2 stars Tried MUZ…read moreKnuckles BBQ and honestly... I wanted to love it more than I did. The pulled pork sandwich was A LOT of bread and not nearly enough everything else. The meat itself was pretty decent, and the BBQ sauce was actually pretty damn good, but the sandwich felt like I was eating a bun with a pulled pork cameo. Definitely needed more meat and sauce to balance things out. Now the jalapeño cheesy mac & cheese? THAT was the star of the show. Creamy, cheesy, with a nice little kick from the jalapeño. I'd go back for that alone. Giving them 2 stars for effort because there's definitely potential here. The mac was fire, the meat was decent, and the sauce was solid... the sandwich just needs to stop being 80% bread and 20% BBQ.
