This has been our go to Denny's for awhile now. We've tried the Concord and Lone Tree Way location but they don't compare. I also think the staff works well together at this location. As for the ambiance, they're all the same to me. I'd consider this location clean. Even though they were hella busy today (on a Thursday) for lunch/brunch the only wait we encountered was to be seated. However, after that the service was great and fast! Eloisa took care of us and she was sweet and very attentive. My husband asked for extra sauce and I feel like she brought it to our table FAST! In less than 3 seconds lol. We noticed some changes and new items on the menu. But no complaints here tho! Their new mozzarella sticks are giant & we loved it lol. We'll be back. read more

We ordered our food and received our drinks while waiting for the meal to arrive. Unfortunately, we noticed a cockroach on the wall behind my dad, which was extremely unpleasant and concerning. I immediately brought it to the manager's attention, but all she said was, "Sorry about that," and offered no further resolution. At that point, we decided to leave. My stuffed berry french toast was BURNT,LIKE BURNT,BURNT and why there was chocolate on them when it doesn't even come with any is beyond me,which only made the taste worst!!! Horrible! We ate at this Dennys Tuesday night and my experience was so bad I will never come back ! I had the grand slam I ordered my eggs over medium and they came out hard. Not fried hard baked hard because they were under the heat lamp so long. The waitress could hardly speak/understand English and didn't get my sprite. When the waitress took my eggs back. The cook argued with her over my complaint about the eggs. I also gave the plate of hash browns swimming in grease back with the over cooked bacon. She asked if I wanted the whole plate redone I said No and the coos said "good". Nice, crappy service and crappy food is ready what's on the menu at this Dennys! Apparently everyone is nuts about Eloisa? Not true. The bottom line is that. This restaurant sux. The manager, cook, waitstaff all need to be replaced. read more
