer service the disregard for customers time and the inconvenience that this place has continues to prove to me that it should not be in business. I've left messages with the corporate office. I've left messages with the franchise owner, and I've never received a response. I have no plans on returning. AVOID this place at all cost. I am understanding when it's a new mom and pops shop that may struggle from opening up a new store, but this is a whole chain franchise. I ordered there about a little over a week ago and I paid $60 for a large order THREE HOURS in advanced to avoid a large wait time, and it turns out the very untrained employees with no sense of urgency, gave my order away to the wrong person, who then got both orders. The employee at the cash register proceeded to blame his co-worker by saying I told you so and I was frustrated so after 2 hours of waiting for my wings I had ordered 5 hours ago at that point I simply asked for a refund and was told it would be processed in 3-5 business days and it has yet to post in my statement after about 7-8 business days already.
