I would've accepted the pineapples as an alternative had they contacted me or if he offered to make me a new pizza with pineapples on it but instead he just said he was just going to put pineapples on the already made pizza. I took my refund and left. Horrible customer service and totally wasted my time. If you dont have mangos, take it off your site or contact the customer and give them options. The pizza was over $30 and I should've gotten what I paid for.

I recently went to Round Table's Oakley location for family night with my wife and 2 young children. The food was great, and the service was friendly and speedy. The reason I rate it a 1 is because of the manager. Even over the loud sound of a restaurant at full capacity I was able to hear the manager belittling an employee from the kitchen area. She was really going hard on the kid, calling him an f-ing moron, dumb ass and every other name you could think of. Dropping F bombs within earshot of families enjoying dinner.and that isn't even the first time I witnessed her doing that, just never to this extent. I don't want to bring my kids around an environment like that, and the employees shouldn't be treated like that from a boss. I was so appalled at her lack of professionalism that I asked her name from one of the employees just to write this review. Her name is Brandi, the blonde middle age female manager, and I refuse to bring my family there until she is gone. Mountain Mikes, here I come! read more

Love the pizza but the young kid at your front counter with the frowning face needs to go, I showed up at 7:30pm on Saturday 02/15 to pick up my online order, it's more than obvious he has no interest in doing a good job of representing your store, I picked up my $45 order and he barely said anything to me or the two customers after me, and actually avoided the third customer and the pizza maker had to come out from the kitchen to help her!! At one point while I was sitting waiting he sneezed while behind the counter and as I looked up he made eye contact with me and wiped his nose with his hand and wiped his hand on his shirt and went back to what he was doing, never once going to a hand washing station, thankfully he never handled my pizza order!! My family and I will always choose RT over any other pizza but I just wanted to let management know what they have in this employee. Five stars for the pizza and one star for the employee! read more

waited 2 hours for my food and not only was it cold when it got here the driver also didnt have change when i informed them upon ordering what bill i would be paying with . the manager didn't resolve any problem i still had to pay full price and keep the cold pizza because the bitch of a manager said i wouldnt be allowed to make another order because i called upset to complain!!!!! the delivery guy also was shocked and looked stupid because he was having to deal with the stores unprofessional ass managers mistake . this was at the oakley ca location they fucking suck . i would give 0 stars if that was an option but unfortunately yelp makes u give at least 1 star to submit your review so they really deserve 0 fucking stars from me read more

First off I'd like to say round table is my top choice for pizza! and it was ok pizza the place looked to have been recently remodeled but not cleaned since being remodeled the bathroom couldn't have been cleaned in months disgusting is the best way to describe yuk! The floors haven't been swept let alone mopped. I go there every other week and it hasn't been clean ever!! Then a gentleman that was really scruffy and had beard that was making pizza in back asked if we needed help we needed a togo box and togo cups he rudely replied there wasn't any when they are literally stacked up on the counter behind him. We love round table but this is so many red flags! How do you guys keep business going like this, a shame. read more

Although the rest of the reviews on here are great, my experience with Round Table was horrible. I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery and when I received the order one of the large pizzas were correct, the other was not. I ordered it with pepperoni, olives, and sausage. I got a pepperoni pizza. When I called back I was told the manager was not there and there was no one in charge there. WOW. The girl on the phone told me she could not help me and told me to call the next day. Being so aggravated, I called the next day and the manager told me I could receive a discount on the next order. Seriously? I wont be ordering here again.. read more

Responding to a customer like that instead of simply acknowledging them or apologizing is unbelievably unprofessional. I understand people have bad days, and I'm usually very understanding with service workers, as I was one before but there is a difference between not being overly friendly and being blatantly rude. I didn't expect some huge enthusiastic greeting. Literally just basic human decency and basic customer service. The entire interaction was upsetting and honestly made me not want to come back to this location. I genuinely don't understand how someone with that kind of attitude toward customers was hired for a customer-facing position in the first place. Management seriously needs to address how customers are being spoken to because there was absolutely no reason for that level of attitude during a simple pickup.
