Tandoori Caesar Wrap & Side Makhani N Cheese
Maddy M.

Hands down best spot to grab a bite at Destiny USA. The menu is full of fun Indian/American fusion items. We chose the butter chicken flatbread, the karma burger, and the tandoori Caesar wrap with makhani n cheese. Everything was delicious! Excited to go back and try more of their options.

Electrik Karma is an amazing place and the food is AMAZiNG!! I tried the Vidaloo Lamb steak sandwich and it was so good I didn't event get a picture. The service was quick and the waitstaff was very attentive... I decided to come out during trivia night- which meant it was busy- but still the ambiance was very chill and welcoming!! I will be back and I would suggest you not sleep on Electrik Karma!!!

Lamb Vindaloo Philly Cheese Steak with Basmati Rice

First things first this is my third time here but the first two times we came they weren't on Yelp yet and those first two experiences were 5 stars. This time they were busy which we were happy for because it means other people are finding and enjoying them. I ordered the lamb Philly and I ordered white rice and I actually ripped up some lamb and karma sauce and spread it into my plain rice, highly recommend. The only issue was her karma Burger which she requested no jalapeños on came loaded with them but they replaced it and the replacement was great. Highly recommend this Indian fusion place for anyone looking for something different at destiny

Second visit, really nice concept. Lots of choices on tap, can/bottle and mixed drinks. Menu is fusion Indian and American bar fare. I got in before happy hour so it wasn't very busy and bartender took care of me right away. Pretty good bar ambiance considering it's in the middle of a mall.

This place is a hidden gem. The whole vibe is great and very inclusive. The food was American with an Indian flair. We went for their family feud style trivia and it was so fun. David was our waiter and he was so friendly and fun. We got the happy hour apps to try. The samosas were flavorful but if you can't handle spice they aren't for you. The margarita style flatbread was amazing. The cauliflower were good but not my favorite and the fried pickles were yummy. I loved how all the sauces were different than what you would expect. The real star was the desert. It was like a toffee cake with ice cream on the top. There is a huge drink selection and not just beer but seltzers and cocktails. Definitely give this place a try and Wednesday's are the family feud night.

out of the 5 places left to eat in Destiny U.S.A. Electrik Karma is definitely on top! from the service to the quality of food, they bring life back to a lifeless mall. The service is spectacular, and the food is full of flavor with no guilt afterwards! Dave is always so welcoming and makes his bar a community. It's nice to support a small business in these hard times. come and savior the fusion at Electrik Karma!

I enjoyed the ambiance with the vibe lighting. Cute wall with neon lights perfect for pictures. There is a variety of seating from the bar, to high top tables, and low top tables. I thought the menu was small, but I guess that means they can execute well on the food. I loved the idea of the Indian fusion menu. I started out with a spicy tamarind margarita. The spice grew as I continued to drink and it was really sour from the tamarind but I enjoy that. There are tons of draft options and some cans too. I thought the wings were some of the best I had sauce wise. Such a unique flavor and the spices left my lips tingling in a good way. I was less impressed with the lamb cheesesteak. Just not my favorite thing. The sweet potato fries were nice and crispy. I thought the service was good. I sat at the bar so I didn't expect much. The bartender made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us frequently.

Butter chicken flatbread was 10 stars Lamb cheese steak was amazing

We were greeted warmly by the bartender who was taken care of a few patrons at the bar. We grabbed menus and sat down at a separate area where the dart boards are. Sign said to go up to the bar to order. The bartender "Megan" was very friendly and made us feel at home. I ordered the smothered steak sandwich with curly fries. They had an up charge for fries over potato chips but I was in the mood for fries and it was reasonable $1.99. The sandwich was huge and I especially liked that the bun was toasted and crisp. The meat was not over cooked and the cheese was melted with the peppers and onions underneath. The fries looked pale but they were cooked and lightly salted. The cook brought the food out to us which was a nice touch. They checked on our table several times to make sure we were ok. My lunch mates had hamburgers which they really liked. Altogether a pleasant experience. This is not a fancy place but they have good reasonable food (my lunch was 15.15 total with tax and up charge for using a credit card).

I was unable to have a conversation with my boyfriend. An incredibly intoxicated man came up to me SCREAMING in my ear, while I was turned away with my finger in my ear to attempt to send a signal of disinterest and discomfort, his even more intoxicated friend then joined and encroached on my seat. When I jumped up, my skirt was stuck under him, because he was so close to me to a point that he was partially sitting on my stool. The bartender witnessed this interaction and continued pouring them drinks. While waiting for our take out order, I was so happy to have a drink in my hand. I have never "downed" a double gin and tonic faster in my life. There was no quiet corner to escape to, and my boyfriend was seething in anger and disgust the entire 20-25 minutes we waited there, as well as the 20 minute drive home. I was sorry that he didn't have a drink to take the edge off during our experience there, but he was not willing to give them a single dollar. At no point in my life would I have wanted to experience this place, and at no point will I be returning. Chicken wings were delicious.

Many restaurants in town had long waits, so I was pleasantly surprised when we were able to walk right in... until I realized the place was nearly empty. There were two men playing pool and a couple of people sitting at the bar, and everyone seemed surprised to see us walk through the door. Our server was friendly and told us to sit anywhere. When I asked why it was so quiet, she explained it was the slow season. We looked over the menus and tried ordering chips and guacamole--only to learn they were out of guacamole. Next, we tried mozzarella sticks--also unavailable. As we looked for a third option, my son asked if their chicken wings used a dry rub. The server said she'd check with the cook... and went over to ask one of the guys playing pool. She returned to tell us he was not only the cook but also "a very good pool player." We then noticed no one in the restaurant had food in front of them, the air had a dingy smell, and the whole atmosphere felt off. At that point, we decided not to stay. Back in the car, I checked Yelp again and realized most of the glowing reviews were from five years ago. This might have been a great spot in the past, but based on our experience, it seems it's no longer the vibrant local hangout it once was. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

A short wait for menus and to scour drink menu. I went with pomegranate cosmo, unfortunately it lacked presentation due to shortage of appropriate glassware. Server was apologetic, taste was pleasant but strong and lacking garnish. My friend just ordered a light draft and we ordered Reuben egg rolls to share. Best Reuben egg rolls I have had in the Cuse! Tons of tender corned beef, and just a hint of sauerkraut and Swiss served with thousands island dressing! I ordered an extra for take out for my Irish man at home and short rib tacos. Those did not keep well for take out, more meat and toppings would improve the continuity compared to tortillas. Service excellent, frequently checked upon for refills and food order. Prompt delivery and friendly service! Great place for meetups with a pub sports bar atmosphere. I'm not sure I noticed remanence of the prior press room. Many televisions great for sport events. Menu is simple and pub oriented.

They chose the spot, and I'm glad they did! It was Thursday night, opening night of March Madness- and they also had a euchre tournament going on too...at least I think it was euchre? Parking was tough because it was so busy. We were able to get a table for dinner, and Bailey Z was our server. She was great! Friendly, helpful and professional. Never needed to ask for anything because she had it covered. I had a big lunch, and my nephew and brother also had a late lunch so I tried to go "light". Haha Started with a Bloody Mary with no garnishes, asked for some spice and it delivered! They were running a specials menu, so I started with the Reuben egg rolls. Super crunchy, had great flavor, and it had to have been a homemade 1000 island dressing. It was heavenly. My brother went with the Turkey Cobb salad, it was giant, bountiful, and looked really robust. My nephew ordered 20 wings to share with everyone. Half garlic parm, half sweet chili. Blue cheese also seemed to be homemade, I automatically ask for extra and it was worth it. I ordered the French onion soup, and the bacon cheeseburger dip which came with tricolored tortilla chips, seasoned and a perfect vehicle for the dip. Everyone was happy with the food. Too happy, we had leftovers and I have to say that the Reuben rolls and wings were still good as leftovers. It's a good thing I don't live in Syracuse because I'd have been there every weekend. It was packed inside, so we knew it was popular. Thanks to Bailey and the team for a great evening! I'll be back!

I ended up calling and placing our order, and they dropped it off right at my job, which was super convenient. I ordered the honey barbecue wings and added a side of barbecue sauce--though honestly, I didn't even need it. These wings were slamming. As you can see from the picture, every single wing was soaked perfectly in sauce. No dry spots at all. You get a dozen wings with your order, and they also include celery and ranch on the side. Even the celery and ranch tasted heaven-sent, which says a lot because usually that's just an afterthought. They have a pretty full menu with a nice variety of American-style dishes to choose from. I've heard it's a great bar atmosphere too, although I haven't eaten inside yet--but I'm definitely looking forward to that experience.
