Really Round table?! I placed a delivery order and I never got my pizza and still got charged. I place the order called 1 and a half hours later and you guys are closed! You were still open when I placed the order and I leave right on leland. read more

This made me sad never again will I return, waited 40 mins for my pizza to be incorrect and the cashier didn't know the difference between dr.pepper or Mountain Dew read more

Round Table Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Pittsburg, California

Service has always been hit and miss, more miss than hit. The last time I ordered from there the driver who delivered my pizza had dropped it in his car and all the toppings had fallen off. On top of that, it was over an hour after I ordered and I live 2 miles away, pizza was cold and the grease had started turning it soggy. This was not my first time with such bad service there, though generally their pizza tastes better than other options in the area, I will likely stop doing business at this location read more

Literally right now on hold.... 15 minutes. Wtf seriously. This pizza better be worth it.

Well I am sure what is wrong with Round Table but the service has is sliding down hill. The quality of the pizza is dropping and when I called in my pick up I was told it would be 20 minutes when I arrive I was told 10 minutes. After 10 minutes it was just going in the oven. I go it finally. I was given a free salad of wilted lettuce from the salad bar which a had not been changed since lunch. One of the workers is flipping her pony tail around shedding hair into various pizza toppings. Its time to find another pizza place that puts quality an service first. I won't be going back it food poisoning waiting to happen. read more

What kind of place can't deliver a pizza across the street...ordered online never showed up called they said it was out on delivery and it still never showed up this place is poorly managed if you have bad service it's the fault of management for not caring enough to make sure the customer gets good service read more

Three times ordering from here since my wife and I moved to the area and all 3 times its taken over 2 hours to get our order (once was over 4 hours). (Three strikes and we take our business elsewhere) I told the person who answered the phone our history and that we would unfortunately have to cancel our order (I was interrupted at this point by the person actually saying "excellent I can help you with that") which I replied that we would have take our business elsewhere. (They replied with another, "excellent i'll cancel your order for you. Thank you for doing business with Round Table.") I'm still shocked... How are they still open?! read more

I've always been fascinated with King Arthur. Absent the mushrooms that's my order! It's hard to beat this pizza hot & fresh out of the oven. This location has friendly staff and I would highly recommend their weekday buffet lunch. They also have a pretty good salad bar. read more

Worst customer service. This place doesn't even deserve not even one start. That's the worst place to order pizza from. Employee answers after being 10 minutes on the phone and as I'm ordering he starts talking to someone else. I stay on the phone and waiting to continue my order and I hear people laughing and talking in the background. 20 minutes in from when I call I get back on hold. I continue to wait to see how long it would take for them to pick up again. 30 minutes and never es answered. All employees there need to be fired or need serious training on customer service. read more

Having to hold for ten minutes just to ask about wait time is ridiculous. There is NEVER any excuse for a 1.5 hour delivery wait time, unless the employees are being mismanaged (or not managed) or it's Super Bowl Sunday. The last time I ordered from here, it was 40 minutes later than they said it would be. For giggles, I went in, sat down, and tried to order for delivery over the phone. There are a few people here, and that's fine, but most of the staff is not doing ANYTHING. I've been watching this place circle the drain for twenty years. I'm glad the remodel just proved that you can polish a pile, and it will still be a pile. GET NEW MANAGERS WHO CARE, PLEASE. read more

We usually order our pizza to pick up, they are never ready when they are supposed to be... Right now I'm sitting here waiting for my pie that just went into the oven when I was originally told it would be ready 35 minutes ago... We have picked up pizzas here many times, and the quality of the food is always been good. My complaint is with the chaos and poor time management behind the counter and in the kitchen... If you're going to charge $20 for a medium cheese pizza, the least you can do is have it ready on time! read more

Ordered one large pizza for delivery. The online confirmation said it was going to arrive at 9:30pm, but it arrived at 10:17pm. I had ordered the pizza at 8:40. The pizza arrived cold, and when I called to ask why it wasn't at my house yet, the woman who answered was rude. Don't recommend ordering for delivery. read more

I like round table but there pizza here was soggy as shit. When I tried to put have the pie in my mouth it fell down my shirt and between my bra. These guys need to turn the oven heat up. read more

Acceptable pizza if they ever get my order correct. Delivery wait is not worth it. Usually 1 hour. All pizzas are super dry so I order with extra sauce...there is still never a difference. I keep coming hoping it will get better. The renovations are nice but I need more than a nice sized tv and newly installed seats to come back. read more

I saw the negative feedback and I think they really took the feedback and really improved. My pizza came within an hour and it was hot. They called in advance to ask if I was okay with a 1:30-2hr wait (although it came way sooner than that) and the courtesy call was really thoughtful on their part! Would definitely order delivery again! read more

I went here for lunch one day and I was disappointed. It was for the all you can eat buffet. I don't eat a lot and the selection they had here was sad. The salad looked old and there was not a great selection of pizza. It's near the BART station, but I figure they just probably don't get many people stopping by. If I had to come here again I'd pass. It's one of the only "name" brand pizza places around. There is another location in Pittsburg, but we went to this one because there was less traffic. I can see why now. read more

WOW! I'm extremely disappointed! I placed my online order at 1:24 pm today for delivery, and it clearly said "fulfillment time" 2:04 p.m (I wasn't expecting it to be exact.) 2:04 passes, 2:30 passes, 3:00 passes...still no delivery. I finally decide to give them a call. I was put on hold for about 6 minutes, and then got hung up on. I call them back, and NO ONE ANSWERS! Finally on the 3rd try, I was able to get a hold of someone. The guy told me he was sorry, his driver just walked in and I was the next delivery, but it was still going to be another 20 minutes. He asked me if I wanted to cancel but I decided to just wait since I waited this long anyway. So 20 minutes go by, still no delivery. Finally at at 3:47 I received my delivery. The driver was kind, I still tipped him (it wasn't his fault they were short staffed.) Food: The pepperoni on the pizza was undercooked, I had to place it in the oven to finish it. The buffalo wings were stale and literally tasted like frozen chicken nuggets with hot sauce on them. Never again will I order from here. I'll just stick to Dominos, they're on the other side of town, but they still seem to get to me quicker with fresh food! *you've been warned* read more

Quick delivery, good pizza & I appreciate the drivers good spirt for driving through my complex it's kinda a maze and he found it! Thanks guys read more

Do not confuse this location with any other round table pizza in Pittsburg because they won't tell you they don't deliver to you, they'll just never show up and then lie about it. We ordered our pizza online, the location said Pittsburg, but we were not aware that this location didn't deliver to our home. The email confirmation said it would be delivered within 40 minutes and that our card had been charged. One hour and twenty minutes later, we called to find out where our food was. We hadn't heard anything since the confirmation email. The young lady that answered the phone couldn't find our reservation at first then asked our address. Once she found the address was where they didn't normally deliver she told us that they didn't deliver to our area. I asked her why we weren't called she was being informed by her manager to say something that I couldn't understand when repeated by the young lady. I then asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes. That's a horrible way to treat a customer you just crapped on. All it did was make me more angry. When the manager finally got on the line she made it seem like she did me some sort of favor by allegedly attempting to deliver to our house even though it was out of the delivery area. Please keep in mind that per Google maps this location is 2 miles away. She had come with the story that when they received our order they knew we were out of the delivery area but since we'd paid they would make the pizza and deliver it anyway. Apparently, the land line that we have here at our home doesn't receive calls from that ONE single delivery driver. Because there were supposedly three calls made and we never heard the phone that was 3 feet away from us ring. So we are now an hour and 40 minutes after the original order being made. The best thing I can say about this place is thanks for the money back... oh wait, that takes 5 business days. THANKS, BUT NEVER AGAIN. read more

Just received what has got to be the worst Hawaiian Premium Pizza ever from Round Table Pizza on Bailey Rd, Pittsburg. There was absolutely no zesty sauce, and the cheese was absolutely terrible. This was a major XXXX Up. Last time I'm ordering from this place. read more

Called in for pick up, 20 mins okay. Get there, "oh we haven't started your pizza yet because we had to make crust, so it'll be 20 min." Okay. Walked around the plaza for 20 min and come back, still no pizza. Never again read more

Walk in and atleast 4 employees were standing around watching tv. Dirty salad plate. Poorly stocked salad bar. Decided to get out order to go since every single table was dirty. Waited 45min for our one pizza. Never coming back. read more

This place has terrible service I have tried this place for four years never had a good experience always dirty full of flies and wait is always long gives round table a black eye read more

I have had the opportunity to eat at this location on several different occasions. But unfortunately I will no longer be a patron at this location. On approx 6/9, a pretty hot day in my area. I decided it was too hot to cook, so I decided to order a pizza from this location online using a coupon sent in the mail for online orders. I logged in placed my order an attempted to use the coupon I rcvd, with this locations address. The coupon code wouldn't work. So, I called the location and the representative informed me that the coupon was a corporate coupon and their location is a franchise. I said, what...!, but it has your address and I can't use the coupon? The representative told me again, it's a corporate coupon and they are a franchise and they don't honor corporate coupon. After being pretty ticked off, I contacted my local news reporter take ask if this establishment should have honored the coupon. She inquired about this via email with the corporate office and did a report about it on tv without naming names, she found out it was a touchy area but they should and would honor the coupon. Your know after having to go thru all off that to get them to honor a coupon that has their store address and phone no. on it. I think why give then anymore of my hard earned money. Their competitors have a new patron. Good luck to you RTP. read more

We ordered Pizza for a late office meeting. The order was to be delivered by 3:20 pm. However, at 3:48 pm the pizza has yet to be delivered. We called and they told me the driver had to take lunch and the order was delay. This is the worst Round Table Pizza in Northern California. We will not be using Round Table for any company function and for my personal lunches. I guess from now on it Pizza Guys or Mountain Mikes. What a shame. read more

If I place an order online and you tell me 40 minutes, why then have I been waiting for an hour? Then I call and some idiot hangs up in my face 3 times because they don't want to be bothered to do their job. They pick up on the 4th call and tell me that it will now be an additional 10 minutes because they only have two drivers. So because they clearly have just thrown my pizza in the oven I offer to come over and get it. Now she says if I pick it up the pizza it will be ready in 25 minutes!!! What in the entire hell? The math doesn't add up! First you said 10 minutes for delivery, now it's 25 for pickup! And then when I ask about refunding the delivery fee, she seemed confused. I am so done with RoundTable! Stop hiring your dumb, unmotivated relatives and get somebody in there that knows what they're doing and who takes pride in their work! Poor customer service and bad quality leads to your customers going to the Port Chicago spot. So why then would we need a spot on Bailey??? As I finish this rant, one hour and 30 minutes later, I still don't have my pizza. read more

My family ordered 2 large pizzas. An hour goes by and they haven't gotten to our house. We called the place again to check on our order and they haven't even made it yet. What kind of place is this? BLASPHEMY TO THE PIZZA GODS. read more

This place has been trash for years. Always a 2 plus hour wait time. Unprofessional delivery driver. Cold pizza. Terrible customer service. I don't know how many managers this location has went through. The location is so convenient, but considering the price and lack of quality it just makes more sense to travel to the Pleasant Hill location because it's that much better. read more

I repeatedly called them to place an order to be picked up they put me on hold then either hang up after eight or 10 minutes or I just get tired of waiting read more

This place is ridiculous the manager is so rude and has no patience. I rather go to mountain mikes

Lousy customer service and delivery takes forever. I called to check on my order and was told the promised time was wrong and the order would be going out soon. I asked for coupons for my next order and the girl literally laughed at me. Guess that was "honest" enough. So done with them. read more

Bad place!!!!!!! The worst customer service, the manager needs to be replace with someone that cares about his costumers.

Came to round table to re visit after a bad experience. I came to realize that maybe they were extremely busy the day I had that experience this time was great! I received amazing fresh pizza, a cleanly fresh salad bar and great customer service. Sometimes we need to realize that businesses can be swamped as many of our lives and we need to give second chances. Here this was definitely worth the second chance I actually ordered a Togo pizza a couple days ago and same great service. Keep it up! Will be back many times in the future! read more

Great costumer service pizza was cooked with perfection Jaimie on her own went out of her way to more than satisfying a costumer

We have been ordering from this location since we moved into our neighborhood in 2012. They have always gotten our order right and delivered in 40 minutes. Plus, it's round table and it's our favorite. Win, win, and win. What else can you ask for? read more

Pizza is good but the wait is terrible. Called for pick up, they said it's about 30 mins. I arrived later than 30 mins and it still wasn't ready yet. Either must have been a night with lots of orders or just super slow. read more

Ordered our pizza&breadsticks at 224pm.. online order said it would come at 304. Came at 357pm. Great. Thanks for the effort

Expensive. Delivery down Bailey for a small pizza equalled almost 24 dollars. The wait is crazy even if you call in to carry out. They usually burn the bottom of the pizza. read more

If I could give this place no stars for customer service I would. MORE THAN TWO HOURS for my pizzas to be delivered and when I called to check on the pizzas they said they delivery guy was on his way. Obviously he wasn't. Honestly for the price you pay for this pizza the least they could do is deliver it on time. Don't recommend if you're ordering for delivery. read more

I don't know what they are doing different, but I had stopped going for a while because good pizza is hard to find. Anyway, on my last 2 visits the pizza was delicious. Whatever changes they made, I hope they keep it up, because it went from bad to great! read more
