Got a medium pepperoni with white sauce, and barely has any pepperoni on it? Any time I've ordered from any other mountain mikes there's tons of pepperoni... what is this? I usually go out of my way to Antioch for mountain mikes, but decided to try Oakley again this time. NEVER again. On top of that, wanted 50 cents for each tiny ranch, whereas Antioch always gives me a few for free. I'm sad to see such negative responses; but every time I have been here it has been great! I did forget to give them my number when ordering so I can earn points, and they only gave me a credit card slip... but okay, mistakes happen. I was hoping they would provide me slip to add points with QR code. The cashier was super friendly and offered me the buffet as their best value, which it is.... But I wanted a thin crust pizza so I ordered off the menu. There is no way I can do all you can eat anywhere.... It would be 2 slices and done. IF YOU HAVE A COUPON USE IT.. ASK A FRIEND OR A NEIGHBOR.. I Decided to order a Medium Snowy Alps, regular crust & the Pizza Cookie. When paying online, you have to agree to DoorDashes Policy??? WHY?? The very nice & helpful lady working the register & working her butt off in the Hot restaurant, no air conditioning. It happened to be one of the hottest days in Napa - HEAT ADVISORY - for a majority of California. I can only imagine how uncomfortable it was working there earlier that day. The restaurant looked great! Clean. The wine bottles looked nice $ dust free, very nice. Tables clean, salad bar looked nice & soda machine was clean. I waited about 15-20 min for my order. My total for the pizza & Cookie was close to $46.00! My fountain soda was $3.10... The nice lady brought my order to where I was sitting & she also gave me some paper plates, cheese & peppers, a Menü & COUPONS! I get home and open up the pizza & very underwhelming. This pizza is not piled high with anything. The crust is way too thick, gummy & has a yeasty taste. There are a few mushrooms, no sausage, some pepperoni and sprinkle of green onions & tomatoes. FLAVORLESS. To the person who made my pizza, why couldn't you make the pizza the way it supposed to be made? Very disappointing. The cookie pizza was ok. Nothing Special lacking flavor & it didn't look like a delicious yummy chocolate chip cookie. It was just flat almost like it was not cooked & thin. There are several other pizzerias in Napa, that make great pizza for around the same price if not a few dollars less. The service girls were in the back 4 of them. No one came out to see if we needed seating. I leaned in and asked do we seat ourselves. The little one came out an threw 2 menus on the table. Do you want something to drink. I said yea and my friend got a coke I asked for an ice tea. She went over to get my tea and it came back looking like a Bloody Mary . Stuff was floating in it and it was BAD. You can get salmonella from bad tea and it was horribly bad. I asked for something else and the little girl went and got a big BAD BITCH. Poor service entirely. I went in to use a coupon that I received from the company. I placed my order online for pick up. I waited for the pick up time and once I arrived I explained to the cashier that I have this coupon that I wanted to use. I got told by the cashier they don't accept the coupon that is advertised on their own website. I asked to speak to the manager and the entire time the manager was being rude and incredibly unprofessional. The manager and the entire crew were staring at me like I was stupid. Everything from the online ordering to the food itself was a disappointment. I placed an order using their websites online ordering system, which said there would be a 30-40 min wait, no problem. I received an email immediately saying the order was received. I called after roughly 20 min to check on the order as no status was sent via email or phone, and was informed my order was already done and they were keeping it warm... No email, no phone call, nothing. Get there to pick up and lights are off and the place looks closed at 1935 when they say they're open until 2100. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and loaded mountain fries. Pepperoni Pizza ($22.99): About half the amount of pepperonis that is pictures on their menu, and the toppings stop a good 2.5 inches from the crust leaving the whole outside ring just bread and sauce... Mountain Fries ($9.99): Mushy fries with a tiny bit of crusted cheese only on the top. The fries are in a small container so only a small portion of the fires get any toppings, everything underneath was soggy and plain. Both were just warm as they had been under a heat lamp for so long. Would have called to address some of these issues but the manager/owner locked the door behind us over an hour early. Overall, for over $30 this place is just sad, and I will not be surprised if it closes permanently soon if this is the quality of product they put out. I ordered a large pizza and wings for delivery at 11:55 Am. The guy who took my order said 45 min to 1 hour. It is currently 2:09 pm and my order is still not here. I called to request an update on my order and the guy rudely said, "what's your question?" Um where is my pizza obviously? He said yeah I told you 45-1 hour and well it's almost been 2 hours. He said the pizza driver just left and I said okay. This was 15 min ago and he's still not here. NEVER AGAIN. Poor customer service. This pizza should be free. I work in the customer service field and this would not be allowed. Also I had to call a few times before they actually answered the phone. UPDATE: 2:42 pm called to see if I can just pick up my order and the guy said I don't have an order and that I must've called a different location. Wow. I looked at my phone and nope it was the same number I called at 11:55am. I had to place my order AGAIN & He said he will only charge us $20.00 now for the trouble I went through. Let's see if the pizza shows. LAST UPDATE: Pizza arrived in 20 min. The pizza was delicious. It's horrible! We knew something was wrong when one of the employees walked out the establishment with a cigarette in his mouth and no mask upon us entering. They don't wear masks, and they allow anyone, even the homeless with no masks to come in and dine with us!!! While we had to be checked out with our vaccine cards??!! Came for the lunch buffet. I was going to go to round table across the street but I didn't get off work until 1:30 and round table ends their lunch buffet at 1pm. I waited for the inspector who was suppose to come at 8:30am but he got tied up at another job site and he had a lot of inspections that morning. Mountain mikes ends theirs lunch buffet at 2pm. The salad was dry and the toppings were mostly empty, perhaps because I came so late. However, they never have spinach and their salad bar lacks management. The pizza is par for the course. They had a ham and pineapple, supreme, and pepperoni with olives for options and it changed towards the end of the buffet. I was going to give them 2 stars but I've decided to give three. I'm giving it a three star because there is this guy here with his mom who has gone up at least 6 times since I've been here and the owners don't seem to mind. The keep bringing out more pizza and he's eating a lot. The mom seems to be keeping up with her son, she just went up for her 5th time. I appreciate people like that bc it forces fresh pizza to be brought out and I can go up without feeling like I'm overeating! I save my four and five star reviews for places that leaves a lasting impression, so I rate hard. read more

I've usually been a fan of Round Table across the street, until their prices got way out of control. Decided to try Mountain Mike's and now it's my go-to pizza place. Great pizza, and the staff was excellent, especially the 2 girls running the front. They were very friendly and nice and also professional...all of which is hard to find anymore in customer service. Mountain Mike's Pizza on-line ordering system SUCKS!!!!! I spent over 30 minutes joining up, selecting my order, placing my order, searching for coupons and trying to pay. The payment system only allows street address for billing. Well my billing address is a PO Box. No way would the system accept this. I finally called in my order. The nice young man said the have had this complaint before, but that don't even ask for your billing address on phone orders and suggested I don't use the on-line system. It's been awhile since we've ordered from here but tonight the Chicken Luau Pizza was not good at all. The toppings tasted bland and the chicken tasted old and dry.
