Came to Bagel Bagel to see if the hype was real, and the bagels definitely lived up to it!…read more The Food: Everything Bagel w/ Hot Honey Walnut Cream Cheese: The bagel itself was incredible--light and fluffy on the inside with that perfect crusty exterior. I'll admit, mixing everything seasoning with hot honey was a choice on my part! The bagel was absolutely smothered in the honey. It leans much more sweet than spicy, so if you're a sweet-tooth person, you'll love it. Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on Plain: Absolute perfection. Simple, classic, and executed flawlessly. The Drink: I'm a bit of a coffee snob, and the Cold Brew with Cold Foam wasn't really my favorite. My advice? Come here for the bagels (which are top-tier) and maybe grab your caffeine elsewhere if you're picky about your brew.

I am so glad Bagel Bagel opened. This location is convenient for me as it's right down the road…read more There is plenty of parking available in the side lot. When you enter, there are multiple two and four top tables available as well as a bar seating looking out the window to the left. There wasn't a wait when I entered. The staff was friendly and assisted in entering my order as well as preparing it. Within 8 minutes or less I had my fresh, piping hot, steak, egg, & cheese. Recently, I tried another local bagel shop and Bagel Bagel won in the flavor department. I will definitely be back!

I keep meaning to branch out to different items like their sweet biscuits or potato wedges but love…read moretheir classics so much I just keep getting my faves. This is the type of place where you have to make sure you have time because they have a small staff and make everything with lots of care -- but the wait is worth it. The employees will bring your order right to your car when it's ready (if you don't want to wait at the window.) The Buck is one of my favorites. It has strawberry jelly and peppery cheese and is scrumptious. Often I like to eat it right away in the car, but it's wrapped in a foil later and does keep well if I go home. A very unique spot unlike anything in Syracuse and I'd recommend stopping by to try at least once -- even if you're not vegan or vegetarian!

Wow! What an awesome place!…read more I've been wanting to try this for breakfast for a while now after hearing such great things and I'm so glad I did! I really like that everything is vegan as someone who used to be vegan I think it's great to have some options around Syracuse. My coffee was AMAZING! Some of the best coffee i've had in a long time and I can't wait to try some other coffees on their menu. I really want to try their strawberry milk cold brew but they were out today. I tried the rambler and it is huge, filling, smells so good, and tastes even better! I'm not a huge fan of the fake bacon but again, it's great to have a spot with vegan options. Everyone who works here is amazing as well! You order at the window and they come out and deliver it to your car. Today was a cold snowy day, with snow banks taking over the sidewalks and they are all still out here delivering down the street right up until close. I told the man who brought the food to my car how amazing he is and he said I was amazing for coming out - such a great attitude as well! I will definitely be coming back!

I didn't realize they had a different menu for lunch and dinner so I was pleasantly surprised to see some new options than what I am used to. I had an espresso martini with peanut butter cold foam and I wish I could taste the pb but still delicious. My friend and I both ordered chicken and the pieces were huge and so delicious!! We had a reservation for a Friday night and i'm glad we did because the place was packed, which it normally is! We were even 15 mins late and they were super nice about it and had no problem keeping our table for us. All the staff are very friendly and can give an answer to any question on the menu very quickly. I really do like everything about the preserve and will keep coming back! It's also nice they have a parking lot and don't have to street park.

So this isn't going to be a review so much about the food, but our experience. As you read you are…read moreprobably going to be like "yeah so why 4 stars??" Well here goes... I booked a reservation for 5:15pm as we had an appt at the theatre but we were running a little late due to weather and arrived around 5:35. I did call ahead to let the restaurant know and they were fine. We arrived and were promptly seated. The restaurant was quite busy. Our server greeted us and was lovely. We put our drink order in and then apps and food a bit later. We expressly told the server that our show was at 7:30 and her response was "good to know!". Then things went sideways. The drinks were very late to the table but the server apologized. They were rather tasty though and she convinced me to try a new Roku gin which I did! Good choice! The mozzarella app came promptly, it was tasty though pretty common. Then...we waited...and waited..and waited. 20min- 30min- 1 hour. We had been told that their new menu premiered today, and the server was also running around like a chicken with her head cut off. We later were told that they had cut a server earlier because they had not anticipated being as busy. Ooooops!! No bueno! The other issue was that our server, had tables all over the restaurant. Not in a specific area but like all over. Being that our show was at 7:30, at around 6:50 after speaking with the manager the food arrived. Here is the good part- The manager was AMAZING. She knew that the restaurant was in the wrong, she knew they were unprepared and she took action. She along with our server got the food to us with copious apologies and she made it right. I will leave that there- SHE MADE IT RIGHT. My brother was in the restaurant business for many years and explained where the failures happened - a new menu and lack of staff and why the mixture was not a good combination when unprepared. I asked if the owner happened to be in the restaurant at the same time and I was told yes, but that they were in a meeting discussing sauces. Lord have mercy! That bothered me, considering that there were problems in the dining room and the owner was nowhere to be found, but at the end of the day, the manager and our server really rose to the occasion, took care of the issue, apologized profusely, and we left feeling as though we were taken care of even though we had to shove our food down our faces in order to get to the theatre. Will we go back? Yes, of course - we will give them another chance but more over the owner needs to recognize that there was a problem that likely there will continue to be a problem unless they learn from the mistakes with his or her management team so that these things do not continue to happen. One thing our server did say to us is "we really enjoy and appreciate the feedback that we get so that we can pass that along in the hopes that management and ownership will listen to us, and these things won't happen again; she was embarrassed. We told her not to be. We tipped her highly because we felt that this was not her fault at all; that this was the fault of ownership and management not properly juggling all of the balls in the air to make a smooth evening for everyone. As we left we noticed that the restaurant was even more jam packed than when we arrived- I do hope that things got a bit smoother!
