I'm done. Will never order anything else from Oakley. Domino's. Ordered three sandwiches today. Supposed to be Philly cheesesteak instead they're full of mushrooms and cheese. The sandwiches are super small now and not worth the eight dollars. They're ridiculous. The last three times I've gone in. There's been an issue. The owner sucks. He or she must be reading these reviews. read more

I never get food delivered because it never tastes as good as when you order in store. I decided to order for my grandkids today. The deals were great! I was able to feed 4 hungry kids and two adults for around $40. We got 2 med 2 topping pizzas and 16 garlic nugs. Let me tell you when I say the pizza arrived hot, it was HOT!!! And delicious!! Also Albert the delivery person was extremely polite and pleasant. I ordered from the app and it was easy. It arrived on time and I was able to keep track of the status. I will most definitely order here again. read more

Until a few weeks ago, I hadn't had Domino's Pizza for 25 years or more. Honestly, I thought it tasted like cardboard back then. One day late at night Domino's was the only pizza place open, so me and a friend ordered some. It was pretty good, so maybe a week later I ordered the Italian sandwich. It was so good. I ordered another one a week after that. I'm gonna have to try the Philly cheesesteak and the chicken Parmesan sandwiches next. The people who work there are always nice and my order is always done when they say it will be. read more

Fuck these people they got some fatty's working there . Let me explain further I placed a pick up order today in the drive thru and when I received my pizza and opened the box I noticed a sliver of my pizza was cut out. This is completely unethical behavior and unprofessional service .. you can even see the cut marks in the box from the piece they took ! I honestly don't understand how low you have to be in life to do this . I mean if your that hungry make your own pizza and put it on your work tab!!! Not out of my pizza that I paid for this shit is nasty and completely not okay I hope who ever did this to my food gets their karma and gets fired !!!! read more

Ayooo! Pizza pizza! Actually, way better than lil Cesar's pizza pizza. I had gotten a couple pizzas & the cookie brownie for the Super Bowl, and on short notice, it was done fairly quick! I love the fact that this location also has a drive thru. I had gotten a large pepperoni & a large custom pizza. The pepperoni was good, can't really go wrong with it. But the custom pizza that had the white garlic sauce, chicken, Italian sausage, black olives, and garlic was like nothing I've had before. It was loads of flavor. Each bite was bursting and moist (could be the oil too lol, but it wasn't visible that it was oil unlike other pizza's). The brownie with cookie was good for what it was. I didn't order it, my cousin did and well, it is what it is said to be, so I can't complain. It wasn't bad, but not great. Price-wise, obviously more than little Cesar's, but of course better. It is also cheaper than other spots like mountain mikes & round table, and honestly, I might like it better as of right now. Can't wait to come back with that same custom pizza! read more

I am tired of Domino's saying FREE pizza! They say you have to do it for delivery. The catch...You have to spend $23 plus delivery fee plus tip. You end up spending $30+ for your FREE pizza. You can get 2 pizzas from mix and match for the same price. How is the "FREE" pizza a deal? read more

Do not use UberEats. They never delivered my food. I have tried to contact them and they give me the run around, even after I tell them that what they want me to do doesn't work I have tried it already. The just end the chat. Can't talk to a real person. I am going to contact my bank next to get my money back! Never have this problem with DoorDash! read more

Pizza is ok enough to feed the family after a very busy day of football tournaments. I spend my money here often. They have been convenient for my family, but after today I will no longer support their business. After spending money to buy your pizza you want me to pay for parm cheese and peppers for an extra $1.50. If this is how you want to say thank you to your customers, then I say no thank you. Last time I spend my money here. Bye. read more

Okay went back I decided to be generous and give another star because I did figure out that you can order your food online and pick it up through a drive-through so it won my heart there. Overall it's not that bad if you just pick your food up and don't sit in for vibes to seep in your aura if you're sensitive or crazy however you'd look at that. LOL Anyways id recommend it for the drive thru! I've never seen a pizza place with one! read more

Domino's Pizza - Like what .. - Pizza Near Me - Oakley, California

I would have given this place 1 star because of what I initially received but they came back and redelivered another pizza. Although they came back, it wasn't any better than the first pizza. I have never had a bad pizza delivered from dominos before but I guess there is always a first. First pizza, garlic Parm white sauce w/salami and spinach. I asked for extra sauce and extra cheese and by the looks of the pic... I did not get what I asked for. It was very dry and inedible. My hubby called again and spoke with an employee and they offered to either give us a free pizza next time or have one delivered again. We accepted to have another one delivered. We received second pizza and half of pizza had cheese and topping and sauce and the other half had nothing. So this dominos night was not a great night. Hopefully next time, they might think twice about having the person who initially made our pizzas to do delivery instead. read more

Every time I call for delivery this location is too busy and they have to call me to tell me that delivery will be over one hour and I live two blocks away! I would not recommend getting delivery because your experience will be bad. Just do carry out or use another pizza place. Manager gave me a free soda for the trouble but she said it's always going to be this way with delivery so I would order one hour ahead of this if you love Dominos read more

Well. Where do I start. We ordered our pizzas and cinnamon twist and an order of the boneless chicken pieces. When it arrived the pizzas were dry and the extra toppings we had ordered were non existent! It was terrible. I have a good review only a few months ago but something happened since then. We won't be back. Sorry to say, you would be better off buying Freschetta at the grocers! read more

This is the worst Domino's I have ever ever been to. I don't know why we keep on going back but this will be the last time. @dominos so I get 2 burnt pizzas delivered. I call the store and they offer to remake and promise new delivery in 35 mins I just called 1 hr 10 min later no pizza. They made it for pick up. Excuse is we have a new store and we're really busy SERIOUSLY ? No manager on a Friday night at a new store ? What a joke how could the staff even box and ship out 2 burnt pizzas. I have 2 starving kids who are whining about being hungry. This is the worst Dominos I have ever used read more

I've been ordering from here for years, no major issues. Lately they even will call you if there's a long wait for delivery. However, DO NOT order a "Salad". It's just some prepackaged crap from grocery outlet down the street. All the rest of the stuff is always reasonably good for well under half the cost of any other pizza place. Even the Straw Hat pizza truck wants $24 bucks for a one topping large. Good lord. read more

Worst dominos in the world how do you take 36 minutes just to prep the pizza and not put in the oven I'm literally outside watching all the workers just stand around. It's not even busy. This is the worst customer service I've ever had in my life and it is unacceptable. read more

The delivery driver left a bunch of pizzas and sodas on my porch and I looked at the receipt and it was at the wrong house. So I tried to do the right thing and call Dominos in Oakley, CA to tell them that they accidentally dropped their delivery off at the wrong house. 15 minutes later and it's still on my porch. I called Dominos back and the lady who answered the phone was completely RUDE to me! I said I just wanted to make sure the guy is coming to get it and she said "I TOLD YOU HE IS ON HIS WAY". this pizza has been at my house for 25 minutes! also, I heard they aren't even allowed to take the pizza back and deliver to the right people because it's against the rules. GROSS. I would be mad if this was my order and it sat outside at a random persons house for 30 min with flies all over the boxes. Yuck! read more

The pick up window was a neat idea. But it took a long time before someone even noticed or decided to help us out. I was about to walk in to get my order when someone finally came to the window. So I have spent so much money at this dominoes and had a terrible experience called for Pizza placed an order for about $45 then after it didn't show up after an hour and a half I called and they said oh it's on its way after another 30 minutes I called back and they said oh sorry we canceled your order then waited for them to replace the order for another hour and a half totally ridiculous ridiculous customer service read more

Placed an order at 7:55p, it showed 35-45 min for delivery. Was constantly checking the tracker, but suddenly the tracker was no longer working, so after almost an hour of waiting I called, placed on hold w out being told I was in hold, after 4 mins I hung up and called again. A female answered this time, didn't apologize about being left on hold. Explained we had been waiting over an hour for our delivery, she says it cancelled bc I had requested it be left outside my door and that the driver allegedly called to confirm this and was told that no order was placed. I advised her that I received no such call and this is a cell therefore I would have been the only one to answer if so. I confirmed the callback number is correct, and that the driver may have dialed a wrong number. She was not apologetic and said the person who cancelled the order is gone, that she didn't cancel the order. No apologies, said if I want to place a new order it'd be another 45 mins. I said no thank you and asked if I had been charged, she said no that it was voided. Empathy is something the crew members needs to learn. No pizza for dinner from this dominos. read more

Literally so horrible would not recommend, horrible customer service, and they even gave my order to the wrong person without confirmation. When I went in to complain the people in there and the manager could care less about you and your food. While waiting for my first pizza it took about an hour for us and we didn't even get the pizza. this is a horrible service and place in general I would not recommend and to top it all off they didn't even give me a refund, they honestly truly literally could care less about me and my hungry children. read more

I've never been a huge Domino's lover. Let me explain why: You know how they have Red Baron frozen pizzas and Totino's frozen pizza? Domino's is the Totino's of the pizza chain restaurant. Meaning: Glomp on that sodium and refrain from putting a lot of toppings on there. It's cheap pizza. Came in tonight at a weird hour, had my pizza done in about 15 minutes. You can tell their secret ingredient is garlic salt in their sauce and some parmesan baked in with the rest of the cheese. So if you don't like garlic that much, Domino's is definitely your thing. It's okay pizza. Nothing special. Sort of cheap. read more

the driver today on 7/12/20 was in a really bad mood today decided she wasn't going to deliver my pizza. they will not refund my money now i have to wait another 45 minutes for my pizza. i will go to the furthest extend to get her fired i will be contacting corporate. make sure your delivery job is over. if you do not like your job quit. do not be in a costumer service and food if you cant mentally handle it! go get another job! the worst service i've ever experienced! this location allows their employees to come in to work with bad enegry allow their employees to disrespect their customers with no disciplinary action to follow. they will no longer take your service because their employees can be disgustingly disrespectful. tell you they will not deliver your pizza if they are having a bad day and the general manager approves of this behavior. i will be taking this all the way to corporate. this behavior will be reported!!! who ever owns this location your employees are destroying your company. its disgusting this place allows this behavior!!!! UPDATE AGAIN! The GENERAL MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO SOLVE ANY PROBLEMS. She's disgustingly rude just like all her employees at this location. I see why her employees are hostile just like her. Acting rudely to customers is their first priority. And their employees are always right. This place displays the worst customers service I've ever experienced in any pizza establishment. I feel really bad for the owner of this Dominos they are running your business to the ground.
