Round Table Pizza - a receipt for a round table pizza - Pizza Near Me - Pittsburg, California

This is *cough* WAS our local Round Table; ordered online for carry out Saturday night for the Family-lemon pepper chicken wings, personal bbq chicken (my favorite!), and a large double pepperoni; when i picked up, the 4 req ranch were not ready, so the employee went to the back for a longer than usual time... he returned with several ranch, i thought, was he back there making them? Dinner and the night pass, i wake up and i'm feeling nauseous; i am vomiting and have diahrrhea, EVERY HOUR for the next 16?24? hours. Few hrs into mine, the rest of the family start getting the same symptoms; now 2 very ill and weak parents are caring for young ones. NOT GOOD. NOT COOL! Now I'm calling the Health Department..! Now we're out of pizza delivery options because the competition has corporate mapping issues with our new construction home and their locations. Can't recommend this place and literally SICK to return, PROCEED WITH CAUTION. read more

Pizza can be hit or miss. I always order the King Arthur's Supreme or the chicken garlic gourmet and it seems to be cooked different every time. Convenient location surrounded by other stores including a Safeway. Parking is free and plentiful at all hours of the day. Their pizza is so good and delicious and the cheese is cheesy. They have nice workers btw and I'm 8 years old.

8:20pm I called. 8:45pm I came in to pay and pick up my order. It's not yet ready. Per the cashier it will be done in 10min. 9:05pm I came back. It's still not yet ready. Again, the cashier said in 7-10min. 9:25pm it's still not yet FUCKING ready. ROUND TABLE COMPANY... I think you either need to change the entire staff or re-train them!!! read more

I'm surprised they even have a 2 star review. Just called 6 times. Then put straight to a constant ring, not their normal "ads". They used to have good management and now it's seems to be absolute crap! Do not recommend! read more

This is the worst Roundtable I've EVER ordered from. I love Roundtable's Maui zaui pizza so that's why I continue to order from here but before today I ordered like 3 months ago for delivery and then they called me an hour later asking if I can pick it up because they're so busy and if I wait it would be a 2 hour wait for delivery. So of course I went to go pick it up. 2nd time I ordered here they didn't follow directions on how I wanted the pizza so I ate basically cheese and crust. Today will be LAST time I order from here. I gave them another chance thinking this 3rd time will be a charm but NO... of course they messed up again!!!! I ordered an XL Maui Zaui and 6 garlic twist and guess what? They forgot to deliver the Twist, so I call them and tell them and all she said was, "yeah I'm sorry the delivery guy forgot to deliver it so what do you want to do?" Do you want to pick them up??? Like WTF? Why did I just order delivery then? Not even an option to have it re- delivered or a refund. This place is the worst. I'm so over this roundtable pizza. Worst customer service ever. THIS SPECIFIC ROUNDTABLE NEEDS TO HIRE BETTER PEOPLE AND BETTER MANAGEMENT! read more

Why do I torture myself and continue to order pizza from this place??? I hate this location! My husband loves the kind Arthur supreme pizza and so I order it and they are constantly LATE. I ordered 3 hours ahead for a delivery of 7:15pm so it will be here when my husband arrives from work. Well, it is 7:50pm and it is still not here. Wth read more

Easy to order by phone and was ready for pick up on time. The large mushroom pizza had perfect amount of cheese and mushrooms could have been in oven about 2 minutes longer so that is why I gave 4 stars. read more

If I could give 0 stars I so would! I placed an order over the phone for delivery since I can't leave my house due to the fact that I just had major surgery recently. I called, ordered, paid over the phone for my order. My order was never delivered. I called at 8:30. They close at 9:30 tonight. It's 10pm. I call the store multiple times. They finally answer and it's the "supervisor" rude AF. His name is "ken" (it's what I understood. He didn't seem to want to give me his name. I asked what had happened with my order he said I probably called a different round table location I said no. Then after I described what I ordered ge goes " oh it's here " like seriously? He only offered to refund me or give me the order tomorrow. Ridiculous. This place needs a new supervisor that isn't as rude and better management. Bad service all around !!!! read more

Always have good service and food. They have also fixed any issues promptly when I have had them.

This place really is a hit or miss. I would give them 1 star but thanks to Janessa (sorry if i misspelled), the supervisor on duty, I am giving them 2 extra stars. The pizza we just received was a mess! Cheese and sauce were a sloppy mess, the cheese had all gone to one side. Either the driver dropped it or it was not set down properly . It was a large and the pizza was cut into 6 larges slices. . My husband and I had one piece each. Oh and the crust was no where to be found???? I called in and Janessa totally understood our disappointment and credited our account for next time. She handled the situation as any supervisor should....PROFESSIONALLY. She was very understanding and nice about everything. Thank you Janessa, i'm not sure if this review will help you out but we really appreciate the way you handled our complaint. read more

Round Table Pizza - Large pizza cut into 6 giant slices and delivered a sloppy mess. Where is the crust?!? - Pizza Near Me - Pittsburg, California

Ok had to share this... I don't rant much but Round Table Pizza in Pittsburg Ca is um.. heck I have no words for it.. Ok I have a few On this day of Christmas our delivery driver gave to me... Garlic Parmesan twists 1 hour late without the Red Zesty sauce, and also without the pizza too.. Ugh Avoid Pittsburg Ca Round Table.. (edit: oh it gets soo much better) Pittsburg - Bailey Rd (925) 458-2244 Address: 408 Bailey Rd Pittsburg, CA 94565 Order Number: 213332 Order Placed: 12/28/2011 3:57 PM Expected Date: 12/28/2011 4:37 PM The driver arrived approx 5:20. He said he would return in about 15 minutes.. With our pizza.. Ok so then I called at 5:28PM and basically told the MANAGER the driver not only forgot the pizza but the Red sauce for the twists, he said they would remake the entire order. My wife called back at 6:25PM and got some guy that said the manager screwed up some tags and that they will remake the entire order and it will be ANOTHER 35 to 40 minutes.. And that the order would be free (oh how kind).. 707 order arrived without the twists... different delivery driver, he claimed he just got on duty (felt kinda bad for the guy, deer caught in headlights look).. called 7:08, a female asked if i could hold and I said NO but she put me on hold anyway... (she didn't wait for a reply) So then a SUPERVISOR got on the phone and said the MANAGER LEFT and that we didn't get twists because we already got them (without the sauce, 2 HOURS AGO). SO, for an order put in at 3:57, we never ate the 12 cold twists and only had the pizza at 7:10 PM, A FULL 3 HOURS LATER and we live less than 3 miles.. ---- Kinda sucks that the whole family is sick and part of the reason to get pizza is so we didn't have to cook tonight.. Now I TOTALLY understand why ROUND TABLE PIZZA IS GOING BANKRUPT! Corporate, I BEG YOU, this franchise is ruining your reputation. Look Into It.. FYI this is by far not the first time.. Example: - Multiple times have they forgot to bring Zesty Pizza sauce with the twists (I have even put it on the comments section when ordering online).. - We have had the driver call the other employees "Retards" for messing things up. - They sometimes don't give us the plates/peppers/cheese (saving money?). - Delivery is ALWAYS later than the "Expected Date/Time" When I was young I even worked in a Round Table before and this is bad. Unfortunate since I like the pizza. And we really don't order from Round Table that often (9 times in 6 months) I WISH THE OTHER ROUND TABLE WOULD DELIVER TO US.. Sorry for the rant... But this is the last of many issues, and have never ever even heard of anything like this. read more

This is the worst Roundtable I ever patronized. Tonight I have it with them. I order d pizza and wings for my mom per her request and I got breadsticks instead of my 14 wings. I called and place on them got disconnected or better yet hung up on. I called back I the three different phones lines and no answer for 20 minutes. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. This is not the first time target have messed up my order. I'm sure I'm not the only one. They need new staff and management at this location. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. They never answer their phone. As I'm literally standing in the establishment the phone is just ringing off the hook & other customers are walking in complaining that they online order is missing items. Like come on now hire more people if you so short staff that you can't answer a simple phone call to place an order so people like me don't have to wait when I drive to get my food....Get it together....Oh and yeah the manager is here too acting like she oh so busy looking at the beer dispenser that's not working either!!!!! read more

The worst customer service EVER! Do not give this place your business. The manager hung up on me after me asking for a refund today. Round Table is a special treat for us. Hmm, my yummy special Chicken and Garlic Gourmet Pizza. I'm glad it's available so close to home. so today I went for the lunch special (pizza and salad) and what do you know? it was all dirty again, salad bar items very very low or empty. I asked the cashier to fill the salad bar items and he comes over and asks, "which one" I said well, all are empty or low aside from the cottage cheese. Pizzas looked all dried out and looked awful. We waited 10mins for the salad bar items to be refilled, had a salad and a few pieces of bread and then left. I officially give up on this place. the whole staff needs to be retrained. read more

Ordered with mobile app. Called in to see if I can get 3 larges by 11:15. They said not a problem. Also told me to add a note requesting that pick up time. When I arrive at 11:15. We ordered our pizza 2 hours ago & was quoted with a 30 minute delivery time. All we got was one pizza & a 12 pc wing. I wanted to take the time and recognize the management at the bailey round table location. The assistant manager Jenn is outgoing towards all of her customers, and leads by example with her associates at all times. Don't go to this place. The Pizza Hut on Bailey Road is the absolute worst. Their customer service doesn't exist. The manager there has no customer service experience at all period. Terrible customer service. I tried calling in my order and no one answered the phone then I placed it on line I was supposed to wait 15 minutes when I got there according to the employee they didn't receive my order. Friendly staff and great pizza, can't go wrong. Currently take out only but highly recommend this location if you're in the area.

On a Saturday afternoon we were driving home to Bay Point when we called to order a pizza to pick up. We were asked to please hold. We waited the whole time we were driving toward Bay Point - 20 minutes later we arrived at Round Table while still on hold - we fully expected to see the place over flowing with people - after all they were too busy to take our phone order! Nope! Not a soul waiting in line, there were 2 tables occupied and 10 tables full of trash from previous lunch patrons! We went to the counter and placed our order and then promptly waited over 40 minutes as I write this and we still have no pizza AND those tables are still not cleaned! WTH? Suggest that the boss check in to re-train or hire additional people who want to earn their money - and pay them enough that they might want to do a good job! 48 minutes and we finally have our 2 personal pizzas! Pros: It is Round Table. The place has been renovated and it looks nice. Cons: Bad service. Consistently late with your order. Trash all over the floors. Getting put on hold every time you call. The location of the store. High price. This place is a disorganized mess. I called twice to confirm my online order. Just kept getting put on hold. Got there at the pick up time and it wasn't ready. I had to wait over 10 mins more. Another guy was asking when his order would be ready as apparently he had been waiting for some time already. They asked me to pay for the order I already paid for online and couldn't find my receipt. As I'm waiting I look at the store to see paper and receipts all over the ground. It's not that busy inside maybe 4-5 families. The one girl as the front is running around trying to do everything while everyone else is in the back or walking around. I'm not holding the service to any high standard here but for the price I think it should be better. I can get better customer service at Little Ceasars up the street. If it was just one time it wouldn't be so bad but it's been like this for years. read more
