During our last visit there was some confusion with pricing, and one of the bagels came out more toasted than expected. The breakfast sandwich also could've been warmer, but mistakes happen and the staff was very busy. That said, the place still has a loyal crowd and I know a lot of people love it here. We've tried this location multiple times and consistently had the same issues. The bagels are bad quality, the doughnuts taste awful and stale, the coffee is not good, the ingredients are very cheap, and the service has never been good. It seems like the egg they use for bagel sandwiches is kind of like shelf-stable "egg product", the sausage is kind of cardboard-esque, the bagels themselves lack flavor or whatever ingredients it claims to have, and even with a $3 upcharge the cream cheese portion is extremely small. Service has also been an issue. E.g. once I was snapped at that "we're closed!" despite the door being open, lights on, and customers inside. Standing briefly in line didn't warrant that level of response. All in all this location is not really worth it. My guess is the business doesn't care very much about quality because they're across the street from a school and get plenty of customers just from kids who want somewhere to hang out after school. read more

Just picked up two breakfast sandwiches, I ordered online. I was tracking my order on their website and it said it was ready to be picked up yet. When I went inside they told me it's still being worked on. I don't even think they started it cause I still another 10 minutes. Then I drive home, which is about three minutes away, got out of my truck and the bagels fall through the bottom of the bag and explode all over my driveway ruining both of them. This time too , we got the Santa Fe breakfast sandwich with double toasted bagels that had sun dried tomatoes.
