This has been our go to pizza spot for many years now when we're in town. The pizza is good. The young staff, especially the busers, are ALWAYS working hard and always keeping busy clearing tables or removing trash. I've always been impressed by that. I wish they would add to the menu. Would love to have an antipasto salad and additional appetizer options aside from the basic. Fried pepperonis, buffalo cauliflower, something to elevate Skip's. The ambiance has a chill pizza parlor vibe. The corn hole boards and playground make it a great family atmosphere. Would love to see additional menu items on our next visit. read more

Delicious pizza and cold beers! Skipolini's was a pleasant surprise and great way to wind down my day. We came here for a celebration and were not disappointed. They have a kids structure out back with plenty of seating which is perfect since it's warming up. The staff was friendly and everything came out pretty fast. Skipolini's is a great pizza joint if you're in the area and craving a good slice of pizza. read more

Great food and a nice location!!! Got the combo and meat lovers and a order of hot wings . Service wasn't all that great not very welcoming and we had to constantly ask for things. The cashier was not very helpful either made it seem like we weren't wanted there. read more

Normally I eat there. I really enjoy sitting outside during the summer. But today I had it delivered via DoorDash. My only complaint is how expensive the pizza is - so I eat there or deliver in this case as a treat only. Even though my pizza was delivered it was still extremely hot & just as tasty as eating there. Treat the family and enjoy the best pizza in Antioch. read more

Haven't been to a Skipolinis in a while, but in a pinch while house hunting, I knew this was the move to make! Their pizza is always top notch and their fast and friendly customer service makes me a life long customer. Thanks Skips! read more

Took our family of 5 to this beautiful place and had the best time together. Food was a 10/10 we orders two pizzas cheese for the kids and combo for the teen and adults. Pizza came out fresh and hot (Big brownie points for me). The kiddos loved the cheese and we loved the combo it couldn't get any better than this place. Being able to pull slices and the cheese pull is legit made it that much more fun to experience with the kiddos. Ambiance 10/10 very inviting, very family friendly. We sat outside near the play structure and were able to let the kids play and run while waiting on the food. It was such a nice way to enjoy the evening and allow us some grown up time and allow the kids to burn some energy and come back to the table ready to eat. From the inside to the outside everything was clean. Service 10/10 I am very big on customer service and the cashier that took our order and served us was great. I'm sooo upset I didn't get his name but on my receipt it says Cashier C, he wore glasses and has curly hair! So prayerfully if the owner see's this please give him a raise he was such a sweet heart and so accommodating. Our family will definitely be back to visit. Thank you to all the workers from the chef to the cashier we truly enjoyed our time. You don't get to walk away from a lot of places any more feeling as good as we all did this evening. read more

This site hosted an event for my son and friend who received thier black belts earlier that day. I went in early and reserved outside tables for 40+ people. They were very accommodating and charged a small fee for the reservation. I also proceeded to order pizzas in advance which they had ready for us as our guests arrived. The outdoor area is fenced in with a play area. Safe for parents with small kids. It was an amazing day ending with great food, and great service. The staff even brought out cold glasses for the beers. An amazing celebration for an amazing day. Thank you Skipolini staff! read more

Not prompt with service. Order was 30 minutes late after promised time. Staff was indifferent to customer.

The manager is a bit of a jerk. I mentioned that there's a sign on their front door that says enter in the back gate. He pointed out that the sign was for a private party and that people going to the private party would know it's for them. Duh... it just is not clear for the general public. My suggestion of perhaps stating on the sign that the directions were for a private party were met with a dumb stare. There are plenty of other restaurants that we can drop a couple of hundred dollars for dinner! Places where our observations aren't met with the cold stare of I don't care. read more

I have seen this place and finally decided to give it a try. We ordered a large pineapple pizza , medium pizza, and chicken wings. We were going to pick it up. There was a small parking lot. I wish someone would have told me the pizza is huge and they one slice is pretty big. We ordered way too much for 4 adults and a child. The pizza is pretty good but way too expensive. The service was okay. Overall good but overpriced pizza. read more

The old style Pizzaria that is almost extinct. Everything is a throwback to the old Antioch. Every town use to have a place like this. Also the pizzas are 100%,the salads are 100% and the wings are 100%. read more

My family and I have been coming to Skip's in Antioch for decades. We love the family atmosphere. We love sitting out back and having our kids play. Lots of memories have been made there, but unfortunately, the last few times we've been we feel like it's gone downhill. Like everything nowadays it's pricey. $28.50 for a large cheese pizza. $40.75 for a large all meat! By the time you order salads, drinks, and maybe a pitcher of beer you're looking at paying $150-200+. For the price you pay the place is disgusting. I've worked as a server in restaurants before and the bathrooms are always a direct reflection of how the kitchen is kept. The pizza is so good but the last few times we've gone there I lose my appetite every time I step inside the restroom. With the money that they are bringing in off of pizza and beer alone they should be able to afford to professionally clean this place. I have seen cleaner bathrooms in gas stations along I-5. And we were there on a slow week night and the bathrooms were gross. Imagine the weekends. read more

They got screaming pizza here, no joke . On 9/25/21, we came to the Skipolini in Antioch. On this day, there looked to be a ton of cars in the parking lot. I had no trouble finding a good spot to park. We entered the restaurant and the vibe was busy although I didn't see a whole lot of people dining inside. Turns out most people eat in the patio area which is extremely spacious. I thought this would make a nice place for a kid's birthday party. There's even an area where you can play cornhole. We ordered a large combination pizza and the good people at Skipolini let me use my $5.00 off yelp coupon just for checking in. Pizza came to about $30. There are TVs inside the restaurant and on this evening there happened to be a Giants game on TV with playoff implications, so I asked for them to slightly turn up the volume and they happily agreed . I was intrigued by the restaurant's decor and paintings hanging on the wall. Pizza took about 20 minutes to be served and it was a decent sized large pizza. Ingredients all tasted fresh, Pizza sauce had a zesty flavor and the pizza was on the thin size. As we were leaving the restaurant it had gotten late in the evening and I realized how dark the neighborhood is. Skipolini has their patio and exterior of the restaurant decorated in lights so you can see it even from Highway 4 that runs alongside it. Come check out and give Skipolini pizza a try. read more

I ordered delivery, did not ring doorbell, left on my porch. I ordered extra cheese, barely any cheese. I called, spoke to manager, "MANUAL". He said is blocking my number and I can never order from Skipilinis again.. because I complained about the pizza he said he made himself. Wow, I said. First time complained and now I'm no longer allowed to order from there. Blocking my number. Price so high, $60 for a large delivered. Not like it use to be, very light on toppings, even the Prego which use to be loaded, and I even had 5 toppings removed. I won't be going there again, well I'm black listed now by the manager for complaining!!!! read more

Best pizza ever! Amazing staffs and such good environment. Clean and quick service my favorite pizza spot!

Seriously the best pizza I've had in a while. Have y'all seen Ninja Turtles 2, the secret of the ooz and remember the beginning scene when everyone is eating pizza? Like that, but better cuz it's thicker, the crust is fluffy and moist (and I don't eat my pizza crusts 99% of the time) read more

It's been over 2yrs since I had a good pizza. SO GLAD I MADE THE DECISION TO RETURN HERE! Customer Service is Top Notch! The greeting at the door until the exit of the building OUTSTANDING. It wasn't too busy, they have a large facility with outdoor seating. A bit Chilly inside for me, maybe I'll layer up when dining inside. The PIZZA is SO GOOD! I can say without a doubt its EXPENSIVE! Medium 1/2n 1/2 pizza, 1 house salad and a soda was just over $50. Was it worth it.... HELL YEAH IT WAS The pizza dough is so delicious, just enough sauce for a perfectly cooked pizza. The quality ingredients used are a winning combination. THANK GOODNESS FOR GREAT PIZZA! read more

Two of us went in shortly after the restaurant opened, before 11:30 am. We both ordered egg plant parm. We were told it would take 20 minutes, no problem we said. When it came, it wasn't even warm!! We told the waitress who brought it back to the kitchen. She said they put them both in the oven. When they brought the food back to us, it still wasn't hot...in fact it wasn't any different then when we got it the first time. Imagine what it's like when the place is busy, if this is how it is with very few customers. Never again!! read more

Terrible service we sat outside waited 45 minutes to get our pizza, and had to go in to get our own plates.

To me this is what's good pizza should taste like it may cost a little more than your average cheap pizza place that are all over now. I did not eat at skipolinis I was just a walk in. Heard about this place due to the Prego pizza over the years. I was finally around one and had two hungry kids with me. Ordered two small pizzas and sodas. I don't know why the reviews are so bad, the pizza is really good. I was surprised. I got the chicken specialty o-something with garlic, bell peppers, onions and asked for no feta cheese. The kids had a cheese and pineapple. The students working the counter were helpful. My cashier was new and the young girl next to her was helping her. The young gentleman server brought the pizza to our table and refilled our drinks without being asked. There's plenty of parking and the food came out fast. The back has a nice small kids playground and corn hole. Just nice to not have to worry about your kids running around at the same time as eating too. Go check it out for yourself. read more

GRUB HUB delivery ******************************** Skipolini's one of the Best in the Eastbay ******************************** FUN or MYTH the prego pizza is fkn GOOD, GOOD. It's said that the legendary prego pizza will induce early labor for the mom to be who is ready to receive her bundle of joy. I have ordered this pizza several times for mommies who were in their last trimester. Believe it or NOT a long came their special delivery shortly after digesting this GOODNESS. I was craving this pizza (no baby on the way) the best part for me is the fresh veggies they are perfect, nice and crunch not soggy or oven roasted. It has every topping you can think of salami, pepperoni, sausage, ham, ground beef, mushrooms, parmesan cheese, oregano, linguica, black olives, bell peppers, onions and garlic. Just imagine these flavors in your mouth it really is hmm, hmmm GOOD! You have to use a fork and knife well you can use your hands but the toppings out weighs the crust. I like mine with extra cheese and added pepper flakes. Skipolini's has a good reputation I have never had issues here with any food items. I'm sort of picky sometimes but I have never been disappointed with their pizza. Check them out you will enjoy it , I promise you will. read more

Skip's where do you go ???? Quality has been going down hill over the last year. Decided to give it one last try hoping that is was just an off day the last couple times. Definitely not the Skip's it once was, tried Oakley when they first opened and will never go back. We have always traveled to Antioch because it was so much better. very disappointed! been eating here for 20 years and it used to be the best around... best pizza best sangria. has gone done hill. at first we thought it was just an off night, but we have been there 3 times since then and it has been consistently horrible! I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and ask the manager if they had changed anything. I was told no and they get 1000 complaints a day! I order a family salad which we always do and it was very disappointing. In the past it was enough salad for 4 people, but not anymore barely enough for two people.
