Wanted to try this Wingstop over our usual based on the reviews. Ordered via the app. Walked in and the place was nice and clean. There are two inside and three outside tables. Employees are friendly and attentive. I saw my order was next up and being made. Got my sealed order and it was nice and hot when I got home. Chicken was crispy and the fries were hot. Bonus was the order was correct unlike other Wingstops. All in all, we'll make this our go-to spot in the future. read more

Instantaneous service! I placed my order for pick up and it was readily made and on time. I came to this location as it was the closest to work and it was perfect because there were no lines, it was practically empty, and the environment was very clean and peaceful. Coming here at lunchtime, in particular 12 noon exact, had no issues. The parking lot is overly packed, but that shouldn't need to anybody who is hoping to eat in or do take out. My order was perfectly cooked. I hadn't ordered no eaten out of Wingstop before so this was my first time and I was very pleased with the service and quality of food that I purchased. The value was there, the quality is there. I say the only thing I wished was different is that the food in my opinion is overhyped. It's above average quality fast food but given how many people I know praise it like it's one of the best things ever, I wasn't let down by my meal, but I felt like OK it's good. I see myself coming back in the near future, and hope others are able to experience the same quality of service, food, experience that I had. 4/5. read more

This was the cleanest, quietest, and most professional location I've ever been to. I had actually stopped patronizing Wingstop. I can't remember her name, but the hostess was amazing. The chicken was flavorful (mojo something). It was so good, I went to another Wingstop a week later and got the same thing. It was terrible at the 2nd location. In a span of 1.5 weeks, I've had my fill of Wingstop for the entirety of 2026. When I do decide to get it again, I'm going back to the one on Newell. read more

Literally the BEST Wingstop I've ever had. I ordered delivery tonight (8/9/25, Friday night) through Uber Eats. My order was CORRECT (first shock!), wings were perfectly cooked & seasoned(second shock!) with super juicy, thick drumsticks (team all drums!) It was a welcome change from the usual wrinkly & dry pieces, and my sides of sauces were filled to the brim (not half full like most places). Last week I had ordered from another location (Doordash gives you no options- one location only...cough cough McArthur) and it was horrible as always with any Wingstop and I told myself never ever again Wingstop! But then came WC Wingstop.... Looking at the reviews from this new location, I decided to give my stomach and wallet one last try and I'm SO GLAD I did. Thank you so much, you have gained a forever customer so long as current management & staff are there!!!! I trust you which I think is the last thing anyone ever thinks of when ordering from Wingstop. Please keep it up, we are with you!!!! :) read more

I had ordered via through the website on Yelp App. It was a recently opened Wing stop and it was My 1st time going to this particular one. It was ready a little earlier as stated but the counter gal was super friendly. I had ordered 20 boneless wings and the seasoned fries combo. Everything was perfect and I will definitely order again when I'm in a Time crunch or.craving Wings read more

I keep coming back to the Wingstop at 1538 Newell Ave, Walnut Creek, and it's more than just the wings that make me a regular. The food is always cooked just right--crispy, flavorful, and filling--but the real reason I return is the people and the environment. Supervisor Cassie Rose is outstanding at customer service. She greets every guest with a smile, treats everyone with respect, and sets such a positive tone that the whole team reflects it. I honestly thought she was the store manager. Wingstop should put her on a fast track to leadership, because her people skills are exactly what keep customers like me coming back. And here's something that matters a lot: this location is clean--from the dining area to the bathroom. It shows pride in the store and attention to detail, which makes the whole experience even better. If you're looking for wings that hit the spot, friendly service that makes you feel welcome, and a clean, well-kept environment, this Wingstop is the one you'll want to return to again and again. read more

I ordered two meals, which each come with fries, and I also ordered an extra side of fries. I should've received three orders of fries total, but I only got two. read more

Cassie and crew are amazing! We frequent wing stops across the Bay Area, and this location is consistently the top of our list. Clean, great service, and nice crispy wings cooked to our liking. Thanks Wing Stop Newell! read more

The service obviously caters to takeout orders, I say that because the employee's responsiveness when taking an order in person was abysmal. After several minutes of waiting, I finally flagged down an employee who was clearly uncomfortable using the computer. I'm not expecting much from a "quick service" restaurant, but I was hoping for more than this. read more

Solid wings. Although I make wings at home using our air fryer, it just doesn't compare to the crispiness and flavor of the wings here. Although the service can be slow, it's worth the wait. The staff were also super kind and I felt very welcome. I'm constantly thinking about when I can go next. read more

The spicey chicken sandwich was good. Stay away from this location. I went in to pick up my order inside the associated parking lot and came out and had a 36 dollar ticket on my window for 5 minutes parking in the associated lot. read more

Amazing service from the cashier!!!! Good food! Good ambiance! I %100 really recommend

I had a wonderful interaction with Kath D. She was extremely friendly and inviting, making you feel appreciated. She made my visit worthwhile and provided the best customer service I've ever experienced at Wingstop. There was a Middle Eastern guy working there who had a bit of an attitude and wasn't very friendly. She made my experience worth returning for and offered the best customer service I've ever had at Wingstop. read more

Just got the 20pc Boneless and let me tell you that it tasted like someone spilled a whole jar of salt in them. This has to stop. Will we ever go back to Wingstop again probably never. Please learn how to cook wings without putting a whole jar of salt in them! Ridiculous! Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves! read more

Is this right? Put in an order at 7 on a Sunday and got a 21 minute estimated time finish. Took my time and got to the restaurant at 7:30. There are 2 workers and like 10 customers, this can't be right. It's 7:51 and I just got my food. Needs like 2x staff read more

I would like to give a big shout out to Cassie at this Wingstop location. I originally came in on October 25th, 2025 and my order was not correct. II'm writing regarding my experience I had on January 27, 2025, when I picked up my online order at Walnutcreek,Ca .While picking up my order, I was asked by the staff to show the credit card I used for the purchase. When I inquired about the reason, I was told it was due to concerns about scams. However, I noticed that other customers and my other co workers , some of whom I know had also placed online orders, were not asked to present their cards. This difference in treatment left me feeling uncomfortable, especially since I was the only customer of African American descent, and the others were not. Make it fair and across the board when asking for Id for online orders. Not picking and choosing who you want to ask . read more

Wish I knew the names of the two employees working tonight because damn they went off. Everything was perfect, hella crispy, and well seasoned. Also gotta say that this location has been really consistent in quality and they keep it clean and the staff are actually always very friendly compared to other locations I've been to. read more

Cassandra (CASSSIEEE) went above and beyond for my friend and I. We came to this wingstop after a concert in NAPA, and are so glad that we chose this location. We feel so lucky to have come across her. When we walked in the store, she greeted us and made us feel so welcomed. She even went out of her way to wipe our table clean when we were about to eat. I'm from San Jose, and this was probably one of these cleanest and nicest wingstop i've ever stepped foot in. Cassie made sure our food was extra seasoned, crispy, and delicious:) she made it with love. Cassie if you see, thank you for making our night, we love you!! read more

I had placed an order at an off time of day. I came 10 minutes early and the employee told me she start making order until it was my time on the receipt. She didn't speak very good English and I asked her if she could make it earlier since I was here and she told me no. Instead she proceeded to sit on her iPad in the back instead of making my order.
