I came here for brunch yesterday and me and my friend had a great time. He told me about this…read moreplace, and I had no idea this existed in the area. This Hawaiian French restaurant is something out of LA, San Francisco, or even Honolulu/Waikiki. Such a great brunch spot! The interior decor is like a ruined old-French still quarter building with the visuals of balconies just like Paris. There are even classic vintage French poster prints on the wall with an island touch of plants hanging and the music of Polynesian reggae in the background. The menu is great with lots of items to choose from as well as a wine list. We started with a mimosa carafe with 5 different juice flavors to choose from like mango, strawberry, passionfruit, orange, etc. I ordered their Loco Moco which was good but nothing out of the ordinary. I did love the way they cooked my burger patty (medium), so it had some nice char texture. My friend ordered the garlic shrimp with coconut fried rice. This tasted delicious and very authentic. It was better than some dishes I actually had in Hawaii. The French toast was regular and tasted nothing different than other's I've tried. It was toasted more than the usual to give it some crispy texture in which I loved. Overall, this bistro is phenomenal, and I will definitely take my family here for brunch next time. Their service is quick and very attentive which is important. Even though the place got packed up, the two employees frequently checked on people. I want to try more, and I'll be back soon.

The bar room was offered and based on our experience of a live band or good music we chose of our area. Unfortunately, the service ( if there was any) was non existent . We sat there for more than 10 minutes. No one asked us a question. Came to check on us or anything. They watched us. Do you have a food return to the dining room with menus and hand and no one attempted to see what was going on There were only two other couples sitting in the room. It was almost empty. We wound up moving back to the dining area because we plan to have tea and coffee. Once we or seated in the main dining area, the service was stellar. They checked on its regularly. We got water immediately. They took our order within 3 to 5 minutes that continue to check on us throughout the meal refilled our beverages. It is regularly crowded there the beautiful world that room is covered by direct sunlight from the windows that show you the waterfront there's plenty of seating, the music is loud enough to enjoy but low enough to have conversation and enjoy your meal simply perfect I got my favorite the crab sand, which is at market price and delicious. My husband had a jumbo shrimp scrambled that comes with bacon and avocado, and it was delicious. I adore this restaurant and I really enjoy the fact that they've started covering the outdoor patio area so you don't have direct Son. It's a perfect place to enjoy a good Saturday or Sunday brunch with friends and family. It's always have fun. How am full of live with people enjoying their meal Except to spam $50-$75 a person depending on what you choose to eat from the menu and what type of beverage you have and that only includes one beverage Your average brunch scramble or omelette runs about 30 bucks. Anything seafood will be 40 bucks plus coffee and $3.75 and refillable which I love and I can't really show you the cost of a cocktail. It's been a minute.

As for the food, it was overall just okay. For the price point, we expected a lot more flavor and quality. Most dishes were pretty bland and didn't really live up to the hype social media gives it. The highlights for us were the crab sandwich and clam chowder -- my dad especially enjoyed those and said they were really good. The patty melt was also solid, with nicely smoked beef, and the albacore tuna sandwich tasted fresh and decent. Bruschetta was ok also. We felt like it had too much sauce. The Chicken Marsala unfortunately tasted very plain, almost like hospital food, with little flavor. The seafood ravioli looked much prettier online than it did in person, and while it wasn't bad, it wasn't memorable either. The pesto fries mostly tasted like garlic fries since we couldn't really taste the pesto, and the garlic fries themselves were just okay -- honestly, Super Duper's garlic fries are way better in our opinion. Overall, nothing was terrible, but nothing really stood out enough to justify spending around $300. It just didn't match the expectations social media created for us.

As I walked in, it look renovated and up to date with the decor. I got seated promptly by Tammy. Tammy was managing my table and a few others. The vibes of the place was my type, a mom and pops diner. Tammy suggested a pork ribeye but I proceeded with the half plate of steak ham! Oh brother was that a plate, I also ordered a pancake which was amazing. This place overall is a nice local diner, come in and support a small business. The service was not short and the food was great. I definitely recommend this place and also got to chat with Tammy a great person.

It didn't look like the food would be really good but this is taking me back to the old style original local neighborhood good eats, great service, and nice clean bathrooms!! We ate here because my partner's band had a gig on a Sunday night to play from 5-8. I was impressed when I saw that the band was eating pork chops (full dinner with garlic toast, veggies, baked potatoes with the works (we are talking bacon, cheese, sour cream, and good old butter). Veggies weren't over cooked either! I ordered liver and onions because I was very much caught up in eating food from my misspent youth. It was very good. Not overcooked and that is amazing. And the gravy was really good too. I had the baked potatoes with the works and promptly forgot my resolutions eat less carbs. (In my defense, I was left unsupervised.) You really need to try this place out!

My first two experiences were mediocre at best, the food was lack luster, uninspired, not fresh seeming. HOWEVER, they have a new chef now and it is NIGHT and DAY. If you came before and weren't wowed, give these guys another shot. The food was unbelievable, best I've had in Brentwood or the surrounding towns, hands down. The fried chicken was moist and seasoned to perfection, the mac and cheese with house smoked pulled pork, the bread pudding. Every thing they are putting out is fire. Full stop. Not to mention the beautiful grounds as the weather gets better!

The…read morerestaurant itself is beautiful, the views are great, and if the weather cooperates I'd definitely recommend sitting outside. We tried a few different items and honestly everything was really solid. The Caesar salad was a huge portion with plenty of chicken and shaved parmesan, plus a couple slices of toasted sourdough that were a nice touch. The deviled eggs were super tasty and a great starter for the table. The burger was probably my favorite thing we ordered. The bacon jam, arugula, gruyere, pickled red onions, and roasted garlic aioli all worked so well together. Really good flavor combination and cooked perfectly. The mushroom pizza was also excellent and would be a great option for vegetarians. The crust was crisp on the outside but still fluffy inside, and the toppings tasted really fresh and high quality. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars was the timing of the food. Everyone at our table got their meals except for one burger that came out about 7-10 minutes later. It's always awkward because nobody wants to let their food get cold, but you also don't want one person just sitting there while everyone else eats. They were also out of the potato casserole, but honestly that alone wouldn't have affected the rating. The bigger issue was just making sure the table's food comes out together. Overall though, really enjoyed it and would definitely come back.
