We have ordered here for years, and I don't know why. We ordered a few weeks ago with a 40 minutes delivery. They called and said it would be 2 hours, so we cancelled. Then today. My husband and I were craving pizza and wings. I placed the order, almost $50, with a 40 minute delivery. After 50 minutes, I call. She says all the deliveries are out, it will be a few minutes. Thirty minutes goes by, still nothing, so I call again. At this point, we're all annoyed and hungry. The woman, very rudely, tells me they have nothing under my name, and that I must have ordered it at the wrong place. I told her I am looking at the email from there, and I see the charge on my card. She just kept saying "Ma'am, it's not here". After about 5 minutes of this, she finally told me she would have the manager call me. After about 10 minutes he called me. Bradley, was very nice. He explained that they had a "situation" at the restaurant and my order was lost. He apologized and acknowledged it was no excuse. He refunded my money and offered to have it delivered. Forty five minutes later the driver delivered it. He was very nice as well. Food was good, but we have had way too many issues. Unfortunately we won't be ordering with them again. read more

VERY disappointed!! Ordered pizza and breadsticks and the price seemed high but then once my order arrived I realized that I was charged through DoorDash. Probably a friend helping a friend, but that's unacceptable when you as a customer were not notified. The pizza quality is OK, but their actual delivery time is much later than their estimated delivery time. My husband placed an order at 8:30pm and was told the pizza would be delivered at about 9:20pm. I called at 10:35pm because the pizza never arrived - no apology from the manager, just an update that the delivery driver left at 10:30pm. Two hours for pizza. I'll stick with Dominos. read more

By far, the sorriest excuse for a pizza place that I have ever been to. Worst service imaginable. Needs to be shut down by the health department or burned by angry customers. Do NOT waste your time at this s!@t hole. Firstly, the health department should pay them a visit. The salad bar was disgusting. Crumbs and trash everywhere. The main worker boxing the pizzas was not wearing gloves and the pizzas were not kept in a hot box. They were simply stacked on top of each other in plain view on the counter. They have about 10 health code violations in plain view and I imagine what can't be seen is much worse. We places an order over the phone. Two large pizzas which they initially told us would. Come to $75. Really?!? I have never paid that much for pizza in my life. Such a joke. Eventually we changed our order so that it came down a bit to $40. Still, ridiculous for two large pizzas. They told us it would be ready for us to pick up in 30 minutes. Once we arrived there was a line of customers who also seemed upset about waiting. They made a measly effort to appease us by apologizing for the wait and offering a free drink. But that was the full extent of their customer service. After waiting an HOUR from when we initially ordered it we asked them when our pizzas would be ready. They asked for the number on our receipt but I had tossed it in the trash. They said they had no way to look it up so I simply asked them to see if they had our specific pizzas ready. After arguing with them over requesting this simple task, I was so fed up with our pizza not being ready and the incompetence of every employee there that I had to dig my frickin receipt out of the trash to demand a refund. They made no effort to make things up to us for waiting an hour. This whole experience was a nightmare and I have never been more upset over pizza in my life. read more

FOOD POISONING ALERT! My husband and I ordered a Maui Zaui from this location Sunday eve May 8th 2011 (Mother's Day) and picked it up right before closing. We brought it home to find that it hadn't been baked all the way so I immediately called the restaraunt and spoke toa gentleman who said he was management. He was very nice and apologetic, offered to give us another or our $ back but we were already all the way home so we opted for a "VIP pass" to be mailed to us for our next visit and just cooked off the crust in the oven ourselves. Well, we should have gone with the first offer and gotten our $ back. By midnight my husband was hugging the porcelain throne and a few hours later so was I. We also got the booty monster as well...HORRENDOUS! I don't know what happened but something was handled wrong because nothing on the pizza was undercooked or not safe to be eaten undercooked for that matter. Probably the worst Roundtable pizza I've ever had. They should change their name to Little Caesars because the quality of the food is worth no more than about $5. We have ordered from there about 3 times and each time the bread has been ridiculously soggy. When this place was remodeled and had their reopening we attended on family night. It was great, pizza was fresh and the salad bar was fresh. Cut to today..the same pizza for 45 minutes. Salad bar was depleted at 5 when the "family" night was supposed to start. No attempt to clean any tables and no attempt at checking to see if new pizza was needed. Horrible experience will not be going back. Will head to concord or one of the neighboring cities. So much for trying to patronize establishments in my own town. Every time I call no answer I've came to order several time my order never is right.I've lived here for 12 years every since the remolding they have totally lost all customer service cleanliness as well. Today just was horrible I called once again no answer I came in to order waited 30 mins then I asked was it ready a guy came from back sweat all on his face saying three minutes. I liked the fact that this place had timers next to each pizza. I would guess this is so they know how long each pizza has been out and when it should be replaced. Just wanted to let you know about my horrible experience with this location. Call to order a large pepperoni pizza was first told it would be $15.99 from $18.99 got to pick up my pizza the guy working the register tells me they made a mistake and made me a pizza with 3 toppings but would not Charge me the extra topping but ended up telling me the total was $25.00 dollars. Requested to call the manager which was approach by a white lady with no credentials of a manager at no point did she approach me and gave me her name or made the situation better st all. This place is a hit or miss, but of a late, its been mostly a miss. I order online 99% of the time so I can just swing by and pick up. Usually when I get there I have to wait 5-10 minutes in line while my pizza gets soggy sitting in their little warmer oven. The wait time I can deal with, but the inconsistency of the pizzas is what makes me want to take my money elsewhere. Some times the crust is just right and other times its over cooked (hard on the bottom). Sometimes my pizza taste fresh / crisps and other times it taste old and soggy. My definition of soggy is when the moisture saturates the crust (picture wet bread). I have been eating round table for years. Ordered delivery. Paid extra to modify a pizza. Came completely wrong. Supervisor offered to remake and either send out or we could pick up. It was faster to send my husband so he went to pick it up(had already paid a delivery fee and driver tip). Got there and it was wrong again. Remade it one more time and it was still wrong but he was tired of waiting. Now have 3 pizzas in my fridge and not one of them is what I ordered. I have ordered from this location 3 times. The first time was fine, my entire order was correct and it took only about 15 minutes to receive it after ordering. The second time I ordered they didn't put the black olives and mushrooms on my pizza ( which I had to pay extra for) and the Buffalo wings we ordered to have made with two different sauces, one bbq and the other half made with buffalo sauce, they were all bbq. My third order I had decided to call in so that it would be faster to receive it on my way there instead of having to wait. I called and placed my order at 4:04. I got to the store at 4:28. When I spoke to the worker on the phone she told me it would be ready in 20 min. When I went to pick up my order I paid, then she told me it was going to be another 10 minutes until it was ready. How it's possible that I order in store and have it ready in 15 minutes but when I order over the phone it takes over 30 minutes blows my mind. And to top it off, after I get home I find a piece of HAIR in my pizza this time. I seriously don't think I'm gonna come back here. I should have turned around the second I seen how dirty their store is and how dead they are all the time. Take your money elsewhere and eat somewhere nicer, it might even be less expensive than this dump. read more

Went in because I haven't been to a RT in years. This location is pretty gross. There is only one bathroom and it was worse than a truck-stop gas station bathroom. Everything inside looks run down and questionably clean. The pizza itself was ok. Not bad but not something you would go out of your way for. The lady working the counter was nice. Terrible! Came in for the advertised all you can eat pizza buffet to 2 1/2 pizzas, no lettuce in the salad bar and 70% of all the tables dirty and not cleaned. Round table is the best "fast food" pizza places compared to little Caesars, Pizza Hut, etc. Their lunch buffets are a good spot for a quick and cheap lunch. My favorite pizza is their chicken gourmet pizza. Maybe little pricier when compared to other pizza places, but it is worth it. read more

Don't ever order from this place. I ordered online and the delivery was an hour late. I called and they even told me that their driver "sucks", their words. And my school was right down the street! They offered a store credit, like I'm going to order from them again. I suggested a full refund. Finally the pizza was delivered, but the driver drove past me twice, looking for me! This is seriously the worst round table ever. Let me start by saying they always get our order wrong. From forgetting toppings on our pizza to side items such as salads or drinks. I never complain but I had to this time. We typically do delivery but decided to pick up today since I needed the order fast. I get there at the promised time and waited 5 mins for someone to Come to the front. I was told it was going to be 5 minutes for my 3 personal pizzas to be ready. 5 mins later pizzas are ready. Then I was told the I had to wait for the salads. As I'm waiting for salads everyone goes inside kitchen. I'm waiting 10-12 minutes for my salads. No one comes out. As I'm waiting an employees shows up and I see her going in and I tell her to ask the employees in the back for my salads. They come back like they forgot and tell me they still have to make it. Like what the heck. By this time I had already been waiting for 25 mins when I was told 5. I spent 30 mins waiting at the store for my food with a total of 1 hour since I ordered. Honestly I agree with the other Yelp review someone made a couple days ago. The whole staff needs to be retrained or hire new employees. I managed a pizza place for 15 years and this place is a joke. If you call to place an order, you'll be placed on hold then a minute or so later the call disconnects. If you call back then it'll automatically disconnect you. What's the point of having a business phone if they don't pick up?! I've also placed an order online and when you get to the store to pick up it's not ready on time. They renovated this location a year or so ago. But I think they should have invested more on training their staff instead.
