From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely upbeat -- the kind of server who makes you feel welcome rather than rushed. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without hovering. Our drinks were always refilled, the food came out perfectly timed, and she handled everything with a great attitude and professionalism. You can tell she really cares about customer service and takes pride in what she does. If you're dining here, ask for Megan she's the reason we'll be coming back. We went back to this Red Lobster to give it another try, and this time I decided to order their Shrimp Your Way, for which you get to choose 2 shrimp options out of a total of 7 for $19.99. The 7 choices were Garlic Shrimp Scampi (220 Cal), Shrimp Linguini Alfredo (620 Cal), Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp (470 Cal), Walt's Favorite Shrimp (260 Cal), Grilled Shrimp (250 Cal), Crispy Dragon Shrimp (480 Cal), and Popcorn Shrimp (430 Cal). I went with the Garlic Shrimp Scampi and Shrimp Linguini Alfredo. The Garlic Shrimp Scampi was good. It was basically shrimp swimming in a salty, buttery sauce, so how could it not be good? I thought it paired perfectly with my Baked Potato. I'd scoop up the buttery sauce and drizzle it over the potato, and it tasted amazing. But then again, anything covered in butter is probably going to be yummy, right? The Shrimp Linguini Alfredo was a little more complex than the Garlic Shrimp Scampi. It was linguini tossed in a cheesy Alfredo sauce with shrimp. The sauce was ultra cheesy, which I absolutely loved. They definitely didn't hold back on the cheese. I thought this dish was really good. For my side, I chose the regular Baked Potato, which came with Sour Cream, Cheese, and Green Onion by default. That actually confused me, so I asked our waitress what made the Fully Loaded Baked Potato different. She told me it was basically the same thing except they added bacon for an extra $2.50. I thought that was interesting because then the regular Baked Potato already seemed like the much better deal. Anyway, it was baked perfectly, and I really enjoyed it. We also shared the Chicken Linguini Alfredo and chose the Cajun Style. It was basically chicken served over linguini in a garlic Alfredo sauce. I remember this dish used to come with Blackened Chicken many many years ago, but somewhere along the way they changed it to regular chicken. I thought the old Blackened Chicken version was far much better. Even though we ordered the Cajun Style, the Cajun seasoning barely came through! Their famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits were delicious. I love them. No complaints there. Our waitress was amazing and very friendly. None of the following was her fault, but the food took a really really long time to come out. We ordered two Shrimp Your Ways and one pasta dish, and yet it took about 45 minutes before our food arrived. That was much less than ideal, and the wait definitely made the experience less enjoyable. To make it even more weird, we went on a weeknight and the restaurant wasn't even busy, so I'm really not sure what the holdup was. I really wanted to like this restaurant, but with how long it took for the food to come out, I'm not sure it'd be worth coming back. We usually come here on the weekends, so as expected, it is pretty busy. In particular, Sundays after church time. I guess this is the spot after a good prayer session. We try to come during off peak hours. The servers are always really nice, but the kitchen can be a little slow. I usually get the lighter meals because a lot of the items are deep fried or just heavy. My go-to were always the fish or shrimp tacos, but for some reason, I didn't see it on my recent visit. Shout out to our server, Dan, who has been there for years. He usually takes good care of us. This time around, I got the southwest shrimp bowl, which was pretty good and they did not go cheap on the shrimp either. Hubby got a new item on the dish: Create your own Lobster Lover's Dream. He got the Lobster Pasta au Gratin & Crispy Dragon Teriyaki Lobster with 2 sides. It was not the best dish to go with, but it wasn't bad. The teriyaki was too overwhelming and a bit salty and the au gratin pasta was heavy. My kiddo got his usual chicken tenders and fries, which is always a hit with the littles. Red Lobster is a pretty relaxed and laid back restaurants and a good place to go for lunch. There are a lot of families, couples and older generations there and is a staple place for many. read more

Our server Alyssia was amazing. Very kind and super friendly and brought us lots of food. We had the endless shrimp for the first time and it was fun to try the five different shrimp. The way it works is you can order any 3 and then they bring it out in sets of 2. They also make it every time you order so it takes a bit of time for it to come out, but I like it. You can also see live lobsters in a tank so you for sure know when ordering a live lobster cooked you can see where it's coming from. We were waiting for our party to arrive so we decided to look at the menu since it was our first time here. We notice that Dr dre and snoop had collaborated and made a gin and juice drink. The host told us that they where handing out coasters with this drink that give you back $5 for trying the drink but you have to scan the QR code and inform them where you want your refund back. He also gave us a coupon for next time to use for a percentage off when we come back. Our party finally arrived so we got sat down our server was Rebecca. She was very nice very friendly. Entered an hour before closing on a Wednesday, sat and greeted promptly! It was the filet and lobster special which I ordered for about $25. What a steal! Simple, perfectly cooked mid-rare with a juicy lobster tail. Boyfriend ordered a modified version of their shrimp linguini -- nice big portion and tasty too. I've traveled all the way from Phoenix to visit my family in Antioch. And was hungry for some seafood. So it was either olive garden or red lobster. I haven't been to red lobster in years and there's not much locations where I'm from but I came to reminisce. The place is kinda familiar from all the other red lobsters but this one felt like an old memory. Originally I was going to plan for take out and the kind host Zander helped me a bit but he was new and immediately grabbed a server to assist in my questions, Valentino kindly assisted me and offered something else he recommended that was similar to what I had in mind. This young lad was really helpful. As I waited for the food I grabbed a drink at the bar and Lyssette helped me out with drink options since they didn't have much options for IPAs. So I chose Chardonnay. She recommended a Chardonnay I forgot what it's called but it had a really rich note and savory at the end, it was the best recommendation! As I was hanging out at the bar there was also another fellow who checked up on me constantly and I reckon his name was Michael I believe or Mike. This is my second time coming here since moving in 2017 and I'm really enjoying this restaurant. I sat at the bar area and was served by an awesome lady, Megan H. She was very helpful, friendly, and made my visit extra special. I wanted to relax and wind down after a long week and she made that happen with fast service and a nice margarita on the side. Warm biscuits were served right when I sat down and a no rush atmosphere to enjoy my delicious shrimp, lobster, and salmon meal. We know Red's is closing so we decide to drive out to Pittsburgh for dinner. We ordered the feast and double Walt shrimp dinners. What's changed at Red Lobster? Not the cheddar biscuits but salads are no longer included with dinner. You can get a salad for substituting a side and paying $2.99 more. Check out my lame double shrimp meal for $21: 8 pieces of shrimp with two cocktails sauces. Sad AF - remind me to not eat here again. Also, service was pretty bad. Server was awkward with -0% personality: "are you enjoying your meal?" No I am not pal. Further, our two dinners took more than 45 minutes while other tables around us were quickly. I'm back! & on a much less busy night! Service was 10/10! The guy who served us was very attentive & courteous. I can't remember his name but it was the younger guy with long black wavy hair. He brought out our biscuits & waters real quick, then got more drink orders aside from water. He then brought the soda back quickly, and took our order (my fiancé & I's). I had the endless shrimp, consisting of the grilled skewered shrimp, popcorn shrimp, and the Walt's favorite shrimp. The Walt's & grilled shrimp was good, but the popcorn shrimp on the other hand was sub par; almost tasted like they cooked it way earlier on in the day & just left it on a warming tray until they were ready to be served. Once I was 3/4 done with my plate, the server asked if I wanted more shrimp while I was finishing my plate up & of course I wanted more! He had also let me know that I can try the other shrimps, not just the ones that I had already ordered, which I had never been told before by any other server when I had ordered the endless shrimp. This server was the best, & I'm so mad I didn't remember his name. Once my next order of shrimp came, they seemed to be smaller portions but was okay cuz I was pretty stuffed by then. This time, I had gotten 2 new shrimps; the coconut shrimp and the new limited time salt and vinegar shrimp. & ooooh they were both delicious! Overall, my experience tonight was way better than any of my other previous experiences, especially my last one which was rated 2 stars. We came to get a taste of the new seafood options. Food was so good. The lobster was so fresh. Really, it was wonderful. We got the ultimate seafood feast and the surf and turf. I added a half lb of snow crab. The only complaint I had was, sadly there was no substituting any shrimp option on the two seafood boil options or the ultimate feast. I'm allergic to shrimp so it was kind of disappointing. I really wanted to try the seafood boil. Any suggestions I asked was shot down for substituting. I got a gift card from a nice lady when I watched her cat. We didn't feel like cooking so we decided to use my gift card and go out on a Wednesday night. Not crowded, not surprised, but then my expectations are higher. It's not busy, you have no excuse for poor service, wrong food, and cold food. The stuffed mushrooms were hot but too salty. We shared the lobster shrimp feast and asked for mashed potatoes and got a loaded baked. I tasted the cold loaded potato and after finally seeing our waiter again, asked to replace it with mashed potatoes. They came hot because I mentioned the rest was not. We got charged for two loaded potatoes which we got but I didn't ask for two and he said to keep the other so your tip reflected all the things including the extremely long wait for any check in and finally the check. Again there were very few people in the restaurant. We have been there before and had good experience before Covid. I guess it's on down hill and we won't be back. Went on a recent Sunday night and arrived early with easy seating but the restaurant got reasonably busy shortly after. Our server was very pleasant and the warm cheddar biscuits were excellent. The restaurant unfortunately didn't have their fish and chips despite it being on the menu. The seafood-stuffed mushrooms appetizer was full of cheese but not a lot of seafood. The Caesar salad was pretty good but then our dishes took a very long time to come out. The lobster was a good size but was a little overcooked. The fried shrimp were well fried and had good flavor, with tender steamed broccoli. The fish sandwich was unfortunately disappointing in that it came out cold and pretty flavorless. The fries were also not hot or crisp. Overall, while the restaurant got good marks for their table service, the food should have been better given the price point and been able to get dishes out more quickly. read more

Food was so so, but everything else just lacked. My family and i went for the Endless Shrimp tonight. Our server, only one for 6 (5 top) tables, was too busy running past our table instead of helping us out when we ran out of biscuits, drinks, and food. He also had a big ego, thinking he knew the menu inside and out. The portion for the Maple Bacon Glazed Chicken ($22), was completely outrageous for the price. A 4oz chicken breast drenched in sauce and flakes of bacon. I never understand why the service here is always so bad every time i come back here. I ordered soy Salmon on uber and a few more things! First the salad was missing the special dressing that always come with, then the worst! The piece of lemon that come with the salad was previously use seems like someone sucked on it and took a piece of it and no juice totally dry and was on top of my salad in my food I wanted to throw up guess? everything went to the garbage! Owners should pay more attention to the employees they hire I don't think this was an accident to put a used lemon on my order I think they do that when they want to hurt their company and they do because this was the last time I order food from this place . read more

Raised my review from my previous of 3Stats to 4. Reason, food to value. Right now they are doing and endless shrimp meal for $20 per person. My wife and I don't each that much. I was surprised on their website, had a Shrimp 4 ways with two sides, 6 biscuits and two sodas for $22. Perfect for me and my wife. Ordered: Shrimp Scampi, Shrimp Alfredo, Walt's Favorite Shrimp (butterflied shrimp, battered and deep fried) and a new dragon shrimp. All were 4/5. Alfredo was 5:5. Each shrimp choice had 6 shrimp each which 24 was more then enough to share. Sides were a baked potato and coleslaw. Potato was cooked perfectly and still piping hot when we got home and the slaw was yummy and not too sweet. We ordered online off their web, arrived,! but the hostesses were a little confused. Everything worked out perfect, hot food, more then enough for two people when we got home. Three of the shrimp dishes were in one container with the potato. Alfredo on the side in a separate container which I appreciated since the sauce wouldn't intermingle with the other dishes. Let's see if they get 5 Stars next time read more
